Dear sir
There is enormous amount of power cut in southern side of rewari rural area, specially in villages like kharkhari, sulkha. Earlier there was electricity was available for 2-3 hrs in day time and close to 8 hrs in night. But now from some days the situation has been worse. Whereas there is full night electricity is available only for 3-4 hrs only. Keeping in mind the summer weather kindly look into matter and work out a conducive schedule for the people of rural area.

And paid my application fee of 50/-

Then i go to my near dhbvn department for the further processing

So they asked me to pay 2550/-

I just want to know i ve already a connection, why would i ve to pay 2550/- for just changing name, please confirm me is this lawful? Please reply me asap

It has been observed that Haryana Government is not providing electricity meters to consumers/applicants who are keen to pay electricity bills for domestic use. A large number of owners are using electricity without connection. The top brass of the electricity department are indulged for the theft of the electricity. They are collecting huge amount on monthly basis from people and exposing corruption. People are compelled to pay money due to their necessity.

My request is to Haryana government to provide electricity connections to everyone who have built houses otherwise it is a big loss of revenues to the state because the people deputed in electricity department are very corrupted and they don't want connections to be installed so that their business of collection of money not hampered.

Sir, i am resident of v. P. O bamnoli, bahadurgarh, haryana. We have been facing the electricity cut off problem from the starting.in winter we are able to manage with it but in summers it becomes terrible. Electricity cut off for 16 hours is not a trifle problem. We get 3 hours of electricity during day time. And 4-5 at night time. At night time too electricity cut off problem is very common.
What's the use of electricity if people could not get a sound sleep.
Please look into the matter and take some efforts to eradicate the problem.

I dont know what they want. Everyday the clock strikes 9, wohooo, its time for electricity board to stop power supply and mock the people. I seriously dont understand, is there so much shortage of electricity in country that you guys have to stop power supply for 8-9 hours in night, that too on regular basis? And then we say, we will become superpower one day. Its a request to the govt, atleast become a energy efficient country first. Working professionals live in gurgaon and everyone comes home after 8-9pm. Stopping power supply in night is like mocking the people. I do hope u will take an urgent action on this. Delhi is excellent example where kejriwal has ensured minimal power cuts. Why cant mr. Khatter ensure that in gurgaon?

It has become a pain to live in this city anymore because of major electricity cut during day and night as well. After paying huge bill amount on time what we get in return is sweating all day in 45 degrees. Mr je ([protected]) in mcg doesn't care about anything. When i told him that there is major electricity loss in last 3-4 days and we're facing great problems because of no electricity, he replied to it by saying that i'm busy with something important and disconnected the call. Submitting a complaint through toll free number is a joke. You don't get any response, no other action is taken. But they just reply with a text informing your issue has been resolved where in real the situation remains same. I saw the review rating as well, no complaint gets a good response, it's very frustrating that millennium city has no electricity for major time. It's really sad that no officials care about it. Ashok vihar phase 2 and 3 are facing huge problems, it'll be better if you solve our issues at the earliest.

I would like to inform you that i have received bill from last few month, in these bill you dont show meter reading same as on meter or bill amount same fig in every bill,
Online showing different reading but in invoice show 0 reading

Very disappointed with electricity department. Low voltage fluctuation whole night and day. It's very frustrating we have complained but there is no response from there end.

The problem is transformers are overloaded and earthing problem. The oil in transformer leaks.

The best part is that one of ex goverment from same department says. Best solution is to wait for rain. Seriously is this the best solution. On top of that we have been informed that no one will cater to your online complaint as hardly anyone knows how to response online.

I hope some one will address our complaint here.

Dear sir/ ma'am,
We have a corner plot in mohan nagar, maruti kunj (Gurugram). The rwa people, je of badshahpur zone installed a heavy load transformer on the corner of our plot without taking us in confidence. Even though the electricity line was not going through my side still they crossed the road and installed it without informing us. Because the people staying there were not allowed them to installed on the pole already installed so they thought it is better to avoid argument with them and installed it on my plots corner. If today we make a wall it will touch the transformer. Which is very dangerous for anyone.
We hope you understand and help us out in finding solution.

Mr. Khattar, an eye opener for you before elections.
Power cut has become a joke in gurgaon. Best part is waiting hours are 13 hours and when you call [protected] either it's switched off or not reachable. You really need to do something to stop this mennace. Summers are pain.
Addition to that electricity metersupply runs faster than usan bolt, don't know it's a manufacturing defect or a successful plan by someone...

In city like gurgoan, we are suffering from power cut on daily basis for long hours.
In ashok vihar phase 1 from last 15 to 20 days they cut power for at least 6 hours a day specially at night time. I am also complainting on their toll free number but the complaint never got resloved.in temperature like around 45'degree we are suffering a lot. Very tough for my new born baby to survive. No one is there to help us out, never got line man number, no one called us regarding compalint they automatic close our complaints. We are paying proper electricity bills as well.

There is no such power cuts in the other colony near us. Sir it is very difficult to handle so much heat. Please help us out.

1. Every night the light goes around 10pm (This is apart from power disconnection during daytime) and comes back around 6am or 8am. When we call the complaint numbers it takes ages to get through... Says multiple times that the number is invalid... Once we get through, we get sleepy agents who have 0 interest in our plight and 9 times out of ten they have no updates. Even when they do... They keep telling us to wait for 30 to 40 mins and we will get a call but we never do. And if we call again and get through... The update is transformer issue and light will come at 6am or 8am. 4th day today and the transformer issues come up only at night... And not during day.

2. We are charged exorbitantly even though we have restricted usage and still we have to sleep without electricity for more than 10 hours each night and also a few hours here or there in the day time.

3. The customer service is disgusting... People dont have information and have zero concern for the clients.

4. If this keeps up... We are definitely taking stern actions.

Such a pathetic scenario. People earning money, paying high rents just to suffer. No light in u block specially in my lane u-36 for more that 12 hrs but issue has not been resolved for more than 3 days. Everyday same scenario no light in the evening but today no light since yesterday night till 5 in the evening and mayb more hrs.

Electricity board should look into this and many people are staying in u block. It's better to stay in delhi and travel rather than dying in heat.

Worst service by dhbvn in sector 91 faridabad. Always power cut and customer care do not listen to customer properly. Such a peek time in summer where temp is 47c they do power cut for full day and night after. After complaining to customer care they dnt do anything... Never get a feedback call or anything. Worst company with worst service. I really feel we are not staying in sector we are staying in unauthorized area where we are not paying bill. Everything is damn expensive here but facility is zero.

It's been hell since the summer started and today's situation is extremely bad.. Power cut in every 2 minutes since evening.. I know my complaint will never make any difference about the current situation because there would not be any action to resolve the issue as the complaint satisfaction percentage is 1 which is mentioned in this website itself.. This is the condition of world's largest democracy.. So many voices but there is no one who want to listen.. That's it

I am living in sec 47. There is no electricity in some houses from last 3 hours. Some houses have electricity. Checked meters. Some with green light and some with orange light
I tried all nos given on site and all are incorrect. Why is there no number to register our complaints.
Why some house have electricity and some don't. This is very bad situation here. We dont know whom to complaint.

I have 2 ac and due to low power supply not a single ac is running properly ' in my all colony there is need of a big separate transfer currently small transfarmer is situated and where some factory's also connected to that transfarmer and due to this we have to suffer a lot kindly help and arrange to change the transfarmer
