Customer number - [protected]. Team my mother came number of times in kheripool number of times, but none of the employee paid attention. After sitting for 2 hours, we tried to convey our message that our meter is not working from last 8 months, wire has tear off from meter and still bill came of rs - 5700. We have shown photos of our meter that no wire has been installed and broken from meter from long time. Then employee said that sir next time bill will me minimized and charges will be fixed, its there fault they dont check meter on regular basis, either is working or not and sending bill which have not been used from our side.

But till now after 2 months no one came nor our bill is fixed, i want to ask when no one lives on alloted house\plot and wire is not attached with meter and meter not working from last 8 months then how bill is coming, kindly fixed our meter first and adjust our amount. As no light nothing is used from meter and kindly fix the meter as well and take action against unauthorized bill charges implied on us.

My question is when there are no light, fan, it just plot. How bill can come, when meter wire is broken and not working form long time.

    Daily at 10.30-11 pm electricity is cut down. I keep on calling all area incharges but no ome attends our complaint. Most of the times their phones are switched off. Is this the meaning of government jobs. Whole nights we are awake and unable to sleep. Kids school is being disturbed. Please take immediate action

      The meter reading staff for dhbvn gurugram circle 2 (G26 south city sub division) for sector 56 is totally incompetent.

      Despite have a new fully functional meter they are sending pr bills with zero reading.

      This is not the first time this has happened.

      Now even when they will correct it with the latest reading i would be unnecessarily charged at the highest slab.

      Previously i have been to their office and all of them including the je are very unhelpful.

      Since two days from 30th of August 2019 to 31st of August 2019 there has been no supply between 11 pm to 10 am.

        There is frequent power cut for long duration approx. 6 to 12hrs.in day, also very high voltage fluctuations which cause damage the home appliance, people living in ip colony, sector-33 are 100% tax/bill payer and none of any is defaulter for paying electricity bill, in spite of this people are suffering from too much power cut problem. Support from dhbvn staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center no. Also not responding today
        There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact.

          Dakshin haryana bijli vitran nigam — correction in name

          Sir,

          I have purchased a new flat in rail vihar sector-56, gurgaon in september 2018. Subsequently on 3rd november 2018 i have applied online for change of name in domestic electrical connection (Account no. [protected]), the application id for the same is g[protected]. The name in the original electrical connection was mr. Deena nath basu and after sale it has to be changed to mr. Abhas kumar. The payment rs.150/- was also transferred online on the same day, thereafter i received following updates on my registered mobile number:

          [protected] : change of name application id g[protected]% complete.
          [protected] : the payment against change of name application id g[protected] of rs. 150/- approved
          [protected] : service connection order approved against change of name application id g[protected]
          [protected] : change of name application id g[protected]% complete.
          [protected] : application id g[protected]% complete.
          [protected] : application id g[protected]% complete.

          All though the request is supposed to be 100% complete on[protected], however the electricity bill till date is still coming in the old name (I. E.in the name of mr. Deena nath basu) and not in the changed name (I. E. Abhas kumar).

          I request that matter may kindly be looked into resolved.

            I registered compaint in dhbv since in the morning and they said that we will resolve your issue in half an hour, but they are not even i called 5 - 6 times in a day or also i registered complaint in their official website also but they are unable to solve my issue, they always said our technician is on the way and he will reach in 15-20 mins but no one there to solve it.

              My name is teja singh from jalalpur khurd, jind, haryana 126102. Our meter no. J12j110627 on name of mahender s% kripa ram. Our meter reading for the month of (15/03/2019 to 15/05/2019) is showed by your good office as mentioned below :-
              Previous reading -2850
              Current reading - 2004
              Consumption average 160

              But you know very well that current reading is always more /equal to previous reading, as a result our next meter reading is generated 953 for the month of 15/05/2019 to 15/07/2019 as mentioned below:-
              Previous reading-2004
              Current reading -2957
              Total consumption -953
              Which is incorrect.

              I kindly request you please check again and generate my new bill for avoiding further inconvenience.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              My name is Teja Singh. My account no is J12J110627. I am regular consumer and bill payer of DHBVN above a decade. I want to inform you that I am very surprised when I received a SMS/Message from DHBVN side for the bill of August (Period 15/05/2019 to 15/07/2019) my consumption unit is 953 and bill amount is 5678 rupees.

              Immediately I checked my meter and meter unit then I found that my meter is working properly (Video and Photos attached) and current unit is ok. After that I checked my previous bill of last one year (Excel sheet and Bill attached for your reference) and found that in the bill of July 2019 (Bill Period 15/03/2019 to 15/05/2019) my old reading is 2850 and current reading is 2004, average consumption is 160 which is incorrect. You know very well that current reading is always more/equal to old reading.

              As a result in the bill of August 2019 (Period 15/05/2019 to 15/07/2019) my old reading is 2004 and current reading is 2953 and consumption is 953 (Bill attached).



              I have already complained for the wrong bill generated by the DHBVN, complaint no is CMPJ[protected]. But your response is that change to meter after that your bill will be correct.

              You have already checked that meter is running properly .My concerned is only that if meter is running properly (Photo attached with date and time ) then why are you telling for changing the meter, however here clearly seen that in the billing period of[protected] to[protected] some mistakes is done by your meter reader at the time of reading the meter unit.

              My last one year bill excel sheet is showing below for your reference:-

                Dear customer, your complaint for no supply is registered with id dh[protected]. Haryana power utilities... This is the sms having the complaint number which is unresolved. Daily power cuts are very common in my area and society where in i live. Around 5-10 times power is cut daily randomly for indefinite time ranging from 5 min to 10 hours. Today again it happened a 5 hour cut and then for 20 min power came back and then again got cut abs again came back and again for got so it’s happening since 2 pm and now when i am writing this complaint it’s around 10 pm. So in last 8 hours power is not there for 7 hours and 1 hour includes 15-20 min when power was on. The situation is so pathetic and worse that even living in a society can’t solve my problem. Inverter can’t get charged as frequently discharging happens. Society dg set is also not enough to run ac in such hot and humid weather in this rainy season. I feel ashamed that gurgaon’s electricity board can’t meet the electricity demands of the people. Dhbvn is just a body sitting and registering complaints without resolution. There are 400-500 flats in our society (Surya vihar, near kapashera border, gurugram) and all face power cuts daily for so long. Some parts of gurgaon do not face so frequent power cuts but the situation is very poor i this area and it’s a shame on the department. Elderly people and kids feel the effects mostly and they have to survive the bad weather conditions silently and we don’t have any control and are helpless, that’s why i’m writing this in sweat at this time of night. I don’t have high hopes that any action will be taken to rectify my problem but still as a civilian i want everyone to read about the current situation of power cuts in the so called millenium city.

                Recently pole has been changed on diving road of F & E block in NIT 3, but pending inside the blocks.

                  Hi. I am sunil s/o sh krishan kumar resident of vpo talwandi rana teh. And distt. Hisar... My complaint is about to poor electricity supply in my village. We are facing this problem since last 4-5 years as everything is dependent on private employee or contractor but they take money from industrial area and supply whole electricity to them.. If we call them for power supply they make excuse for fault in line or maintenance work is on progress... Each and every person of village get bored from all these... We want solution for it as we wrote many times to xen and other officers of dhbvn but no action from their side becuase all arw involved in this fraud... Please resolve this issue asap otheriwse i have to go for cm window help.

                      No supply since 12hrs. Since rwo days in whole day at ip colony sector - 33 faridabad, haryana. Several times complaints to customers care, but no action taken so for, dhvn staff not talking it seriously. How and where to complain our problem. Due to serious electricity supply so many related problems are facing like water supply problem, home appliances problem. Dhbvn, are not talking it seriously because they don't realizing such problem.

                          गली नं 2( नीरा तोमर वाली गली ), जवाहर कालोनी एअर फोर्स चोक के पास, एन आई टी फरीदाबाद में तार बदले गये हैं, पर बिना पोल लगाए काफी लम्बे तार खींच दिए हैं, जो सडक पर नीचे लटके हुए हैं और किसी दुर्घटना का कारण हो सकते हैं, कृपया ठीक कराने का कष्ट करें। फोटोज भी संलग्न कर रहा हूँ। लोकल शिकायत की गई थी लेकिन अब तक कोई समाधान नहीं हुआ है। ये तार अभी लगभग 10 दिन पहले ही बदले गए हैं।

                                  It has been 2 years sinces i've been living in v block, lane no. 20, house no. 53-54, flat 102. Every summer i have to sleep without any power supply.. I've never spoken about it before this.. But i am way above my threshold now.. I've trued complaining it to the dhbvn but they always tell me that some sort of repair is going on.. But somehow all these repairs are done all night long and in my area only.. And not to mention this happens only during summers.. This is the epitome of corruption as this is happening right at the centre of the countries most technologically advanced metropolitan, in 2019.. Please look into this. Thank you

                                    I live in phase 1 chakkarpur here it is always electricity problems without any resons. When we call to complaint they say we dont have any updates. I wonder that why are they working if they dont have any information. They say it will get resolved but again in whole day it is 6 to 7 time electricity cut.                                       Several times i visited in your office to rectify my billing address but smart babu's are not interested to rectify the billing address. They were saying which address you have given at the time of getting connection that address is reflecting on your billing address. Or you shifted to another place so we can not rectify the new address. But i am sure that neither i have changed my residence address nor attached address which is reflecting on the bill. They are forcefully saying to me that i have shifted to another place. There are very rubbish system in the gurgaon (Badshahpur) bijlee office. Not a single executive wants to help consumers because they have a sarkari job.
