No electricity supply in sector 17 A sukhrali gurgaon at late night time everyday when i lodged a complaint against it they raise complaint only, still, they have not took action from 2 hours. My complaint no. Is DH[protected]. They dont tell me what is the issue behind it. And how many time they take to fix this issue.

Sir,
i request you to please take an action which is related to the electricity theft by connecting a wire through the main pole the man whose name is wazir singh, and he theft a electricity for a several years by connecting a second wire through the main line. he connect a second wire form his roof form there he make a small cut into the wire form there he connect a wire.

plz sir take any action against this man.
timing to caught a man(night 9:00 pm to 6:00 am).

This is to bring you a kind notice that transformer which is installed along with my company giving supply to many companies nearby got hit by an unknown lorry driver because of which Transformer displaced from its original position and leaning towards road as if it may fall at any time which will create hazardous situation for all so on behalf of all residents its my humble request to kindly take immediate action to eradicate this problem.

They do not provide proper electricity supply. No resolution is provided for customer complaints. No escalation levels provided. Power cut for more than 8 hours during weekdays, during late nights. Bladdy corrupt people corrupt authority. They should be sued, penalised for their services. They only know how to trouble customers. Shameless people without any customer sentiments

I live ar sector 39 gurgaon harayana .

I am facing huge issue with power supply from haryana electricity board as there is daily power cut for at least 4 houts and sometimes it whole night that power supply is taken off .

If you complain on there customer care number and ask them to escalte they ask you to visit SDO office .

Please check with the authorities and get this issue fixed or suggest how to proceed on this

I have concern about electricity in my area. Every time when there is rainy environment electricity gone and it will not come while night due to which we can’t sleep. Children are not able to go to school due to insufficient sleep. Moreover, this happens only in my lane, whole jharsa village has electricity only last lane of jharsa which is in touch with noble street sector-39 will have to bear this problem. I m fed up with calling electricity board about this. Pls do something for this, we are also living in Gurgaon.

Sir. I am from Jind. From last 3 days there is continuous Electricity breakdown at after every 2-3 hours for minimum 2 hours. No reasons are provided even after repeated complaints. Even at this weather DHBVN is not ashamed of power cutoff at late night for 3-4 hrs. We have kids and old aged family members in our family and it power cutoff in night is not good for their health. Also unscheduled power cutoff hampers daily routine jobs and becomes harrassement.

Don't understand in which century we are living in, there is daily power cut in Sec 21D faridabad for 7-8 hours, it is worst in the night. No body is there to listen also. This is the worst power cut I have seen in years in such a heated summer. All peoples are suffering in this situation for last 15 days and situation is not getting improved. Is there anybody who can listen and resolve it??

If a person is sleeping and need to wake up early at the morning for work so is it necessary to ruin that person's sleep by these power Cuts during this hours? Basically from past 3 days I am constantly facing this issue in my area that is sec 45 Kanhai. Each morning I am waking up, that too before alarm, annoyingly bcz I am sweating all way due to these odd power cuts. After that I need to go for work but there's no power and I m getting ready again annoying bcz sweating all over. Obviously if there's no fan cooler ac person will feel hot and how u expect then he/she will gets ready. If there should be power cuts so do it for whole day during working hours when most of the ppl are in office. Why during morning when it will affect their sleep n also create problem while getting ready.

There is frequent power cut for long duration approx. 2 to 6hrs. in day, also very high voltage fluctuations which cause damage the home appliance, people living in IP colony, sector-33 are 100% tax/bill payer and none of any is defaulter for paying electricity bill, in spite of this people are suffering from too much power cut problem. Support from DHBVN staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center No. also not responding at night and even day time also.
There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact
This city is announced as smart city but condition became so worst.
I hope from you to provide some better resolution for better services.

Electricity is not coming in one phase of the gali number 69, its pathetic whole day electricity voes away from 9-7 and when by mistake the light comes, then these bloody phase problems. I live in U69/17 every ### week the phase goes down or the voltage problems and we are sick of it.. We pay 7000 bill and what we get nothing and the numbers are all fake on the internet. Haryana bijli board just sucks all the cocks possible. It's turning out to be pathetic place to live in

We have been facing this issue from past 2 months now wherein no power supply is reported for minimum of 6-8 hours everyday. We have recorded several complaints to the dhbvn customer care but still issue is the same. In case of no action on this complaint we will write to the PM grievance cell

DHVBN frustrated services they cut electricity in mid day even night...now a days they cut 5 to 6 hours which is not acceptable...

We are paying bilk on time if they have any issues with please increase your meter rate...

But before cut they have announce in public you can't cut without Informing us...

Everyone has rights to speak...

In such a progressive country where even my village is getting 22 hours electricity I'm surprised and frustrated to see the condition of Sector 21 D Faridabad.The electricity cuts are long throughout the day even stretching upto 5-6 hours. Even during the night there are power cuts and low voltage. I'm amazed to see low voltage in such a posh locality. The other parts of Faridabad are managed well for example I previously stayed in Sector 35 and I never faced these challenges birthday Sector 21 D is a disappointment. Last night also there was a cut of 4-5 hours. It's frustrating to work throughout the day and get a disturbed sleep at night because of power failure for the entire night. Many a times there is low voltage due to which even cooler doesn't work properly so you can forget about AC. I never thought this will happen in a BJP ruled stated. I'm disappointed and angry.

With respect sir my bill is wrong previous bill 400 unit is already pay and second bill 815 unit coming but my meter unit show total 989 unit (But bill unit total 400+815= 1215 unit) so this is totally wrong.

There is extreme power cut in faridabad sector 21-c since yesterday i. E. 24.06.2018. There was no power since 7.00 am and after complaint they restored the power at 1.30 pm.
Now today there is a message from dhbvn stating there will be power cut from 11.15 am to 23.45 pm i. E. More than 12 hours.
Its hot and humid weather and children are having vacations, there might be old and ill people. There is no planning and no consideration of living conditions. All of sudden the dhbvn gets idea of completing all the schedule maintanance in one day only.

I m a resident of sec 23 gurgaon. This is my second complain against the street light. Again behind community center the street lights are not functional. I have never found that the street lights are functional for a whole week.in the evening (After 7:30 pm) street remains very dark and it's risky too for the ladies who used to come home in the evening. Also most the vehicle's we used to park out of the house, so its too risky that any stranger can take the advantage of the darkness and easily can steal our vehicle or provide any damage. Around our area like front of the community center and on other street all the lights are functioning. Even we call on the given number but that no. Also remains out of coverage or switch off. If possible, please take this issue on high priority. Or let us know to whom we need to connect to resolve this issue.

Dear Sir,
We are 13 family are staying in adarsh collony gali no 7 end which connect gali no 7&9, our poor power supply is from street no 9. We request to connect oue powe from street no 7 because there is one transformer near by.On our request three year back electric pole has been installed and armoured cable also has been installed but connection not yet made made from street no.7.

The power is not sufficient for run the fan, cooler.
Please connect our supply from street no 7 without any delaying.

There is enormous amount of power cut in southern side of rewari rural area, specially in villages like kharkhari, sulkha. Earlier there was electricity was available for 2-3 hrs in day time and close to 8 hrs in night. But now from some days the situation has been worse. Whereas there is full night electricity is available only for 3-4 hrs only. Keeping in mind the summer weather kindly look into matter and work out a conducive schedule for the people of rural area.
