Hi, I'm residing at vill. Basunda, post khandewla district Gurgaon, Haryana, pin 122504. This is to bring your kind notice and information that in our main street there is electric pole which is very unsafe. There is large cracks at the ground. Also there is low hanging and damaged wires. Few days back there was a spark in the pole which is dangerous and clearly unsafe to our family, children and animals.
This is an important public safty issue.Would request you for an immediate inspection arrangment for replacement or relocation of the pole.
It would be very thankful if you cooperate with us.

Huge power failure in Gurgaon south city-2 Q-1 block not expected in metro cites a long time power cut off of 20 Hours..
Dear sir I calling continuse from 10.45pm today (18/4/2017)to local sector 23 complaint office for h.no 3059 for light, light not available from 10.45 pm today ????
Still no response I am waiting on road
More then 20 Hours still it was not resolved and call centre and other contact no are also not responding.this complaint is for south city -2 Q-1 Block

    There are frequent power cut for long duration approx. 2 to 5 hrs. in day, people living in IP colony, sector-33 are 100% tax payer and none of any is defaulter for paying electricity bill, in spite of this people are suffering from too much power cut problem. Support from DHBVN staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center are not responding at night and even day time also.
    There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact
    This city is announced as smart city but condition became so worst.
    I hope from you to provide some better resolution for better services

      Sir my electricity meter is one and half years old. i had tried to get my bills in time . i had gone to their office many times but they failed to give me accurate bill and had given me average bill which i oppose to take it but they told me that they can't help me on that . last month they had taken all the reading of the year together and put maximum slab rate on them which is totally wrong . i don't know what to do their consumer complaint center are also not responding. official are saying wrong or right you will have to pay that bill.which is forcing me to pay the bill otherwise we will disconnect your electricity supply.is that right way to take bill by threatening public openely .there are also thousand of people are suffering this problem sir please help on that regard . i will be very grateful to you . regard manish

      Truly it's "Guru Gram" not Gurgaon. Horrible Electricity condition in Gurgaon.
      10-14 hr. power cut in this type of city(?)...
      Thinking to shift the city. And advice, try not to stay in Gurgaon, if possible stay in Delhi.
      ( Even Bihar Power supply is much better than "Guru Gram")

          I my locality electric wire pole is open and naked and at low height due to which some people in my locality are encourging electric thieving so i rewuest you to change the open pole wire to rubber ao closed pole wire thankyou also the people who are paying bills honestly they got higher bill pay even their meter reading are fewer and the people who are thieft the electricity they got very less bills or neglible bills

            Haryana Electricity Board is charging advance consumption deposit charges which not correct and it is shear harassment and Loot of General Public.

            1. When we have deposited security to the department at the time of electric connection than how they can charge advance consumption deposit?? Security is also one kind of advance deposit.
            2. If it is to be charged than consumer should get some kind of calculations so that on what basis it has been worked out.
            3. Moreover we get electricity bills every month but they are charging for two months?? They might ask for 12 months also ????
            when we are paying bills every month than how two months deposit is logical

            I feel this is not correct and Advance consumption deposit should not be charged and should be refunded immediately

            There are frequent power cuts in Kutana Industrial area Rohtak.
            Is there some board member checking the reason of power cut / failure and checking proper corrective action is taken or not, that the power does not fail again due to the same reason.

            The answer is big NO there is no one answerable to anyone in this country .
            We are power surplus state but we must have 100% power backup generators as our electricity department is worthless. There is no surety the next movement power will be available or not.
            Sushant lok c1 no electricity.
            We citizens of this country are no more than slaves.
            We are charged for being in this country, and not fighting for our rights.
            You can see yesterday`s case where school girls had to sit on hunger strike for getting their school upgraded to Senior Secondary school.
            If children had to resort to this kind of strike that to for education than we and you are worthless for the govt of India.

            But I feel the children who are the leaders of future are being well trained to fight for their rights.

            we are charged Toll tax for the roads which are not marked / nor repaired / toll booths are closed in night and one has to wait in que to give the toll.

            Shame on us and our country.

              Sub: Incorrect billing of last billing cycles

              Respected sir

              I want to state that I am consumer of account [protected] I am facing incorrect billing of last two billing cycle. My meter has been change in September since then getting the high bill and reading was updated incorrect 23996 they added 9401 reading extra from where it has been taken. When my meter change reading was 14595 and they given bill no.[protected] of rupees 83818 and next bill no [protected] of rupees 84445.I went to office to correct the bill but they aren’t not correcting the bill I told them to show my old meter but they aren’t showing me. I am paying regularly bills last bill I have paid 6233 rupees on[protected] so any condition I willnot be able to pay the bill

                I am ankit shukla cansumer no-ss21-1008 adress is - e-664 street no-12, shiv durga vihar, lakkarpur, faridabad, 121009.in our street supply of electricity is improper from 1 week and only 1 phase is workin from last 1 year. We are paying huge extra amount in bill as fule surcharge and another expences but service of dhbvn is 1paise ka nahi. I request you to take action against this and make proper flow of electricity in all the 3 phases currently 1 phase is workin but cantinue flactuation that is effecting all home appliance my home ups and 4 led 2 tubelight all thes get dead due to this flactuation and power cut pls arrange help as soon as possible another wise i will go to cansumer from.

                  For last few months reading was not being filled in my electricity bill and bills were being issued on pro rata basis. I registered complain for same on 28/02/17 vide complain no-3532 at dhbvn office kannahi (Gurgaon) for the bill of jan'17 having payment date 02/03/17.

                  Reason for not filling reading is that meter reading has crossed 4 digit nos. Last reading shown in last bill was 9804 where as present reading is 13170 in dhbvn record.

                  I was asked to collect revised bill on 03/03/17 from this office. But toady after visting kannahi office, i was told to come on next tuesday/ wednesday.

                  Phone no[protected] of dhbvn kannahi is not responding and i need to visit again and again to dhbvn office.

                  Due date of payment i. E.02/03/17 is expired and bill has not been corrected yet. Also there is no fix time limit when bill be corrected.

                      Hello,

                      I am filing this complaint regarding the electricity bill which I was getting from last 2 times. In December 2016 I have paid approx Rs.18000 and just after 2 months I am getting bill of Rs. 22000 which is totally incorrect because metre reading captured in December 2016 is approx 2300 units and in February 2017 is approx 2700 units. So bill should be calculated of just 400 units . But due to clerical error of department bill captured 0-2700 units instead of just 400 units.
                      I want to add one more thing that from January 2016 to October 2016 I have paid electricity bill on the basis of average units, we should be adjusted further but department hasn't done any adjustments of those bills.
                      There should be strict action against respective department for doing such blunder mistakes consecutively even after walk-in to branch office no correction has been done.

                        I had done a online transaction of 2720.00 on 10/02/17 form my Debit Card and the amount that was deducted from my Debit Card was 2740.00.
                        Contacted the Customer Service and they told that it is a hidden charge of 0.65 % that we have to pay in addition to the bill.
                        If we calculate, it is 17.68, but the extra amount deducted was 20.00 and the hidden charges were not shown on the BILL generated after online Payment.
                        I want to register a complaint against the hidden charges and why the hidden charges are not on the bill that was generated after payment

                          I am facing electricity irregularities ever since a new building was constructed in my vicinity.There is a master switch in the building and is operated by one of those servants visiting the house or building, now the servant everytime switches on or off the master switch to cutoff the whole supply to my house and other vicinity thus stealing electricity, I ask you to take legal action against the servant visiting the house and performing this act and catch her red handed and bring every such person to justice and trial.

                            Dear Sir,
                            My house electricity bill generated this is wrong .In the current bill, there is no old metre and new meter reading and zero unit consumed as well.But my billed unit is 871 units. I am very much surprised by the bill generated by DHBVN.
                            A very interesting that should noted is during the period from 9th of November 2015 to 30th December 2015, I was in home town with my family and every electrical appliance were switched off.
                            I have noticed that, If I revisit my previous bill then there is 8397 unit written in old metre reading and 0 in new metre reading again.Total unit consumed is again 871 unit .I don't know, how is this possible .However I have taken meter reading on 28th Jan 2017 and it 9009 units .
                            If subtract old metre reading from previous bill this meter reading then 612 unit only (from 09/09/2016 to 09/01/2017), but If add consumed unit of these two bills then it 1742 unit; Which is very far from actual reading.
                            Please correct my electricity as soon as possible .I will not deposit electricity bill until and unless these incorrect meter reading get corrected.

                            I am adding bill image again

                            No Elecricity at 785, sector 4, since 4 PM
                            yesterday[protected] almost 18 Hrs now due to heavy spark at BAL BHAWAN Transformer. All the available Mobile Nos for compliant are busy since morning. No official available at Sec 4 Market Complaint Centre. Kindly get it attended at the earliest. Inverters are also down now.

                              My account no is [protected] and from last few months I am getting very high amount bills. The latest bill[protected]issued on 14/01/2017) that I have received is of 4523.9/- however, I used to get max 1000/- amount bill for this cycle.

                              When I see the units consumed in this cycle -
                              old meter units - 203
                              new meter units - 504 (however meter reading is 0)

                              When meter reading is 0. how can you charge me for this?

                              Please look into it as soon as possible.
                              I am not going to for extra units, which I have not used.

                                  श्रीमान मैं शिव सिंह, दीपावली इंकलेव पार्ट -2 का निवासी हूँ, मेरे घर मे 18.01.2017 से बिजली नहीं आ रही है घर मे बिजली ना आने की शिकायत आप की टोल फ्री नंबर पर 21.06.2016 को की थी जिसका शिकायत नंबर डीएच [protected] तथा डीएच[protected] तब से अब तक बिजली की समस्या बनी हुई है जिसका मुख्य कारण हमारी गली मे न खंभों का नहीं होना है जिसकी वजह से आये दिन वोल्टेज लो रहती है जिससे घर के उपकरण अक्सर खराब हो जाते हैं, तथा पोल न होने की वजह से अक्सर बारिश के मौसम में केबल में फोल्ट हो जाता है एवं कभी कभी केवल जल भी जाती है और स्पार्किंग की वजह से दुर्घटना होने का भी खतरा बना रहता है अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि महोदय हमारे असुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए आप जल्द से जल्द हमारी गली में बिजली के उचित प्रबंध की व्यवस्था करें अन्यथा कोई भी बड़ी दुर्घटना हो सकती है। अतः आपसे पुनः अनुरोध है कि एक बार हमारी समस्या पर विचार किया जाए जिससे कि कोई भी बड़ी दुर्घटना को टाला जा सके तथा बारिश में होने वाली परेशानियों से बचा जा सके। आप से निवेदन है कि मेरी बात को अन्यथा न ले क्योंकि यह एक गंभीर समस्या है जो आगे चलके और भी विकराल रूप ले सकती है जिसका समाधान हमारे पास न हो । अतः आप इस समस्या पर जरूर विचार करें। आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

                                    मोहल्ला सैनियन, गली खोलखोरीय मे अंतिम के कुछ घरो मे बीजली डाइरैक्ट चलती है ! गली के अंतिम होने के वज़ा से ये ली सूबे श्याम डाइरैक्ट कुंडी लगा कर बिजली की चोरी करते है जिसकी वजे से हर 3-4 दिन तार मे फ़ाल्ट होता रहेती है और लाइट गुलल र्र्हेती है ! यहा के लोकल अधेकरी भी जानकारी के व्जे से कोई सुनवाई नहीं करते ! आप से अनुरोध है कृपा शेकयात पर कार्य वही करते हुए समस्या का सामाधान करे !

                                    I am from Jharsa village. My account number is [protected]. The connection on my father name i.e. Bijender Kumar Verma. We live in Sunaro ka Mohalla at Jharsa village. But there is clerical mistake from a long time. The name of my father in DHBVN Virender Kumar instead of Bijender Kumar Verma. I visit the Kanhai SDO office to upgrade my load but they told that you have to correct the name first so please submit a Councillor attested form to correct the name from Virender to Bijender Kumar Verma. I also confirm the from SDO Mr. Dharam Singh. I have submitted all document with Adhaar Card of my father last Tuesday. Today I called the office they told me that the it will take 10 days more. Please help me to clear that how much time taken to correct the name. Because I have visited Kanhai village office last two weeks.

                                      Website: Domestic Electricity bill charges by DHBVN

                                      Meter was changed to electronic by DHBVN. The first bill reced after meter change was on average basis. The staff of DHBVN office at Sector 3 Ballabgarh told to dep the first bill on average basis, the next bill will be on the actual reading and the amount paid will be adjusted to it. But second bill also received on average basis. Pl look into it.
