I have received unrealistic electric bill I.e. ₹10562.81.
I have reviewed the reading of actual from Meter and bill and found that bill reading is incorrect.

      Hello DGVCL Team,

      "Request here to address the issue with High Priority Bases"

      I'm totally been unaware why my electricity bill is been consumed so much high even when our family isn't staying on the address from last three months our “last Date of stay was on 09th August, 2021”…

      Being unaware an out with high curiosity without any question had duly paid previous bill of Rs. 7953/- (Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Three Rupees Only) for Bill Month of August as what I believe it was covered calculated for July & August Months “still I have high doubt regarding Meter Reading & Power Consumption its indigestible because during heavy rainfall we had faced 4-5 days plus daily 6-7 hours of daily power outage; but then now you people are crossing the Limits & testing patience’s… I’m conveying this because even when someone isn’t available on Address How can the electricity is that so much consumed??? as in current Month it’s been billed with Rs. 6544.89/-

      Kindly bother yourself in order to reply with proper explanation… if required do escalate to appropriate team as I’m looking forward with inputs of cross check pre-requisite & monetary rebate/refund .

            ૧. જય ભારત સાથે મારી લેખિત ફરિયાદ રજુ કરતા આપ શ્રી ને જણાવવાનું કે, મારૂ નામ વિપુલભાઈ માલવિયા છે.
            હાલ હું મોટાવરાછા વિસ્તારમાં રહું છું અને છૂટક મજૂરી કામ કરી મારૂ ગુજરાન ચલાવું છું. હું મોટાવરાછા વિસ્તારમાં
            નીચલી કોલોની ખાતે પ્લોટ નંબર-૮૧ માં હું છૂટક મટીરીયલમાં કલરકામ કરાવી મારૂ ગુજરાન ચલાવું છું.
            મારી હકીકતની ફરિયાદ આપશ્રીને વિગતે જણાવું છું કે ઉપરોક્ત સરનામે હું મારો ધંધો રોજગાર ચલાવું છું અને મારો
            ગ્રાહક નંબર-૪૧૨૭૦/૦૯૫૬૪/૧ છે. તારીખ-૧૪/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ ના રોજ સવારે ડી.જી.વી.સી.એલ માંથી આપની ટીમ
            આવી હતી અને તેમણે અમારા મીટરમાં ચકાસણી કરી હતી.

            ૨. આ ચકાસણી દરમિયાન અમોને જણાવેલ કે આપના મીટરમાંથી જરૂર કરતાં વધારે વૉલ્ટેજ આપના દ્વારા ઉપયોગ
            કરવામાં આવે છે આપને ૭.૦ K.W જેટલો પાવર આપવામાં આવે છે પરંતુ આપના દ્વારા ૨૫.૦૦ K.W જેટલો વીજ
            વપરાશ કરવામાં આવે છે.જેથી આપને દંડ સાથે ની રકમ ભરવી પડશે એવું જણાવેલ છે.

            ૩. અમારા મીટરમાંથી જો ખરેખર વીજ વપરાશ આપના વૉલ્ટેજ કરતાં વધારે ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવતો હોય તો આપના
            દ્વારા પ્રતિ માસ આપવામાં આવતા બિલમાં જે યુનિટ ગણવામાં આવતા હોય છે અને જો ખરેખર આ રીતે અમારી જાણ
            બહાર પાવર ઓવરલોડેડ થતો હોય તો કાયદાકીય નીતિનિયમો મુજબ આપના દ્વારા સૌ પ્રથમ ગ્રાહકને નોટિસ આપવાની
            હોય છે ત્યારબાદ ગ્રાહક દ્વારા અરજી આપવાની કાર્યવાહી નીતિનિયમો મુજબ થતી હોય છે.પરંતુ આપના દ્વાર સીધો જ આ
            પ્રકારે દંડ આપવો યોગ્ય નથી.

            ૪. જેથી અમોને ખોટી રીતે બિનઅધિકૃત વીજ વપરાશ ગણીને ગેરકાયદેસર રીતે જે દંડ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. જે દૂર કરી
            અમોને લેખિત ખુલાસો નિયત સમયમર્યાદામાં આપવા આપશ્રીને જણાવવામાં છે. જો આપના દ્વારા નિયત સમય
            મર્યાદામાં ફરિયાદનું નિવારણ લાવવામાં નહીં આવે તો અમો દ્વારા કોર્ટમાં કાયદેસર કાર્યવાહી કરવાની અરજ પડશે.

            ૫. આપના અધિકારીઓને ખાસ જણાવવાની જરૂર છે કે અન્ય કોઈ લોકોને ખોટી માહિતીઓ ન આપે. જો આવી જ રીતે
            અધિકારીઓ દ્વારા લોકોને ગેરમાર્ગે દોરી ખોટી માહિતી આપી પોતાની સતાનો દૂરઉપયોગ કરતાં રહેશે તો પ્રજાને કઈ
            રીતે ન્યાય મળશે અને પ્રજાના ટેક્ષના પૈસાનો વેડફાટ થતો રહેશે અને લોકોની પાયાની સમસ્યાઓનું નિવારણ કઈ રીતે
            લાવી શકાશે.આવી રીતે લોકો સાથે છેતરપિંડી કરતાં અધિકારીઓ વિરૂદ્ધ યોગ્ય કાયદેસર કાર્યવાહી કરી તેમના વિરૂદ્ધ કડક
            પગલાં લેવા જોઈએ.

            ૬. આ અરજી અનુસંધાને લીધેલા પગલાં અંગેની લેખિત જાણ દિન-૭ માં અમો અરજદારને કરશોજી.જો અમોને
            આ અંગે દિન-૭ માં કોઈ પ્રકારનો જવાબ નહી મળે તો આપ પણ આવા અધિકારીઓની સાથે છો તેવું જણાશે.

            ૭. આપ શ્રી ના સફળ નેતૃત્વને જોતાં હું આશા રાખું છું કે આપ શ્રી દ્વારા અમારી આ રજૂઆત અંતર્ગત ઝડપી અને યોગ્ય
            પગલાં લેશો.

                          I am not getting proper electricity bill since a year and observed discrepancy in meter reading of all bills.

                          There are 16000 units have been produced and almost 20000 units being consumed during 21/2/2017 to 21/9/2021 period.

                          I also raised a complaint on 11/8/2021 to dgvcl but didn’t get proper response from office. I observed discrepancy in recent reading taken in month of september as well.

                          I would request you to take a look into this request and take some action ASAP.

                            Kindly note that I have tried more than 20 times in from 5:30 to 7:53. All time I got busy tone from your Coustmoer care number. & also tried on surat main branch but that also not recived. & also note that this issue is faced by every time .

                            Not even a single time we got help from dgvcl.

                            So kindly take this mail communication on priority & resolve this issue asap.

                                  Faulty meter reading or
                                  Faulty meter.
                                  Since long very high electricity bill generated for my home connection.
                                  On average in my apartment all flat holders are having dgvcl (electricity) bill of average 3000. While I got dgvcl bill of around 25000. It’s impossible to get this high reading every time. Please do needful.

                                    Since last 6 month Very high electricity bills are generated. There must be some mistake in meter reading or Electric meter quality. Please check urgently.
