I am not getting proper electricity bill since a year and observed discrepancy in meter reading of all bills.

There are 16000 units have been produced and almost 20000 units being consumed during 21/2/2017 to 21/9/2021 period.

I also raised a complaint on 11/8/2021 to dgvcl but didn’t get proper response from office. I observed discrepancy in recent reading taken in month of september as well.

Kindly note that I have tried more than 20 times in from 5:30 to 7:53. All time I got busy tone from your Coustmoer care number. & also tried on surat main branch but that also not recived. & also note that this issue is faced by every time .

Not even a single time we got help from dgvcl.

So kindly take this mail communication on priority & resolve this issue asap.

I had made a payment of Rs. 1000/- yesterday that is on 5th oct 2021. The amount got debited from my account immediately but at the same time it has not been credited to my consumer account no. Please resolve the issue by crediting Rs.1000 into my consumer account no [protected]...

The power meter number-DGSP 1723528 is not working so I would like to request to check the problem as soon as possible...

Since long very high electricity bill generated for my home connection.
On average in my apartment all flat holders are having dgvcl (electricity) bill of average 3000. While I got dgvcl bill of around 25000. It’s impossible to get this high reading every time. Please do needful....

Today at 3 o'clock there is no electricity in my house, I called the Kosamdi Geb staff, they said everything is complete from here, we have no answer, then stopped attending the phone, this is wrong, you should find some solution, Otherwise I'll have to talk further...

In rajput faliya all residency people have light in there houses..but there is no light in our house..so please be needful us and solve our problem as early as possible.. as we are facing the problem of light...

We are stay in riverfront tower.opp. Adajan bus depot. We are suffering of regular power cut because of fault. There are no permanent solution. We were torant power consumer there was i never facing problem like this…...

I got my electricity bill and i notice that total of my bill was wrong and difference is 91 Rs. It's unbelievable. Kindly check attach photo.
Total amount is from fuel charge + energy charge + fix charge.

Do some action according to this as soon as possible....

There was power cutoff and after that when the electricity come back there is continuously low voltage due to which we people have to suffer only one or two appliance work with thier least efficiency
I request you please resolve this problem quickly

Voltage R phase 134V
Voltage Y phase 130V
Voltage B phase 30V

Requested kindly look into this matter

Please refer our complaint letter dated 18.07.2021 and give necessary instructions to DGVCL Sisi data Navsari and oblige.
