Since last three months i have been receiving faulty readings (Old meter reading/new meter reading). Also my meter is not showing proper reading and always shows error reading, whereas all the other meters located in my building shows proper reading. Also there is extreme high consumption shown in my bills inspite of just running one air conditioner for only 8 hrs per day....

Dear sir, we are not getting our electricity bill at specified address. Also, no meter reading have taken by your staff. Always, we have to go every time to your office to get the bill on average basis and paid to continue the connection. We have made complaint many time times at kadipur, gurgaon office but no action has been taken yet.

Wrong bill has been generated for the month of aug-sep.
The bill has been generated since dec'2016 till sep'2017.
Also, the house is closed since sep starting.
I want correct bill generated. I also want explanation over high consumption mentioned for just two months (Aug and sep) as the house wass closed for one of the months (Sep) and is still closed....

Dear authority, it is third time i'm complaining about high electricity bills which i used to get every time since last year. You're being again requested to do something in order to resolve my problem as soon as possible. Last time i paid approx rs.26000 and this time its around rs.15000. Bill for august 2017 sent in september showed an amount of rs 9824.15 but units consumed as nil. My house is locked since nearly one and half years. I have been paying amount of rs 1074.00 per two monthly basis since then. September month's bill however shows rs 9824.15. This is ridiculous. However we feel it's a mistake. I am dr. Prajesh dixit, a resident of acharyapuri ext. ‘ganga vihar’ gurgaon. Sir, an electric pole standing at the corner of my house is quite inclined towards the roof of the building. The 'live - phase' wires are almost touching the pillars on the terrace. And the most serious part to bring to your notice is the regular increase in the slant of the pole towards the house.

Hi, i have received the wrong invoice #[protected] dated 19/08/17 amounting rs. 7665/- with the unit consumption of 1002.75 (S. R-11583.25 e. R - 12586) for the period of 26-06-17 to[protected] days). We have received this invoice on[protected] with the due date of sep'5'2017. I have disconnect on the unit consumption. My electricity bill for month april to june 2017 :was 34 thousand on account on wrong reading being considered, which further i got corrected to 12again the same issue is reported for the electricity bill of month july - aug 2017, this time again the wrong reading is considered & the bill is bulged to 29618/- which is again wrong....

Power cut since long time and customer care no. Responding, how to get the problem resolve, i am complaining from ip colony, sector-33 faridabad, when power cut in this area then complain attended late by technicians. Others dhbv staff are not attentive for resolve the problem as earliest and no others means of communication available with us. Kind help in this regards...

This is related to ligjt issue. I dont know that how does light comes in a few some hours maximum 10 to 12 hours in a day. Last couple of weeks light does not come properly. Many times is bieng happening here that light did not come in a day and night... Still issues not resolved this time. We are facing many challangeing like water. I would request you please look into this matter. This is very helpful for us......

I am residing in gurgaon sector 7, the power outage problem is very frequent and dhbvn is unable to solve the problem, they are fixing the things temporarily and i am sure people are using unauthorized power supply but i am paying a 9 rupees per unit cost as my home owner fixed this rate, so why i will suffer the electricity.. Shame on administration of power supply, the voltage is also not good, my cooler and some appliances are damaged...
