This is case in. House. No . 1678 sushant Lok phase 1 block c. Sir from past 3 night whole night and day there is no electricity supply and we are not only getting updates when we call helpline it's a serious issue facing by our locality please fix it. Sir most o[censored]s are employees and this the issue we are facing every night light is not there and this time it 7:00am of[protected] electricity is not here since last night and I am only getting updates

U BLOCK DLF PHASE 3 is going through serious electricity crunch. On 5th-24 hrs power breakdown. Followed by a powercut from 12am-7pm of 6th.
Last night again from 1am-7am no light here. We came back at 7pm and now again no light. How will you provide electricity to rest when your own city is in darkness
why are we put to such miserable conditions.

DHBVN Customer Support services is third class.
Am unsatisfied to its.
Am trying to Long time contact to Customer executive on its toll free number [protected] & 1912 .
But it's not working properly.
This is only third class services.

My area is Narwana (126116)
Purana karkhana near by land Mark railway station
Voltage are flactuate from long time but power services not workings properly am try to call at local power house landline number ([protected]) but they are not received call why.
What is customer services?

Thousands of complaints and no action... Don't know what kind of Government we have selected. And every one was so happy...No current yesterday 11pm to morning 6.30am...No current today as well starting from 11pm.. Delhi records highest temperature of 48°C today...and we are further rewarded with no electricity by our beloved department.
I am unable to sleep being on the top floor(2nd floor). No sleep and intense heat is taking a toll on my health. If I die due to heat and dehydration... this company and inefficient Government is responsible.

I would like to draw your attention to the predicament that we are facing in sector 54, Gurgaon (HR). My addresss is Plot 28, Saraswati Junj, DLF Phase 5, Sector 54, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon (HR-122003). We are facing uniformed power cuts daily for more than 2 hours and specially in nights. The line man named Pradeep (Ph. # [protected]) is extremely unprofessional and rude while communicating the issue to him. He is always late and on offs, and never picks up our calls. Earlier when we had reported issues to him, he shows up after 3-4 hours are over already and simply had to fix a single wire in the transformer. Please help us otherwise we will have to escalate it even further!

I am from Gurugram. My account number is ]. The connection currently is on previous owner name i.e. Kalpana We live in housing board colony sector 10-a. The name in the DHBVN electricity bill is Kalpana instead of Nigam. I visit the nearby DHBVN office to correct the name they told me to file it online and the name will be changed online. I have submitted all document with. Today I called the office they told me that it will take 10 days more. Please help me to clear that how much time taken to correct the name. Because i need to get billing address for my residence (Gurugram) office last two weeks.

I am a resident of S block o[censored]ppal Southend and have been facing problem due to tremendous voltage fluctuations.

The RWA has not installed enough transformers to take up the load of all the electricity usage in summers especially due to AC.
Daily after 9 pm voltage fluctuation starts and goes on for the entire night. We live on the top floor and the heat is unbearable. The fan also stops working. We spend every night in sweat. Our ACs have become ineffective because of the constant damage due to voltage fluctuation.
Despite multiple complaints and request to the RWA, they have not taken up any action. They should install the required number of transformers to take up the load of the entire society.
They charge so much for maintenance on a monthly basis but has hardly done any work in this regard. This has been going on for past two three years. Summers here are unbearable.

Request you to look into it.

Hello my name is kirti Verma... I m facing problem for light from yesterday 1pm there is no light . From 1pm yesterday.. I called many times to customer care no. They r use to say wait till 10 minutes, 20 minutes, half n hr.. it's so hot here and I m not well. Living single .. not well. Please do something.. in my building U-1/57 dlf phase 3 gurgaon. There is light in half building but half building Don't have light.. from yesterday 1pm. Please help me..

This is to bring to your kind notice that DHVBN with lieu of Mathura Road Circle where in my connection is leased from had been stealing power supply and supplying it to errand entities stoping power supply for more than 12 hours per day. My house number is 1930 and I reside in Block A. The contact centre for DHVBN[protected] always offers you unrealistic and unreliable information with back to back lies. Please raise a serious complaint against DHVBN and if required I am willing to take them to the court.

I stay in a block palam vihar, from past 3 days, there is horrible condition for power supply, on 2nd nd 3rd june power cut was from 11pm to 11am next day and aaj tou hadd ho gai, kal raat 8pm se abhi 3pm tak light nhi aai, bill bugtan k liye sms krte h, power problem kaa bhi krna chahiye, esse kaise electrician employee h jinhe, fault thik krna nhi aata

Dear sir/ma'am,

We are facing serious issues with voltage fluctuations at sector 45 area near euro international school. Every night around 8-8:30 pm voltage starts fluctuating and due to which the electronic/electrical appliances like ac, cooler, fan can not take the load and fail to do there service as usual.
Kindly look into the issue on priority because these are hot summer days and without fan/ac/coolers it has become unbearable. Also there is a risk of these appliances getting failed or broken due to the voltage fluctuations.

I'm akshita from dabua colony, we have been suffering alot more than 2 weeks in this killing summer.in such low electricity, we can't even operate a single fan with this much low voltage. We can't even sleep in nights because of this low power supply. This maybe 14th time am complaining plz do take action. Its a headache now we can't bare to suffer more. You have to do something plz its ur duty to provide us better service.

We are facing tough time with long power cuts in sector 51, huda sector, near princeton floor, gurgaon.

Every night there is power cut for 8-10 hrs. We can’t sleep at all. Also, hardly 6-7 hours of supply in day time. Mostly 1 phase or the other and as long as upto 6 hrs-8hrs at night.

Provided helpline number is not available.

Situation is pathetic. It is almost impossible...

I stay in sector 23 gurgaon.
Since last few days there have been continuous long time power cuts in my area. Mostly 1 phase or the other and as long as upto 6 hrs-8hrs at night. This is causing issues because at night we can't sleep nor go out.
Please look into it. If continuous supply isn't possible please schedule 1-2 hrs cuts in day time.

Respected sir, i am from sgm nagar faridabad, we have been witnessing electricity problem for past one week... There is no supply at the night and in day also there is a cut for 5 to 6 hours. No one picks up the phone at electricity board neither the customer care no. Works.. Sir i belong to service class and have to reach office on time but these conditions are causing us sleepless nights which is effecting our health severly and not only ours but our kids also... Hence it is a humble request to kindly look into the matter... Sir we trusted in your leadership that everything would be taken care under your guidance... Once again kindly provide us with some relief.

There is frequent power cut for long duration approx. 6 hrs. in day, also very high voltage fluctuations which cause damage the home appliance, people living in IP colony, sector-33 are 100% tax/bill payer and none of any is defaulter for paying electricity bill, in spite of this people are suffering from too much power cut problem. Support from DHBVN staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center No. also not responding at night and even day time also.
There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact
This city is announced as smart city but condition became so worst.
I hope from you to provide some better resolution for better services.

Mera nam neeraj hai aur me district faridabad me roshan nagar me rahata hu yaha par bijali bahut hi jada cut hoti ek bar chali gayi to phir ghanto lagate hai ane me aur a bhi jae to itana voltage bhi nhi rahata ki ghar ke fan ya frezz bhi kam kar sake jiss bajah se yaha par kabhi logo ko pareshani hoti hai aur jo log job karate hai unhe to aur bhi jyada ese log bijali na hone ki bajah se rat ko bahut jyada pareshani hoti hai aur so bhi nhi pate hai isliye ap is pareshani ka hal jald hi kare dhanyabad

There has been regular and long electricity cut offs in day and night in palam vihar b block area.
Dhbvn is not taking any major steos even after regular complaints at call centre.
It is almost impossible to stay and sleep in such heat especially for women as temparature is almost impossible to bear.
Please provide the reason and steps taken for this issue and register this complaint and take it to higher authorities.

There are regular issues of power fluctuations and power cuts in b block, palam vihar gurgaon for more than a week now. It starts during night time and continue till morning

It is highly risky situation and very high level of discomfort

Dhbvn does not shy away in charging high bills for consumption so why such pathetic services

With due respect i want to intimate you that i am residing at a-63, palam vihar, gurgaon, sector -2. Sir, there is no light at my residence since 29.5.2019 and due to this my children are unable to go to their schools, my wife is unable to go to office and i am also could not go to my office. There is no water in the house, life of family members are become hell. For the last 3 days we are restless. We are residing in palam vihar for the last 20 years but this type of situation of electricity we have never faced. Modiji is saying there is no short of electricity in the country but we are not getting even after making payment. I hereby request you to look int the matter urgently resolve the problem urgently
