      Latest bill issued on[protected] has incorrect total.
      In the section "Details of Charges for Current Cycle" the sum of different charges is NOT equal to the total shown on the bill.

      Actually, sum of charges is only Rs. 1113.03, but in the bill, total charge payable is shown as 4781.03

      The calculation is to be corrected and bill needs to be re-issued.

        Hello, I received sms for paying the electricity bill for the Month of Feb-Mar21. and when i visited the DHBVN web site and download the e-bill from my login, i found total is not correct in the bill.

            We have recently bought a house in palam vihar, Gurugram. When we visited to the sub division office to apply a new connection, the officials asked us to pay for transformer cost else they will not issue a new connection. They are asking to pay for a 200KV transformer, whereas the entire demand of the builduing is not going to be more than 30KV.

                Everyday we have so much electricity cuts for long hours without any notification.
                This is a very big problem and we are suffering a lot due to this

                      Dear team,

                      We have received the bill via sms for Feb 21 on pr basis today which for 626 units amounting (2481/-) but as i checked my units after receiving this message which is (New reading - 25820 as on today 03/feb/21) while old reading is 25510) new - old = 310 units.

                      As in the current covid-19 pandemic situation everyone is facing financial crisis but dhbvn is not thinking about this and they are giving this types of torcher in this period so i would like know from the dhbvn officials is this justice with us.

                      Please look in this and give us some relief.

                        This is to inform you that I m s citizen residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that a electricity pole is there in front of our house, there is a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to my family as there is small/little children. I want that pole to be shifted some place safe. this pole carries more meters which is very dangerous.wires are all over poles and need to be adjusted in more careful way.

                          I have paid the electricity bill of rs. 4231/- in the sbi account of dhbvn through bhim upi vide transaction id[protected] on 30 dec 2020 at 09:00 am. But the transaction is pending from dhbvn side as the amount has already been credited to dhbvn account according to sbi jatusana. Payment of above said bill has been credited to dhbvn even after declined payment in bhim app. Request you to check and refund the amount back to me.

                              We are having electricity bill issue where we have been charged for a huge amount of money that 23419 and we have not stayed in the flat for a day and nothing is turned on in the flat
                              We can expect a small bill but this much high amount is not expected of 23419
                              I request you to please get this checked and get the wrong bill of such higher amount corrected to the right.

                                We have recieved an electricity bill and it is way too high then our expectation.
                                We have shifted to a new flat in Uppal sount end c block and over we have not stay there even for a day and still the electricity bill that we have recieved is way too high. The outstanding amount 23419, we are not willing to pay any such amount.
                                I request you to please checking your billing as there has to be some mistake as a person not staying and getting of more then 23419 is not at all possible

                                  suddenly on enquiry i came to know that my application is cancelled on 13th nov 2020
                                  i paid rs 2950/- on the same day on line as per demand .
                                  My application was cancelled without any information to me. How is that ?
                                  the customers should be properly attended as such the requests are completed not cancelled.

                                    Hi, I am from NH-3, block G, NIT, Faridabad. In my area the electricity cuts are becoming extremely notorious. The cuts happen whenever the "officials" want, and are extremely long in time. Sometimes it happens for HOURS.
                                    And, they also don't allow people to consume 600-700W of power for consecutive amount of time. I've tried this, I'm a 3d artist and my pc at full load takes about 500W, and rendering something takes full power, as long as my pc doesn't run on full load the cut doesn't happen and when it does run on full throttle for a consecutive time, the "all of a sudden" cut happens.

                                    I need answers and apologies from the officials.
