In this regard complaint no. 125135 has already been lodged on 12.11.2019 but till date no resolution has been done.

I have also visited the dhbvn office but they have refused to take the payment via cheque also.

    God save us from dhbvn!!!

    They are totally irresponsible and a bunch of crooks.

    I have a house of at c100, sushant lok 2, sector 56 gurgaon. For last one year they did not take my meter readings n billed me on an ad hoc basis for an avg of rs. 2000/- on alternate months. Then suddenly they collected the meter reading and billed me for 99000/- with a notice of 6 days. Since i was travelling. I did not get any message or bill. Then 2 days prior to the last date of payment they come n disconnect it at 7pm in the evening leaving the residents of the entire building stranded and no option of resolving the issue immediately.

    Is this a nexus to harass the consumer?
    The je was not ready to listen, line man didn't inform before disconnecting, why we don't have options to move to a private sector.

    I believe in paying the bills well on time then why am i being penalised.

    The Haryana Govt reduce the Bijali rate in sep-18 but the dakshin haryana bijali vitran nigam is still charging from the old rate. I checked the loharu tehsil bills in which all are made from the old rate. Dhbvn are looted the poor public openly.I have complained to the bijaliboard many times. pls help

      I, vijay kumar, r/o c 119, ff, ashoka enclave 2, sector 37, has not received my latest electricity bill. My a/c no is [protected]. I got checked from local office & was told that bill has been erroneously of high value & is being re evaluated & i will be informed later on. My connection is single phase, domestic use only. Also my mobile no was shown different which i got it corrected as [protected]. Also person coming for taking meter reading throws bill haphazardly on ground floor & i have to get duplicate bill collected. Request to do the needful.

      Till date I have not received corrected electricity bill. I approached local office number of times to be told each time that bill has been sent to Billing department for correction.

        After many complain now i last request to you. Sir your employee are currept and missuse his post. The give inlegal new connections on my lt line. He give connection these man whoes home not there. I'm a bank employee and j. E are astray me last 2 month. Sdo are also involve this inlegal work. I complaint 25/06 in c. M window that time inlegal conction in process but he ignore my complaint and give now inlegal conction. When line man visit these place there new connection apply that time line man show there are no any home and line man rejected these file. But currept j. E ignore lineman comment and approve these file missuse his post. Kindly check j. E work and take action against j. E vijay napa. When j. E and sdo ignore c. M window then you things condition of poor people. Is an employee above the law. Can not the government stop the corrupt employee. Can only the corrupt officers live in the country.

          This complaint is against je (Dhbvnl) nuh and on duty lineman. I am narender gupta from nuh town having connection on my shop at gaushala road near kailash mandir meter no. Nc 11-2010. I have lodged the complaint on telephone for individual power supply cut from the last 60 hours though in my neighbourhood there is full supply of electricity. My complaint no. Is dh[protected]. And till now it has not been resolved no one visited the site from the deptt. Even i tried to call junior engineer for many time but he is on his ego that he is not picking up the phone call. Telephoned to customer care many time but they also failed to asist me.
          It seems there is no sense of establishing customer complaint board, online and telephone complaint board, appointing je and lineman when they cann't even resolve the customer problem on time. Even they used to forward the fake and wrong report to officials and customer that problem has been resolved and in actual they didn't even visted the site. This is the real truth of the electricity board.
          I am writting this complaint in a hope that an action will be taken against such careless and disgusting je and lineman. And that my problem will be resolved urgently.

            Sir,

            This is to bring to your notice a safety hazard around my house w 5/40 dlf city phase 3, gurgaon that can lead to a serious accident if not addressed on priority.

            A transformer catering to w6 lane of dlf phase 3 was shifted into the w5 lane a few years ago. Not only is current space inadequate for the transformer, it also blocks the view of merging lanes that has led to several vehicular accidents in the past.

            Further, there have been several blasts in the transformer in past and one of them led to a spark that caused a major fire in my house.

            Last but not the least, during rains there have been instances of people getting an electric shock from trees touching the transformer.

            Currently, the haryana government under its "smart city" project is in the process of installing junction boxes along the transformers. With practically no space around this transformer, any attempt to install any additional structure will lead to another major hazard since the transformer is on a wide road that takes a lot of traffic.

            It's my earnest request to the higher authorities of your office to kindly look into this serious matter and shift the transformer from its present position where it was temporarily installed a few years ago.

            A failure to shift it at this time will lead to bigger accidents in future.

            As a responsible citizen who's been residing in dlf city for past 25 years, i consider it my duty to bring to your notice this serious matter and hope for a quick and timely action from you.

              This is wtih regard to bill[protected].
              Incorrect meter reading. It shows 3707 units consumed 6847 to 10554, however final reading as of todat is 7788 which is less than 1000 units consumed. I raised a complaint to the dhbvn office. But the guy name anoop is highly incompetent. He took 2 hours to raise a simple complain. Was roaming around and doing his usual timepass. I want to raise a complain against dhbvn for harrassing consumers and also against anoop at dhbvn office in gurugram kanhayi gaanv office.

                As dhbvn provided us a new digital meter and its meter reading was (new 142) and (old 1) then on 12/05/2019 it was ( new 341 and old 142) then on 12/07/2019 it was (new 652 and old 341) but now on 12/09/2019 it is ( new 1879 and old 652) the unit consume was 1227 this is not possible as i use only fan and light in my home as there was no due of previous month i had cleared all my payment but now the money has come about ₹7778. My account number is G22BH112806 NAME BRIJ BHUSHAN . PLEASE HELP ME ITS A HUMBLE REQUEST.

                  I am an nri and out of country since july 2013 with my spouse [ prof. Keshaw singh, ] and three children [dr. Bhavana singh, dr. Arti singh and dr. Neelum singh]. We visited india in june 2014 to purchase the ground floor of house no. 3029b, block g, sector 57, gurgaon. We again left india in july 2014 after the registry of the ground floor of the said house. We only visit india once every year and stay less than two months in this house and pay electricity bills online. Recently, we were there from 20th may2019 to 28 june 2019 but i received a bill of amount rs. 15565.00.
                  Observation/complain
                  In my absence no one is staying in this house and for that matter there is no consumption of electricity. However, i regularly get bills o[censored]nexpected amounts and i have been paying those amount of bills issued against my name.
                  I, therefore, strongly believe that the bills generated by dhbvn is not according to my meter readings. There is something wrong with billing system of dhbvn.

                    I am having dakshin haryana bijli vitran nigam limited (Dhbvn) electricity connection, bearing meter no. [protected].
                    I received a memo-570 dated[protected] through dhbvn which was delivered to me on[protected] which said "we have charged less bill charges in your account in the period 4/2018 to 3-2019, therefore you are required to pay the dues amount of the last year i. E. Around rs. 22, 832/-.
                    I want to state that i am a responsible citizen and always clear my electricity dues timely and even much before the last/due date and have never been charged late fees for paying the electricity bills.
                    Since i have paid all the electricity dues as per the electricity bills as raised by dhbvn and no outstanding whatsoever is pending on me or in my account. The authorities never at that time raised any concerns and accepted all the payments. Now through this memo they are asking for the payments which are totally unjustified.
                    Regularly the meter readings were taken by dhbvn officers and on that basis the electricity bills were issued and to which i paid them without a miss. Neither i am at any fault nor i did any wrong then why should i suffer/pay this illogical amount.
                    Since i regularly paid all my dues regularly on the basis of the electricity bills raised by the dhbvn therefore there is no question of any outstanding or less billing in my account. When i went to the concerned sdo office, he said i don't know you have to pay this amount without delay.
                    The allegations/demand levelled in the memo-570, dated[protected] are not valid. Therefore i sincerely request to lodge my grievance and praying for the resolution by cancelling the memo and issuing the noc in that regard.

                        I complained to the dhbvn in written of wrong meter reading. Because they were sending the bill at an average from the last 3-4 bill cycles. The no. O[censored]nits consumed were very less according to the bill. Every time i had to pay extra as mmc charges. On the other hand the units were accumulating in the meter reading. As you know that more units leads more charges/unit. I request for a solution of my problem.
                        As a resolution they sent me the bill of 7922657/-. Bill is attached.

                        I went dhbvn office three times, every time they said it has been sent over for correction. I am suffering a lot. Till date it has been approx 1500+ units, and you know more units leads more charges/unit. The current reading of the meter which is 8022.9

                        I request you to kindly send me the correct bill with subsidy, as the accumulation of the bill because of average reading and not sending the bill from april is not my fault.

                          It is informed that electric supply was interrupted in early morning for t/w. No. 6&7 in sector-2, faridabad due to which water supply remained stopped. A complaint was lodged by the j. E. Of this office at 6:10 am today vide complaint no. Dh[protected] and a massage was received at 7.40 am regarding solved the problem. But actually nothing has been done.
                          * at 7:25 am your complaint mobile no. [protected] was called for solution of complaint then the staff who was on duty said that this complaint is pending before his duty time and denied to attend the complaint.
                          * at 8:41 am again call at said number but no body pickup the phone.
                          * at 9:14 am again called at said number but not attended till 10:40 am.
                          The water supply service come under the essential service and your complaints staff not not co - operate to attend complaint due to which a number of complaint received from the public for not supply of water.
                          In previous also such types problem creates but not attended.
                          Kindly see and take necessary action please.

                            (A) Bill #[protected] dated 24 July 2019 (14 May to 15 July 2019)
                            Reference my earlier complaints # CMPG[protected] and CMPG[protected]
                            Billing was generated based on incorrect reading (New or closing reading was taken as 13474), whereas the reading as on 28 July 2019 was 10504. Old reading was mentioned correctly 9582.
                            Attached is the picture of meter as on 28 July 2019. I have filed the complaint with SDO. Attached is the copy of my complaint (complaint # 1744 dated 2 August 2019).
                            Units consumed should be 10504 – 9582 = 922 units (and not 13474 – 9582 = 3892)
                            No action has been taken so far and therefore, I could not know the amount to be paid and thus, I could not pay this bill.

                            (B) Bill #[protected] dated 13 September 2019 (15 July to 12 September 2019)
                            With correcting my previous bill, a fresh bill has been generated on an ad hoc basis for next month including the arrears of the last month.
                            No reading has been mentioned and units consumed has been mentioned as 2218 on an estimated basis.
                            Reading as on 16 September 2019 is 11071. Attached is the picture of meter as on 16 September 2019.
                            Units consumed should be 11071 – 10504 = 567 units (and not 2218)

                            REQUEST YOU TO REGENERATE BOTH BILLS SO THAT SLAB RATES ARE APPLIED.
                            In the absence of correct bills, I am unable to pay the correct amount, leading a loss to the Electricity board.
                            Request you to take corrective action ASAP since the matter is pending for almost 2 months.

But bill was uploaded today and paid immediately but with late payment surcharges. I have not received any reversal of late payment assurance received. I tried to fetch the bill everyday so many times but got message bill not uploaded. Please help me to get the reversal and the date of the bill should be generated every month.

                                    My name is teja singh. My account no is j12j110627. I am regular consumer and bill payer of dhbvn above a decade. I want to inform you that i am very surprised when i received a sms/message from dhbvn side for the bill of august (Period 15/05/2019 to 15/07/2019) my consumption unit is 953 and bill amount is 5678 rupees.

                                    Immediately i checked my meter and meter unit then i found that my meter is working properly (Video and photos attached) and current unit is ok. After that i checked my previous bill of last one year (Excel sheet and bill attached for your reference) and found that in the bill of july 2019 (Bill period 15/03/2019 to 15/05/2019) my old reading is 2850 and current reading is 2004, average consumption is 160 which is incorrect. You know very well that current reading is always more/equal to old reading.

                                    As a result in the bill of august 2019 (Period 15/05/2019 to 15/07/2019) my old reading is 2004 and current reading is 2953 and consumption is 953.

                                    I have already complained for the wrong bill generated by the dhbvn, complaint no is cmpj[protected]. But your response is that change to meter after that your bill will be correct.

                                    You have already checked that meter is running properly. My concerned is only that if meter is running properly (Photo attached with date and time) then why are you telling for changing the meter, however here clearly seen that in the billing period of[protected] to[protected] some mistakes is done by your meter reader at the time of reading the meter unit.

                                      In sector 10 a near dav public school voltage fluctuation happens daily after 11 pm till morning. We cannot sleep in the night. And if we call customer care they said we are sending some one... But again the problem starts.
                                      Recently in my house at second floor and ground floor some appliances gone due to this.

                                      Noone is taking it seriously and it's a main area behind sector 10a main market.

                                        We are facing severe power cuts for long time, low voltages and unscheduled or not informed updates in sector -40 gurgaon. We are threatened to loose our valuable electric instruments due to such issues. While calling to toll free number many times there are not aware about updates. Also standard typical call language used where issue resolution time is normally 40-45 minutes. Real concern is at midnight where no linemen are deputed to resolve the concern and keeping people in dark till next day morning it gets resolved. Sometimes one the phase are not supplied which create angst to people. Seriously difficult to understand that gurgaon being metropolitan city, basic necessity of electricity is not fulfilled. During summer till onset of winter this issues worsen and nothing much is happening to resolve it permanently. India is in 21st century and basics are not being addressed.
