    we havemany timed complaint. but my problem is not soul by electrical divsion. per day person visit our office for submit the 118350rs. amouts bill.which regarding submit the bill.my bill is already wrong.kindly proper action and karola village meter reading checker against strucly action.

      Since last three months i have been receiving faulty readings (Old meter reading/new meter reading). Also my meter is not showing proper reading and always shows error reading, whereas all the other meters located in my building shows proper reading. Also there is extreme high consumption shown in my bills inspite of just running one air conditioner for only 8 hrs per day.

            R/Sir i have a connection in the name of Kapoor Chand i have applied for the change of name in the same connection in the Name of Smt. Shimla Devi R/o 14/205 Ram colony Barnala Road, Sirsa and extention of load in August 2016 and i deposit the security amount. but after one year the official have not extend my load & change on name in this when i meet the official the don't response and said me your file will be misplace and and your case has been cancled by the department and you again apply for the same. sir i humbly request you to please solve my problem.

              Wrong bill has been generated for the month of aug-sep.
              The bill has been generated since dec'2016 till sep'2017.
              Also, the house is closed since sep starting.
              I want correct bill generated. I also want explanation over high consumption mentioned for just two months (Aug and sep) as the house wass closed for one of the months (Sep) and is still closed.

                  It is brought to your kind notice that i have received the electricity bill on 17/10/2017 for the period from 8/7/17 to 27/9/2017 of excess amount due to recording of wrong units. I have given a written complaint to the s. D. O. Sub divn no 2 on 18/10/2017 regarding correction of this bill. The s. D. O. Ordered to sh krishan bcits for checking the consumed units and report. But sh krishan bcits has not bothered to verify the reading of my meter no cc140827 till today dated 21/10/2017 and he has given me the contact no of sh akshay ([protected]) on 18/10/2017, sh sagar ([protected]) on 19/10/2017 and rohit ([protected]) on 20/10/2017 for calling to verify the meter reading. I have called all these above persons several times but no body has come to verify the meter reading. It is, therefore, requested to take stern action against all the above officials and arrange to correct my bill at an early date so that the bill may be paid by due date i e 24/10/2017.

                      Bill for august 2017 sent in september showed an amount of rs 9824.15 but units consumed as nil. My house is locked since nearly one and half years. I have been paying amount of rs 1074.00 per two monthly basis since then. September month's bill however shows rs 9824.15. This is ridiculous. However we feel it's a mistake. Please correct bill to enable payment online as i have been paying online since then. My earlier complaint number is 65711.

                        No power at vistas project, sector -70 since 28.09.2017. For reference meter detail tc -536 & tc - 556. We approached concerned authority related this matter and they are told us that there is fault in underground ht cable. So you are requested to do needful to rectify the fault and correct/ repair as soon as earliest possible. Hopping for your cooperation and early action.

                            I am dr. Prajesh dixit, a resident of acharyapuri ext. ‘ganga vihar’ gurgaon. Sir, an electric pole standing at the corner of my house is quite inclined towards the roof of the building. The 'live - phase' wires are almost touching the pillars on the terrace. And the most serious part to bring to your notice is the regular increase in the slant of the pole towards the house.
                            It appears to me a very serious and dangerous situation. To avoid any prospective mishap, i request you to take immediate necessary actions.

                              The bill for the month of september shows a charge of rs 9842.00 without details o[censored]nits shown. I am out of town and the mcb is switched of internally in the house. How has the bill been generated without showing any unit consumption.in the past months i have been paying an average of rs 1070.00 and this amount was shown in my bills. This i understand is for the meter charges etc.. Or for retaining my connection, even though the unit consumption was always shown as nil.
                              Please arrange to check up how this mistake has happened in your billing. Apparently it is a typographical error.

                                    Hi, i have received the wrong invoice #[protected] dated 19/08/17 amounting rs. 7665/- with the unit consumption of 1002.75 (S. R-11583.25 e. R - 12586) for the period of 26-06-17 to[protected] days). We have received this invoice on[protected] with the due date of sep'5'2017. I have disconnect on the unit consumption. We have never consumed such number o[censored]nits in past in the similar months as well. I have gone twice to the sohna road, sector-49, nigam office. As per them units which are consumed are fine. As per them previous bill was generated with lesser units thats why this bill has come up with adjustments, however i checked my previous bill as well there can be some gap of let say 100 units but it cannot be 350 to 400 units. And also by doing so my unit rate which they have considered is 6.75 which is highest rate. Because of this my bill has also got increased. If they have given us the correct reading last month, my unit rate slab would be lower 4.5 or 5.

                                    Kindly look into this and help me with the resolution.

                                      It is consecutively 2nd time when the incorrect reading is taken up to prepare the final bill.

                                      My electricity bill for month april to june 2017 :was 34 thousand on account on wrong reading being considered, which further i got corrected to 12again the same issue is reported for the electricity bill of month july - aug 2017, this time again the wrong reading is considered & the bill is bulged to 29618/- which is again wrong.

                                      This is causing great inconvenient to us. Every time we need to visit the sub-division office to get the same corrected. And which can be done from monday - friday during morning hours.

                                      Last time i had to skip my office for 3 days to get the bill corrected, again the same is repeated.
                                      Further, we seldom get electricity bill at our home, that to after the due date. & there are always issue in downloading latest electricity bill from site due to technical issues.
