મહેરબાન સાહેબશ્રી,
અમોએ ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ ગ્રાહક નંબર 42219/60030/0, મીટર નંબર DGLW432099 જે જમીન પર આવેલ છે, તે જમીન મુંબઈ-બરોડા એક્સપ્રેસવે માં સરકાર શ્રી દ્વારા સંપાદન કરવામાં આવેલ હોય અમોને અમારી બાકીની વધેલ જમીનમાં મીટર ખસેડી આપવા મહેરબાની કરશોજી. છેલ્લા છ-આઠ મહિનાથી પાણી વગર અમારી આશરે ૧૪૦ થી ૧૫૦ જેટલી કલમો સુકાઈ જાય તેમ છે, જેનાથી અમોને ઘણું મોટું નુકસાન થાય તેમ છે. જે સંજોગોમાં મીટર ખસેડી આપવા નમ્ર અરજ છે.

    ના રોજ આમ બે વાર કંપલેન લખાવવા છતાં કોય પણ જીઇબી માથી કોય બનાવવા આવતા નથી અને કંપલેન નંબર પર કોલ કરવા માં આવે તો સીધો જવાબ પણ આપતા નથી તો આપ સાહેબ ને મારી નમ્ર વિનંતી કે આપ જલ્દી થી ટ્રાન્સ્ફોર્મ્રે બદલાવવા GEB ને જાન કરી અમારી પ્રોબલમ નું યોગ્ય નિરાકરણ લાવવા આપ સાહેબ ને મારી નમ્ર અરજ

      Dear sir,

      With reference to our attached file., Geb official is not responding our complaint.We have been shift to baroda since last 5 months.Our house is locked since 5 months however we have been received heavy amount of bill.we have already send application to valsad geb office twice kindly solve the issue to avoid any further issues.Even they disconnect our electric connection without informing us. This kind of negligence is not acceptable for senior citizens like me.

                  My consumer number : [protected], I am been charged Rs. 70/- extra from last six months under the head "Ujala EMI Scheme". I had been charges Rs. 420/- till date. I had given written application to local Bharuch office every month but not getting any positive reply. I had purchased buld under "Ujala Scheme" in year 2016 with cash payment. (I had paid Rs. 700/- for 10 Bulbs). Do the needful and arrange for refund.

                            The running load of my home is very low than also from continuous 6 months (3- bills) the reading of the energy meter has been doubled ( In units) from the previous reading and also i have not installed any new equipment in house.                                     in my residency, frequently DO fuse is blown due to Load variation. Such a condition happened due to recently connection given to neighbor apartment from our complex's Transformer. .Due to blown DO fuse, we people have to suffer a lot problem.I had complained so many time to concern DGVCL office against blown DO fuse. but no getting proper response from DGCVL staff & officer of kadodara DGVCL office
                                    It is humble request to short out this issue at earliest.
                                    this incident happen almost 1 day in every week.
