    Hi sir/mam

    Please note, unnecessary there are regularly electricity disconnection in lakkarpur faridabad location, no one is giving response on complain number and even mr je is also assured that no more electricity disconnection in our area without any prior information, on yesterday night 29 may 2019 whole night no supply of electricity.. If any fuse is got faulted then we informed on complain number to change the fuse, but no body is response and not change the fuse...

    Why?? I mean why???

    We are paying line mam charges and duty charges so why they didn't came to resolve the issue...

      I had applied for change of name of electric meter & electric bill as the ownership of the flat changed. Despite repeated requests and assurance emails, the name change was not done.

      Refer my application id: g[protected] in saralharyana. Nic.in where i applied for name change in electricity meter & electricity bill. Though the request status is closed, the electricity bill still shows old owner name.

        Account no. [protected]. I am getting excessive electricity bill from the day my connection was started. I made online complaint also on dhbvn website, but no response. My daily usages are one fan and one fridge still i am getting around rs. 3000, sometimes more than 3000 for 2 months bill, ideally which should be rs.500 -700. I am very stressed and frustrated, there is no proper guidance as where to, whom to approach for this issue in my area's electricity office. No one gives proper response. Kindly help me in this, my earnings are not that much to afford this extra/non used bill.

          I am resident of jacubpura gurgaon. There is an electric pole just near by hari sweets in jacobpura, gurgaon city.
          The electric pole is half broken and is hanging just by a little support. There are cent percent possibility that it may fall on a further shake.

          It's my humble request to you to kindly take care of it and get it repaired as quickly as possible as it's safe and is very dangerous for the residents.

            Dear Sir
            I have applied for new electricity connection through CSC. My Application is G[protected].One fine day I got a call from Electricity that my file has come at wrong Electrical office (DHBVN IDC, Gurgaon). It was cancelled with my concurrence on 22 Apr 19, as it can not be transferred to DHBVN, Maruti Udyog. The amount paid by me is Rs. 12600/-.
            Till that day I visited twice at DHBVN IDC, Gurgaon & requested to refund my initial amount.
            Many times I have requested Saral to help me for refunding my above mentioned amount.
            Till today there is no progress and the status is showing same Connection has cancelled.

                There is huge power cut at I.P. colony Sector-33 Faridabad, Approx 12 hrs. in day.
                Faridabad is so called Smart City and condition is worst that village.
                Customer care number is less responsive and SDO/JE is not taking the responsibility to resolved the problem, where we will go to complain the issue. Also, there behavior and way of talking is very rude. People living in this colony 100% tax payer and 100% bill payer are living but suffering from lots of problem.
                There are several types of tax included in the electricity bill but no maintenance is being done. Faridabad so called smart city but condition is worse than village.
                There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact

                  There is huge power cut at ip colony sector-30 faridabad, approx 12 hrs.in day. Customer care number is shut down and sdo/je is not taking the responsibility to resolved the problem, where we will go to complain the issue.

                    Complaint no : - dh[protected], complaint logged on 15th april. I have been calling dhbvn on daily basis but they are not taking any strong action. This meter connection is in farm area in janacholi village (Hathin subdivision/ palwal/haryana). My parents are completely isolated there without electricity. They don't have water to drink. No communication as mobile batteries dried out. Please look into this.

                        This is to bring to you kind attention that i, gaurav xxx, resident of xxx may field garden, sector - 51 has filed for the name change of the connection (A/c 422xxx) for the mentioned address last year in july/aug with the e-form no. G[protected] and made the required payments (Inr 150/-) under the transaction no. 229786. I also confirmed the clearance of the payment for the same with the customer care, but the change still stands due and no appropriate actions has been taken by the department to fulfil the request.

                        To your knowledge, i have been running from pillar to post and have logged several complaints through various means, online, telephonic, visiting the sub div office in kanhai, sec 45 but nothing got changed. One of the recent complaint no. Cmpg[protected].

                        When i followed up in dec, i was told that the request is under process and the change will be visible in jan 19 bill, but the bill was sent with the old details without any updation. Then on further enquiry we were told that the change was pending due to some system fault and will be soon done and will reflect in the new bill and was provided with some new account no. [protected] which is reports as invalid online.

                        When i checked the bill on internet, it still appears under the old owner name.

                            Sir/madam, except a couple of houses all houses in the area (House no 230-237 in sector 31 faridabad) have slowed their meters before putting them on the khamba and they continously use screwdriver on the meters on the khamba, one of the house has 7 ac that run all day and their bill came just rs 2000 for 2 months. Due to the theft, there is so much load on transformer and it gets short circuited every other day

                              I have applied for 3-phase meter last year. My account number is [protected].

                              I have paid rs 23000 online and 3000 as cash in gurgaon dhbvn office. But they said my file got rejected and i need to re-apply it again and did not give any reason why file is rejected
                              And amount will be adjusted in bill.

                              So i applied for connection once again g[protected] and i paid rs 19700 online and later on my father paid 5000 in cash in gurgaon dhbvn office.

                              This file is also rejected and reason was given that ownership document was not uploaded. I have manually submitted the ownership document to the dhbvn office still the rejected by file.

                              Please help me and take proper action in this case. Please refund my money

                                My electricity meter bearing No [protected] stopped functioning and on a complaint it was replaced on 18.1.2019. The connected load is only 6KW. The last reading recorded on 23.6.2018 is 35458. The Billed units for the period the meter was not functioning is 17045.11 units which has come to me as a surprise when my average consumption reported by DHBVN in the bill itself is 11683 units for the whole year period Aug'17 to July'2018 i.e full year and the meter is reported to be out of order since 23.6.18 which comprises of 7 months period only. According to the past pattern of avg usage the no o[censored]nits for 7 months time should be 11683/12*7 = 6815 units as against 17045.11units which is nearly three times of the normal consumption pattern. Would humbly request the authorities to recitfy the numbers so that I can honour the payment of the rectified bill that is due on 8.4.2019.

I had raised the complaint regarding the street light on my area many times but none of your officer taken any action on it. Initially the street light was not working so I raised a complaint. Evertime I visited the office they keep on telling that they are looking into the complainy and will get resolved soon. Instead of fixing the issue they have removed the street light.                                     Wrong billing without reading since 2 billing cycle account no. [protected] k. No. [protected] bill no.[protected] dated 11.3.2019 for amount rs.20275/-

                                    My meter got damaged and repalced by dhbvn as per my complaint. New meter install on my pole on[protected].in next 5 days i got my bill for period
                                    [protected] to[protected] with same new and old meter reading and showing units consumed is 1665 and net paayable amount is 12911.

                                    I have taken leave from office for going to meter lab and wait for half day for my turn for getting my faulty meter checked. Then engg at lab told that we are not able to get your meter reading and need to send to manufracturer to fetch reading and it will take 2-3 months.

                                    Then i go to sdo office they says they have not get faulty meter reading from meter lab still now, this is as per average consumption and pay part payment. And i have done part payment for 4000. Than in next billing cycle[protected] to 7-3-2019 they again send bill without new and old meter reading and showing units consumed is 3101 and net payable amount is 20275 which includes last unit and new unit consumed. But from my prevoius consumption in these billing period for last year unit consumed is 500 per billing cycle. It is very painfull to pay extra bill money for the units not consumed. I am middle salary person getting some money from my job to run my family. Please help to provide correct bill, other wise it very difficut ot pay such huge amount.

                                    I will adress my greivence at cm and pm window for harrassing consumer and force to pay large amount against my consumption o[censored]nits which i have not used.

                                      I have raised multiple complaints with the department but nobody is ready to look into it. Every time they are behaving rudely and most of the time they say that they don't have time for such things.

                                      As a last option, i have to go to the consumer court as i am chasing this from last 1 year.

                                        As per our cm said between 50 to 200 units of consumption of electricity.. Will be chargeable 2.50/unit.

                                        My consumption every month is almost 125..

                                        My complaint is that the employees of dhbvn who have the responsibility to collect the meter units in every two months. They do not come regular.. They come once in a year...
                                        So they send the electrcity bill in every 2 months according to dreams... Like i am consuming 250 in 2 months... They just send the bill for 100 or less.. And it continues to every month... So our 150 units is extra for 2 months which we are not paying because we are not getting correct billing summary..
                                        And once they come in a year. They check the reading in meter and send the bill accordingly.. So now 150unit * 6months = 900 which are carry forwarding every month... Plus our consumption of this 2 month 250 unit..

                                        This time, they send the bill for whole 900+250 units = 1150 units
                                        And according to 1150 units.. They charge 4.50 rs / unit

                                        Now its costs around rs 5000... So its being the big amount for middle class family to pay this amount..

                                        I hope you can understand the situation which i want to say and try to resolve this and send the employees in every 2 month to check the reading..

                                        One more big mistake.. They have forwarded me the electriciy bill for 5 years. I am attaching my bill.. Please check and resolve this concern
