I applied for a new connection 2kw domestic application no. B[protected] on 18.9.2020. Paid rs 2950/- online.Receipt no. 1162697
suddenly on enquiry i came to know that my application is cancelled on 13th nov 2020
i paid rs 2950/- on the same day on line as per demand .
My application was cancelled without any information to me. How is that ?
the customers should be properly attended as such the requests are completed not cancelled.
I urgently need new connection. I am ready to pay if any demand is due to me.
