Hello, DHBVN is serving very bad service. Around 24 hours are going to be completed but no resolution. Only 3 or 4 houses are not getting electricity and we have registered various complaints but no response. Truly unable to understand that to whom should we reach so that our complaint can be at least listened. If anyone has any idea, plz let me know.     Dear sir/Madam I live at Ugalan Distt. Hisar Teh Bass.There are frequent electric cuts in my village. The sub station Bass gives us supply only for 6 to 8 hours a day. There is no schedule, it is on their choice. The whole village is trapped into various diseases. Due to increase of the temperature, cattles are going to dead everyday .For this only nigam is resposilbe. Kindly look into the matter. Otherwise CM window is also open. Yours truly, Satyawan

      I am living for last 1 month at sector 40, behind huda market. I am facing a such bad voltage drop that even a fan is not working properly. The ac cannot take a load.
      There is an urgent need to change the transformer and it should not be shared with the market. It should be for resedential purpose or the transformer should be so strong that it can take the load of both market as well as residences.
      This is something serious which needs to be given attention.
      Kindly see and rectify this problem.

        The person who took meter reading has taken completely wrong bill. This bill cycle is for 21/2/2017 to 21/4/2017. The readings taken as per him is 37283 kw to 38438. But i shifted to this flat on 3rd march 2017 only and took the meter reading which was 37253.4 kw.
        The worst part is that presently as of 1st june, the meter reading is 37674.6 kw. But that stupid person took almost 700 units more, as compared to todays meter reading. I want correct meter reading and correct bill taken and proper bill circulated as soon as possible. This is total height of stupidity.

          Bijli department can't take serrious regarding our concern.
          They told me our employee working in outside area. So who will take city issues & resolve timely.

          Hello,
          No power since 8 hrs. in IP Colony Sector-33 Faridabad, Haryana, multiple time called to customer care but they are not writing the complaint. They were saying that they don't have authority to write complaint, only have authority to inform the respective areal line man, how this the ridiculous system they have made. Others DHBV staff are never listen the consumer complaint. A consumer where to go for complaint.

              This is to inform you that from the past 1 week, there is voltage fluctuation problem in Sushant Lok 1, C block. I am a tenant and daily after 10pm, i face voltage fluctuation. I called the electricity department and they are saying that this issue is from DHBVN.
              Request you to kindly resolve the issue as in such hot weather it is difficult to sleep.

                Power cut in area sector 49

                From last 1 week, i am registering 1 new complaint for power cut. Reasons were like breakdown, power cut, due to maintenance, construction work etc etc. There are no updates on complaint for many days. Also timings for power cut are very odd mostly in nights which is very uncomfortable for people. Also today power cut was for more than 6 hours and got messaged that light will be in area till 6:00...

                I m residing in Jawahar nagar, jacompura(Gurgaon) logged complaint twice in a day as previous complain DH [protected] closed without any information. Only reason I got that line man and JE didn't responded. I secondly logged a new DH[protected] with no further clearance.

                Is this the service customer is paying for to get some unexpected behaviour or electricity department.

                  Hi,
                  I am a resident of Ashok Vihar phase 3 extn gali 11b. There very much load problem and in every 1hrs power supply cut off due to phase cut out. Wires are to old to handled the load. This is happening from last 72hrs continuously. Either provide one more transformer or allow issuing the meter to public so they can use electricity in proper manner. People are using electricity in a wrong manner becz they don't have meter connection.

                  We request you to please allow new connections or setup one more transformer in our area so everyone use electricity properly.

                    I am tax paying citizen and a tenant in Gurgaon.

                    Everyday for 5-6 times a day, there is no power supply in the peak afternoon hours or late night. When I register complain through the customer care number [protected], they always say that within 15-20 minutes I will receive a call, and when I receive a call, I am used to hear the response as break down. What is this all about? Is this kind of developed country we are looking for or is the power supply companies are in contact with the invert-er companies. Now, I am forced to purchase invert-er in the weekend which would cost me around rs 15000.

                    Who would be responsible for that cost plz?

                      Dear DHBVN

                      While making online payment of my bill this month (May 2017), I noticed that the portal has implemented a Google Image captcha to verify that the user is not a robot.

                      Now, Google Image captcha is infamous for being extremely unfriendly to the user, and it's so lacking in intelligence that a robot is seemingly more likely to solve it correctly. It only serves to annoy the genuine users that are not robots. The Internet is littered with complaints against this one. I have to pay multiple bills, and after once solving the Google Image captcha, it does not even remember for 5 minutes that the user is not a robot, and asks to prove this every time a bill is to be paid. By taking 15 minutes on average to solve one of these captchas, you see it takes an hour to make just 4 bill payments. This is beyond ridiculous.

                      I request you to kindly ditch this thing and use something more sensible. There are numerous other captcha services available online. Please choose the one that prevents most of the spam attacks while being solvable in at most 2 tries by a normal human being. We, your loyal users, do not deserve to be punished with time-wasting and user-hostile technologies created by lowly paid interns in their free time for making our payments. Please implement a professional captcha system the company behind which has actually done some research on the usability of its product.

                        Hello Sir,

                        I would like to bring your kind attention towards the address House of Mr. LALA KUMAHAR, Village-Badshahpur(140) Near sector-89, Faridabad, Haryana-121002.

                        It is a Double Store Huge Building WHICH IS situated

                        in 9000 sq ft and has 28 rooms, where the four families residing on 1st floor and rented families are on 2nd floor are consuming the electricity illegally, they have three shopes and two electric operated chak (potter machine)

                        although they have their own electricity meters and he is a electrician he has made some changes in connections & theft the electricity from nearby existing electricity wire through wire hence receiving bills for one or two bulbs only but using all appliances including Geysers, hitters, electric iron & many more in winter & ACs in summer, therefore getting bills with nominal charges.

                        They are doing this activity for the last many years regularly,

                        you can check their electricity bills & after seeing them you can easily track how many appliances they are using & how much amount of bills they are receiving.

                        If your department raid suddenly at this address during early morning time or in the midnight hours then you can easily caught them red handed.

                        I hope you will act on this matter & will take the strict action against those culprits.

                          They have cut the light from 12 am in the night and still not resuming the supply, everytime i am calling they are asking to wait for another 1 hr, its been already 11 hours now, and it happens on a regular basis here, they do not talk mannerly neither they give any correct informations, always lies and fake commitments, are we supposed to stay without lights for 9 hrs ? That too in a city like delhi ncr ?

                            I do not know almost 3diffrent parties has changed but power supply condition in gurgaon only worsen.

                            There is so much announcements by giverment but no practical ground work.

                            All the complaint numbers given on the websites of DHBVn for gurgaon are defunct.

                            Its the mockery of system by stubbornly irresponsible burrucrats and government servants.

                            Change this i[censored] want to bring the change.

                                I m indu sharma resident of kundan colony have been suffering alot more than a month. We are dying because of summers.in such low electricity, we can't run our airconditions etc. Kids are also bearing alot. We can't even sleep in nights because of this low power supply. Its a kind request pls do something to make us live peacefully. Pls tell me what i need to do ahead to resolve this problem.

                                It is a daily power cut of 5-7 hours at the prominent location like Sushant Lok Vyapar Kendra Gurgaon which is impacting the business of shop keepers. If this can happen to Sushant Lok than imagine the plight of Villages !! Hollow claims . Please look into the issue and get it fixed

                                  Electricity problem in Sector 38 Gurugram

                                  I am a resident of sector 38 Gurugram

                                  We resident of sector 38 are forced to spend almost entire night without sleep drenched in sweat because voltage supplied at our house is do low that most of the electrical appliances are either not working and are at a risk of getting damaged

                                  In my sector voltage is so low that AC does not work for entire night and the reason for this is that there are so many illegal jhuggis...

                                  I am resident of Flat no B 405, KANISHKA TOWERS, sector 34, Faridabad, and consumer of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam with Account No [protected] and bill dated is 10.4.2017 of rs 4240 with electricity units consumed is only 306 in this billing cycle. The current cycle charges are 2063 and arrears/ outstanding charges of rs 2176 added.
                                  The arrears are divided into SOP charges Rs 1798, FSA Rs 275.68, surcharge Rs 62, E Duty Rs 27.50 & M Tax RS 13.76. Total Rs 2176.
                                  The company is looting the consumers on the name of Arrears and charged every quarterly and false perception is created that per unit charges are rs 5 but actually it is more than rs 14 per unit . The charges are rs 4240 for 306 units consumed in this billing cycle.
                                  I humbly request you to look into the matter and advise these companies to omit the unnecessary charges.
