This is to inform you that i am facing daily power interruption issue from the day of connection, I am facing power interruptions daily, sometimes 4-5 times in a single day, i have complained many times to Dahej DGVCL office, but it seems of no use, no one in the office is interested in listening us, please take serious strict action against this

        I am leaving at Vaishnodevi township Jahangirpura Surat. There is a power cut off many many times again and again frequently. It started happening after coming into SMC, it was not happening when it was in Vanakala gram Panchayat.
        Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            I am not getting proper electricity bill since a year and observed discrepancy in meter reading of all bills.

            There are 16000 units have been produced and almost 20000 units being consumed during 21/2/2017 to 21/9/2021 period.

            I also raised a complaint on 11/8/2021 to dgvcl but didn’t get proper response from office. I observed discrepancy in recent reading taken in month of september as well.

            I would request you to take a look into this request and take some action ASAP.

              Dear dgvcl team,

              Kindly note that I have tried more than 20 times in from 5:30 to 7:53. All time I got busy tone from your Coustmoer care number. & also tried on surat main branch but that also not recived. & also note that this issue is faced by every time .

              Not even a single time we got help from dgvcl.

              So kindly take this mail communication on priority & resolve this issue asap.

              Hope I will get revert back with positive manner.

                    Faulty meter reading or
                    Faulty meter.
                    Since long very high electricity bill generated for my home connection.
                    On average in my apartment all flat holders are having dgvcl (electricity) bill of average 3000. While I got dgvcl bill of around 25000. It’s impossible to get this high reading every time. Please do needful.

                      Since last 6 month Very high electricity bills are generated. There must be some mistake in meter reading or Electric meter quality. Please check urgently.                                     I got my electricity bill and i notice that total of my bill was wrong and difference is 91 Rs. It's unbelievable. Kindly check attach photo.
                                    Total amount is from fuel charge + energy charge + fix charge.

                                    Do some action according to this as soon as possible.
