This is to bring to you kind attention that i, gaurav xxx, resident of xxx may field garden, sector - 51 has filed for the name change of the connection (A/c 422xxx) for the mentioned address last year in july/aug with the e-form no. G[protected] and made the required payments (Inr 150/-) under the transaction no. 229786. I also confirmed the clearance of the payment for the same with the customer care, but the change still stands due and no appropriate actions has been taken by the department to fulfil the request.
To your knowledge, i have been running from pillar to post and have logged several complaints through various means, online, telephonic, visiting the sub div office in kanhai, sec 45 but nothing got changed. One of the recent complaint no. Cmpg[protected].
When i followed up in dec, i was told that the request is under process and the change will be visible in jan 19 bill, but the bill was sent with the old details without any updation. Then on further enquiry we were told that the change was pending due to some system fault and will be soon done and will reflect in the new bill and was provided with some new account no. [protected] which is reports as invalid online.
When i checked the bill on internet, it still appears under the old owner name.
