There has been a lot of power cuts since last 15 days, without any reason, and also there is powercut for whole day from 9:00 am to 5:30pm every Monday. Can you tell why is it in residential area?
There is lot fluctuations in my area.(maybe transforms used are poor quality)
Location :- Balakhadi, Killa Pardi, Gujarat.

Dear sir / madam,

As on date our average unit was came 270 units and maximum unit was 320 in last 1 1/2 years. The same in march-april 2020 unit was 320, but in may-june 2020 it came 1620 units for 2 month and as per covid-19 pendamic situation we got bill for 4 month with total 1940 units. Which is unexpected.

We request you to please send your meter verification person to check our meter.

Hello respected sir/madam,
I am writing you this mail regarding the bill amount your company has charged on my bill, previously also i have charged about 8000 rs. For two months but note one important point that your employee who came for noting up the reading wrote the reading upon his assumption as our old meter was not showing up the led that helps to see the reading and when we saw this thing we complaint in our local office, people there told my dad that meter will get changed after that when new bill comes we will forfeit the amount in that after that new bill generated then they changed their statement that whichever amount once paid is gone, and now don't get into deep in this matter as it will consume time for us people and you have also have to add more money into it, we somehow tried to push it but nothing happened then again after this 6 months bill started rising amount even if we don't use that much of electricity then also we received the bill of 8000 rs. So kindly look into this matter seriously as i am going to take this matter to consumer forum and from their to higher authorities as middle class people don't have money to feed your pockets.

Issue in power connection from last 6-7 days power is not regular we are trying to contact geb sarigam helpline number on [protected] and [protected] they have keeped their mobile switch off our village is face problem because of power cut we are getting lost in farming and small businesses.in summer season they are taking shutdown for every friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
What work they are doing in summer season...

I'm in london at present since 13/12/19.
I had paid rs.2500 advance money in january online and received bill as (-) 1016.98 dated 05/02/2020.

Nobody is at home (No electric consumption) but still recieved on sms (Screenshot attached) a bill of rs.2508.73 on 25/03/2020.

Kindly inform is dgvcl giving an average bill because of corona lockdown or there is some mistake??

I had surrendered temporary meter connection and new permanent connection no. [protected] was provided. Location kachpada, umargam.
Last two and half years so many visit to dcvcl, umargam, office no reply from anybody. I made complaint on line vide no. 5622853, 5634634, 5648645, all complaints closed without assigning any reason. I am senior citizen 70 years old. No proper reply from any body.

My meter no. 05628/03001/5 is default its running very fast 4 time more than my consumption. I complaint in dgvcl and paid be necessary charges to check and change the same but without checking dgvcl person has send me message your problem resolved but no action was taken.
I m from middle class family my budget is not to bear a high electricity bill. I have only light, fan, tv and refrigerator dgvcl charging me 3600 bill how is it possible

In my area i havent seen a single dya
Without power cut and it happend most probably in midnight and after power cut i cant contact on complain no because of busy tone

We paid electcity bill on time to time but why dgvcl can not give good service and not give a proper anser about there wrost service

Kindly give solutation becasue all public cant afford a invertor

There has power supply disruption during night on 20th july around 3:30 am, similar is the case tonight where the electricity connection has been disrupted since 2 am (Ie no power supply for 3 and half hours). On calling the local dgvcl office, the call is not getting connected as they have kept the receiver away to avoid any calls (As usual)... Dgvcl is the worst service provider.

I received dgvclbill no 1/7217 in which they have mentioned current solar unit reading 7803. And they deducted 699 unit from my consumed unit of 2941. They charged us for 2242 units.
At the same time i received their second bill no.1/7218 in which they have mentioned previous reading as 8333 (How this is i did not understand).
They mentioned current reading 9379.

So total 1576 units dgvcl office has to give me credits.
Current reading on dt 26 june 19 was 9379. And previous reading was 7104 as per their deta. (Invoice no 1/7217).
So total 2275 unit has to be credited in my bill. But they give credit of only 699 units.
I have submitted complain to dgvcloffice on 3/7/19.
Visited your office on 9/7/19.
But the person said you will receive letter.
Please help me to resolve my problem.

Our customer id is 63243 we had filed complain 2 days back, no. 5445182 but it has been closed. We are having 3-4 interruptions daily day and night and this is causing a lot of loss to us. Please arrange to do survey and check the line and solve this issue at the earliest. Ps-your customer complain phone number refuses to file a complain when we ask

Dgvcl bill amount is 1002

but i paid 10002 by mistake

what should i do?

I have applied for new agriculture connection and for the same quotation amount is already paid in geb sachin office on 28/02/2019 but after completion of three months time period, a install of the new pole raise at my farm is still pending from the geb office.
