I live at sarigam here last 10-15 days the power get cuts 10-15 times in day
At nay time. But most of time it cuts at nigh 22-30 pm when the time of sleeping.
We complaint about the same but there is no action against the complaint.
Even no one is responding towards it.
During the rainy season when the clod comes the power cut.
When little rain comes power cut. What nonsence it is. Please do the solution against the same.

Very very bad service and all staff are very chiper man, every time power cut in 4 days, plz sell to torrent power if not will manage

    Simply saying problems.

    Power cut everyday at night around 2 to 3 o'clock in this rainy season daily.
    In winter or summer power cut 1 time in a week.

    Without Any reasons powercuts.
    This is the way you're running your company.

    Litterally screwed up.

    Complaining from surat.

    Simply solution.

    Be like Torrent Powers.

    Or if you can't sale it your #### company to the torrent powers.

      This is to inform you that hajikhana bazar area power cut problem without any reson and any work power cut 5 to 6 hours daily. Geb take very lightly our complain. We are very disapoint with service. Ramzan month is running everyone have roza and in this very hot situation without power so do need fully.

        I m staying since 1.5 year from last 6 month i m having issue in bill
        Bill is coming too high even i dont have ac no gyser at home
        Only having a 3 fan 1 tv then also i m having a lots of bill to high
        O plz re solve this problem... Bcoz i can pay any more money with this type of insuufficiently

          Respected sir,

          I have a mango farm at pandhor village. My customer no. 05622/00535/3, in the name of sureshbhai nagji desai. There is shortage of electrcity due to removal of lt line wires which were situated on other side of the river. Because of heavy wind the wires get tangled with other lt lines and thus the geb staff has removed the jumpers itself and also they close down the vij connection line everytime. There is no one in the department to take responsibility of the same.
          We have already complained this matter several times to kaushikbhai in the complain centre but no action has been taken. So kindly, take action against this as soon as possible.

            We are consuming power as for household purpose but the charges and rate that are applied on us is for company or corporate many times complaint we're filled application were given no response everybody just nodded their head as yes but no steps were taken to correct it. We are paying from 7 yrs those charges and as complain were filled and extra charge was mentioned by audit report as 3 phase metre a pic was taken n shown to head dept he confirmed it to be single phase metre and mistake of audit committee but till date no correction is been made.

                I pravinchandra lallubhai patel consumer no.[protected] has paid the bill twice online once on dgvcl web site and second on paytm. The details are as under.
                Paid vide ref no. [protected]. Receipt no. Aaa1162776 for rs 1989.53 on[protected] at 12.14.04 pm and secondly i have paid it to paytm vide their order no. [protected] on[protected] at 2.23pm for rs 1990/. Paytm has reviewed with dakshin gujarat vij co and confirmed that bill of 1990/ for the consumer no.[protected] has been successfully paid vide operator reference number-ptm[protected]. Kindly look in to the matter and either refund me the amt.1990/ or kept it in advance for next bill. Please confirm.

                  Dgvcl navasri, chikhli, rankuva division not given me meter last 4 month my family very trbule . i go taluka svagt karykrm and mamlatdar sir oder dgvcl d.y. d.m.ptel 10 days meter given me but he not given meter i try and try go dgvcl office but they will not give any answer .
                  Sir my last electricity bill amount is excess while i am using normally 3 to 4 LED tubelights and hardly one fan.Even during daytime lights are off and because of winter season fans are also off. where as my previous bill amount was only 812 INR. so i have dout about mistake. Requesting you please check and verify it.

                    Since i am working 6days a week i am unable to make payment by visiting the payment counter. So i used netbanking facility to make payment as their transaction processing fees for credit cards is 1.00% of transaction amount plus applicable service tax & debit card transaction processing fees for debit cards is 0.75% of transaction amount for value upto rs. 2000.00/- plus applicable service tax, 1.00% of transaction amount for value above rs. 2000.00/- plus applicable service tax.

                    I have made my first complaint on 18th july 2016 (Ref no : 3402719). Customer care executive contacted me on 01.08.2016, 9.30 p. M just enquired the case and before the cc call was terminated i received an sms stating your query is resolved.
                    So i made another complaint on 02.08.2016 (Ref : 3425465) stating all the reasons, however the cc contacted me on 03.08.2016 andconvinced you have made card payment so the case is resolved sms reached me a day later on 04.08.2016.
                    Again i made an another complaint (Ref no : 3431793) on 05.08.2016 as well written a e-mail to respective officers (Refer the transcript as below)

                    "kind attention : mr. B. K. Parmar, supt. Engr., bharuch circle

                    Dear sir,

                    My consumer no is : [protected]

                    My previous complaint reference no : 3402719 & 3425465 dtd 02.05.2016.
                    My present complaint reference no : 3431793 dtd 05.08.2016

                    My bill amount for march-april 2016 was rs.4558.69/- and the bill date is 03/05/2016 and due date was 13/05/2016. I have paid the bill on 11/05/2016 through"paytm". My payment reference number is[protected]

                    However in the present bill dated 04/07/2016 an amount of rs.39.72/- was charged as late payment charges.
                    Kindly clarify why the amount has been charged and refund the money.

                    Dgvcl customer care contacted me twice and without resolving the issue they closed the complaint.
                    This is the third time i am writing to rectify the issue.

                    I will proceed to consumer court if the same issue is not resolved and the case is closed without any resolution.

                    Need your intervention to resolve the case.

                    I received call on the same day, and i told the cc not to close the case and he was insisting me to go to the eb office to reslove the case even after explaining him my inability to take leave for one day to get the solution. He inturn refuse to raise the call to his senior executives and told me we will get back to you.
                    Bu unfortunately 10 days later i. E., on 15.08.2016 i received sms stating complaint is resolved.
                    I am fed up with the followup with dgvcl guys as they are just contacting the customer and entering their case is closed.
                    I need justice in this regard.

                      Meter reader executive has come after 6 months for billing & i want to know how slow they are ? Last paid bill in February 2016 & 17 June 2016 i have paid bill. My Consumer no. is [protected] Kathor Divison & check it in your records. I want to complaint about this matter why they are coming late. There was two month criteria for billing than bill will be regularly paid by us but now six months total how a common man will paid six months bill ?
                      Look in this matter.

                        Area chharwada, vapi, district valsad, residence pramukh hills tower...complaining about poor power source as too much power cutoffs..about4-5 hours cutoff almost daily basis..we r being harassed by the authority as no responsible answers by them n reason for daily cutoff..we pramukh hills residence need some immediate actions from u...if theses cutoffs being regular we obliged to go on to higher level complaints n actions..

                                Frequently cut off of electricity

                                On date 11/9/2915 power was cut for 10 a.m. to 3:30p.m. again on the power was cut of for 5:24p.m. to 6:45p.m. next day I.e. 12/9/2015 for 10:00a.m. to 10:45a.m. same day again it has been cut of for 12:00 to 6:00 p.m.and same day third time power was cut off for 11:00 p.m. till now. The most irritating thing when we call at GEB on landline no.[protected] either they don't receive the call or it sounds busy as they keep the receiver on...

                                I paid my Light Bill through online by use of HDFC Bank, bank status indicate paid but till the time I have not received any bill receipt from DGVCL Co and also their customercare response from that view. my HDFC transection id is HDFCB[protected] and my DGVCL consumer no is [protected] and amount of bill is RS.1092.00 which one is paid at 11.08.2015

                                  Dear Sir, recently dgvcl department changed the consumer no. my old consumer no. was [protected] and my new consumer no is [protected]. I had made some payment through HDFC smart buy of Rs. 3070/- to old consumer ID on 08.07.2015 and 09.07.2015. the amount was paid by smart buy to dgvcl on same date. they confirm me that they had made whole payment to dgvcl. But the same amount is not reflected in current bill. i recently received new bill from dgvcl. in bill the credit of payment made to old consumer id has not been given. and last bill amount is also due for payment. which is incorrect bcz i have already paid the same amount. Request you to please correct the bill and give me credit of rs. 3070/- which previously i have paid in old consumer ID. looking forward to your positive response My contact no is [protected]

                                    Dear Sir, I as under signed, Vimal K Patel is living in a rented apartment with following address 603, Prestige Tower Panchratna Society Daman Road, Chala, Vapi -396191 Meter no.: [protected] I am facing problems of additional electricity bill due to irregular meter reading. • Our electricity bill for Feb-Mar 2015 was 371 Rs. (46 units). We shifted to this house in mar end, and the electricity was used only for 4-5 days. Before that the flat was not in use. Still the bill was Rs.656 ( 100 units) • Our last month (Apr-May 2015) electricity bill was 1624 Rs/- which is very high as we were out of station for about 1 month. Also as we are a working couple our electricity consumption is very low. We do not have TV, Iron, Electric Geyser, AC etc. We use only two tube light and two fans that also during night, as during day no one is at home. • I have monitored the meter reading for last few days (see table below) and found that the meter reading is irregular. Date : 03.06.2015 ( 3 units - Only refrigerator on - 10 hrs) Date : 04.06.2015 to 08.06.2015 (1 units - MCB switch off) Date : 08.06.2015 ( 10 units - 1 fan- 10 hrs and 1 tubelight-3 hrs) Date : 09.06.2015 (1 units - MCB switch off) Date : 11.06.2015 ( 2 units - 1 fan- 10 hrs and 1 tubelight-3 hrs) Date : 12.06.2015 : From : 7.00 am to 9.00 am ( 4 units- 1 fan- 2 hrs) • How is it possible that usage of same fan and tubelight for same number of hours can shaw meter reading with 1 unit on 1 day and 10 units on another day. • Also how the meter reading is changed by one unit when the MCB switch is OFF. • How can a single fan running for 2 hrs consume power for 3 units Thus, there is some fault in the meter which is showing irregular meter reading .
