Dear sir:

I am a domestic consumer of dhbvn, my account number is [protected]. I had an issue with inflated bill sent on pr basis with bill number[protected], which i got it rectified on february 6, 2018 at local sdo office and paid it on the same day by cash at the collection counter, but till now it has not been updated and still showing as outstanding amount whenever i am logging on dhvbn portal to check the status.

Please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as i am worried that this will come as arrear in my next bill due to nonupdation.

Hi, I applied for a new 3-phase meter connection on 7-Jan-2018 for my house in DLF Phase-4. I haven't got the meter installed yet since past 1 and a half months and I'm told meters are not available since past 2-3 months. I'm facing a lot of problem due to non availability of electricity.

    Sir, the ppo no.3621 dated 7.9.2006 was sent to chief manager state bank of patlia, main branch hisar vide cao, dhbvn, hisar memo no. 5656/59 sr. Ao/pen/3714 dated 25.08.2017. But till date the dealing of main branch state bank of patila, hisar is not taking any interest to pay the family pension of above ppo. The family pension is to be paid in the account no. [protected] at sbi jhojhu kalan branch. The account no. Of ppo holder is [protected]. It is requested to kindly look into the matter personally and get redressed the genuine grievances as i am facing a great financial hardship due to non payment of my family pension.         11000 kva line pass on my home and 2nos transformer are kept in my residance my family is residance here. Many time i complaint in nangle choudhary but no action taken by them so plz save my family for any mishappning due to electric line and transformer i request plz shift transformer and 11000 kva line to onther place.

        Plz help and support me and my family for any misshapening and accident due to line and transformer.

          Subject: electricity bill consumer id – [protected]

          I, y p chopra, president, press information bureau gharonda, cghs, plot-33, sector-56, gurgaon, hereby submit the following for your information and rectifying procedural action please.

          Since september 2016, the society is receiving electricity bills from dhbvnl without checking the previous bill details, the actual meter reading etc, resulting in harassment to consumers.

          To rectify the bill, every time on receipt of the bill, sdo, jen, ca, dealing assistant’s are contacted to rectify the bill. This is done on the bill and the society is informed that the complaint is noted in the computer and it is rectified. Next bill again is received without correct information.
          Since last one and a half year not a single bill is received without discrepancy.
          Last bill in october 2017 was received for approximately rs. 1, 80, 000/- showing consumption of more than 24000 units without showing the previous & present meter readings, which was got corrected for 31, 000/-. Again in nov 17, personally the president visited kanhai village dhbvn office informing that the current reading is 18595 units and the bill was corrected for rs. 55688/-.
          The bill received on 01 02.2018 is received without showing the previous & present meter readings and unit consumed shown as 9300. The present reading is 19141. After deducting previous reading 18595 units, the consumption is 546 units., whereas the bill shows 9300 units.
          Please suggest ways to get the correct bill. Kindly instruct the staff not to issue any bill without showing the previous and current meter reading and issue a corrected bill to the society for payment.

            electricity bill on pr basis

            My Meter is Operational while from last billing cycle electricity deptt sending us on PR basis and its almost double they charges last month and same thing happening in this month.

            Please look into this on urgent basis.

            No idea what departments officer doing why meter reading not happening on regular basisbr...

            Dear Sirs,
            I wrote a request letter to SDO of DHBVN, Palla, regarding raising an inflated high bill no.[protected], amounting Rs. 23369/- (Bill attached). As a citizen I asked them to accept my request letter and give me a receiving on another copy of the letter. But they refused to give me a receiving. Somehow I managed to click a picture of that submitted letter (Letter Attached). They just reduced the Unit Rate amount and made the bill of Rs. 17403/- (Bill attached). Although it was purely an inflated bill, I paid Rs. 8000/- as an installment in the pressure of losing electricity as they did the same earlier and took off our meter without prior notice. We do not have AC, Geyser, Heater or any heavy load consuming equipment which might cause high consumption. Our monthly average consumption is 50 units from January to September (9 months). This can be seen in the table given below:-

              The bill tc-556 was wrongly billed by entering wrong meter reading and same showed the person who brought the bill to site but till date corrected copy of bill for the month of december2017 was not received by us till date.
              Note: correct meter reading was taken by bill distributor from meter tc-556 by physical check.
              You are requested to send the correct reading bill on tc-556 as soon as possible.

Single wire not put in front of my house old phase wires are hanging in loose condition several times wires broken and once a cattle was narrowly escaped always danger of life is there pl direct concern contractor to replace old steel wires into new fibre cable.

                    This is regarding wrong billing of electricity bill, last time also i faced the same issue & was settled after visiting ur office & correcting my bill amount, but this month i face same issue, i received a bill of rs 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees, sir kindly take necessary actions to correct the bill and kindly take strict action against this, else will file an FIR/ will report to media / and a copy will be sent to GM of DHBVN & PM Office.

                    Note: Because of this issue i have visited SDO([protected]) & our village JE, but there has been no action taken, again and again i am facing the same issue and feeling harassed by ur department.
                    Because o[censored]r department mistakes i have to visit ur office again and again, who will pay my expenses.

                      A person named billu s/o ramdiya running a barber shop near baba gaibi sahib mandir, old bus stand road, dhola kuan, narwana distt-jind is using electricity at his shop without taking any electricity connection from electrical department. He has taken connection from electric pole near his shop illegally.
                      He is indulge in such kind of practices since many years.
                      When vigilance team arrives he ran away by downing shutter of his shop.
                      He may also feed bribe to any officials as he is illegally doing such practice since many years, it should also be investigated.

                      I hereby sincerely request you to please take appropriate action against him so that theft of electricity can be stopped and genuine people can be motivated in society.

                        Hi,

                        I got a bill of rs. 92000 without any usage. My wheat machine was not operating still i received high amount of bill. Probably the capacitor was not working properly or something else it may be. Whenever meter operate the kwh and kvh increased proportionally (Actual and appearnt reading).

                        As you can see in the attached bill, kvah is not proportion to kwh. I have discussed the concern with a lot of member of electricity board including the higher authority but did not get any resolution. Although my meter has been changed still my previous bill issue worth 92000 is not resloved.

                        I've been tired by going here and there. Kindly fix my issue. Bill is attached.

                            My electricity connection account number is[protected]. We have received an electricity bill of november and december 2017 for a very high amount o[censored]nits consumed than in this month ever before even the no high usage of electricity. The billed amount is rs.8878. Last aug-sept 2017 bill generated was also not correct as per consumption. Please look into this matter check meter and any possibility of theft and get the bill corrected as soon as possible. Also the extra amount paid should be refunded in my bank account. Please its my humble request too you.

                              wrong billing for last few months

                              From last few months i am getting bill where new reading was shown nil and unit consumed 742 in sept 2017 and 402 in november 2017, bill basis pr and remarks rnt. This month on 24.12.2017 my bill was generated with unit consumed 46474 for rs. 347518.00. My connection is domestic and avg. Unit consumption in last year was around 700 for two months. You are requested to kindly check it and issue me bill with correct reading....

                                My Meter is new and perfactly working- Units till today are 12764, so the total difference between new and old unit till today is 496. Plesae correct my bill.

                                  Dhbvn bill no[protected] dated 27.09.207 is incorrect as meter reading as per bill is 25741. However, when i checked the meter after receipt of bill in letterbox on 18.10.2017 meter reading was 24293. There is no possibility that 1466 units are consumed in vacant house. You can check my past consumption for the last 8-10 months that unit consumed will be always less than 15 as house is vacant from last 10 months. I have alredy complaint to them by attaching the photograph of meter reading clicked on 19.11.2017 and requested them to make correction in my bill and send me the correct bill immediately so that i can make the payment and avoid unnecessary mental harassment due to their clerical mistake but instead of sending the correct bill they have added 1466 units as an arrears due rs 9415.63 + next month bill. Kindly, help me to get this issue resolved. My earlier complian no to dhbvn (Cmpf[protected] dated 10.11.2017 & cmpf[protected])

                                    From last one year electricity dept. Hasn't come to take any meter reading and kept on sending estimated bills despite of we visited their office multiple times and requested for it and they didn't listen at all and now they have sent a bill of rs. 21863 as per the highest unit price along with charges. I think this is unfair and when i complained about it they even didn't listen again and i also tried to escalate it to sdo name rajendra kumar but he instead of checking in his internal team & agreeing for the mistake he said we were sleeping from last one year.

                                    Do you really think its a justifiable response and is it the way they should talk and behave.

                                    Why should consumer get penalized for the issue which has been made by electricity team why they are charging our bill now as per the highest rate price per unit if this bill could have been billed regularly then this problem could never had occurred and even this time since we were not able to read he meter reading we took help of a local electrician and got the reading and submitted to office because they never even think to come and take the reading despite of multiple request.

                                    Kindly check and take the needful action and get us justice else will go even further.
