I applied for new connection nahar par Om enclave part 2 Agwan pur
for 1 KV and my application number (F[protected] i applied on 3/12/2016
but there is no response when i visited tilpat office they are saying
i am not accepting online application below 20 KV. I again went to
tilpat office they are not even ready to talk they are saying go
private shop and a make file for new application. Sir please tell me
what should i do.

Regularly for last eight months I am getting the Bill on PR basis and not on actual consumption basis.A number of complaints have been made to all the concerned authorities but with no result.

      I am a resident of sector 46, house number -330, faridabad, haryana. I've been trying to call the customer care of dhbvn for past several hours but no one is answering. My house has suddenly started to get excessive voltage (Above 440v) which can result in to hazardous results. Its is my humble request to please look into resolving of this matter.

        I am the resident at house no.868 sector 17 faridabad, have received the electricity bill account no. [protected], bill no.[protected], date of issue 16.07.2016 amounting of rs.18, 049/- for the month of july 2016 including an arrears of rs.8550/-. I have paid the total amount of rs. 18, 049/- includes the arrears before due date i. E.02.08.2016.

        This is to inform you that i have been paying regularly my electricity bills and have never defaulted on any payment due to me. I do not know on which account i have been charged, an arrears of rs.8550/- in july 2016 bill. For fear of disconnection of electricity bill including the arrears of rs.8550/- demanded from me compulsorily by the dhbvn. I have also paid bills received from dhbvn till date.

        Sir, i am retired and a senior citizen, may i request you to mitigate my financial sufferings and please adjust the amount of rs.8550/- (That was charged from me without any justification) in the next bill or refund the same at the earliest.

        The Incharge of 'Help Desk' counter at Kanhai Village, Gurgaon is unpunctual.
        She arrives at 9:30 AM daily whereas the reporting time is 9:00 AM.
        It causes a huge trouble for the queue standing there.
        Plese resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            I want to close my meter connection, as for closing any account it need to be clear all dues. So i have paid amount of rs 31949 on first week of august. After that i am visiting dhbvn's office to close my account but now they are saying their system can't take entry of my submitted amount because of some system error. Now it is almost 4 months since they are unable to resolve this error. And i am frequently visiting their office regarding my problem. But they are unable to solve this.

              I am Gyandeep Mishra S/o Shiv Pujan Mishra. My meter reading shows wrong, It shows two different digits in meter, on which my electricity bill generated last from 4 month. Actually our consumption is very less.

              So, here I am requesting, Please look in the matter and resolve our problem. We are not able to paid such higher bill more.

                People are doing electricity theft even in day, there is no team who can control this, people are doing misuse of electricity whether are household or commercial user, most of people have installed water plant in this locality and using electricity...

                Sorry to say heads off to dhbvn for giving us worst service in rajendra park gurgaon.this is called millenium city.thanks for making gurgaon a millenium city where power cuts cotunuously strikes every time.every day about 4 hours to 6 hours.but this is not sufficient pls make it more frequent so that we could leave gurgaon.thank u so much for making our life "HELL""

                  This complaint is about dhbvn gurgaon badshahpur. All staff of electricity dept including je and customer care are fake. They all make us fool. They sleep in offices at the time when we need them. I called them 30 times at least but every time they were making us fool that we are coming. At last they switched off their phones. Disgusting people. Shame on them all

                    Power cut from last two hrs. and no one attending the problem, people living in IP colony, sector-33 are 100% tax payer and none of any is defaulter for paying electricity bill, in spite of this people are suffering from too much power cut problem. Support from DHBVN staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center are not responding at night and even day time also.
                    There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact
                    This city is announced as smart city but condition became so worst.
                    I hope from you to provide some better resolution for better services

                      This is regarding the complaint against wrong electricity bill meter reading by dhbvn. on 12th aug, 2016 person came to note the meter reading and coincidentally i was at home and he noted me down the reading of meter no. ds2167 old reading was 7375 and new reading was 7654. on 25 sep 2016 when a person came to distribute the bill the new reading showing in bill is changed. as per bill, old reading is 7375 and new reading is 7749. after confirming from the person why it has been changed then he replied that after 12th aug some other person would have come so he noted it down again. a big fraud. how it can be possible to take the meter reading many times.the same complain when i tried to log by calling complain no. mentioning at the back side of bill then i got response that the no. doesn't exist. very strange. afterthat i tried to call at [protected] and started to explain the complain to the customer care executive and when he started to take my complain by asking account no. [protected] mentioning at the top right side of the bill then she told me that this a/c no. doesn't exist. and the same a/c no when i entered while paying the bill it took very easily and my bill paid. as per above scenario i want to ask from dhbvn that is it some joke or prank going on with consumer. how you can lott and making fool to consumers. this is cheating and fraud.i want strict action over it and need immediate solution of my problem.

                          with due respect i want to inform that my meter no.is SS14-2715 which is named of Dhanraj patel s\o Muneshwar singh .my address is D-1\64 Shiv durga vihar lakkarpur faridabad haryana . DHBVN replaced the meter and provide new meter on dated 21/06/2016 . before few day DHBVN authorised person came to calculate the meter reading and said your meter reading is jumped because He got 926830 unit in just two months.

                          so i am requested to you please solve this problem as soon as possible...

                              His month i have seen wrong billing has been done against my meter.in the bill meter is showing 27911 when i physically verified on 1st september the reading is 27709. Kindly correct it and also if it is not done then late fine will be charged on my account due to your mistake.

                              Snapshot taken by me of my meter also attached for your reference along with generated bill.

                              Also did complaint at customer care and the number is cg[protected] but no response from them yet.
                              Even the customer care person mr rahul kumar is telling we dont know anything and we cannot give you any feedback.

                              Called local lineman of sector 56 and he is not even trying to understand the problem.

                                Their is a problem in our meter from last 2 days. The wire short in meter thia cause lots of inconvenience to us. All lights and fans are not working.                                   We have been billed 14988 units from 15 july 16 to 11.8 .2016 . We never consumed more then[protected] units for the past for years .Ours is the heat treatment plant and we need power to run only blowers and lights . The meter installd seem to be faulty and need to be replaced as soon as possible . We must be provided a digital meter ..You are requested to reverse the excessive billing . . We have attached here with the total billa for the last one year ..Due to recession in industry our production is already low .

                                  Further we have been billed memo # 664 dated 19 aug 2016 of rs . 1, 44.457.00 for the slowness of the meter from 23 12.2015 to 13.07. 2016 . Meter was checked on13.07 .2016 then how it has been billed from 23 .12.2015 to13/07 / 2016 . The basis might have been low consumption during these months . Our production during these months had been as under :

                                      Continuous power cut from past 3 days.

                                      Customer care executives are so reluctant alongwith thair local support team.

                                      Lodged complaint with no-dh[protected] on[protected], they closed the complaint without any solution.

                                      Again lodged complaint today with number-dh[protected].

                                      They are not ready to support their customer while the situation is becoming more & more pathetic. Customer care is only there to lodge complaints and cancel depending only on their local staff's false reports.

                                      Whom should we approach to come out of this situation?
