There are frequent power cut and for long duration approx. 2 to 5 hrs. in day, people living in IP colony, sector-33 are 100% tax payer and none of any is defaulter for paying electricity bill, in spite of this people are suffering from too much power cut problem. Support from DHBVN staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center are not responding at night and even day time also.
There is no any escalation matrix that after too much problem whom we can contact
This city is announced as smart city but electricity situation like village/rural area.
I hope from you to provide some better resolution for better services.

    I am resident of H.No. B-233, Ground Floor, Greenfield Colony, Faridabad Haryana, It is stated that My Account No is [protected], in Faridabad Circle-1, Division-Old Faridabad, Sub Division F13-Mathura Road, Faridabad.
    I have been paying all my bills to DHBVN from the starting of my electricity connection by cash (thru Public Facilitation Centre, Greenfield Faridabad) or online, and there were no dues till the month of April 2016 Bill Number[protected], when surprisingly an Amount of Rs.66766.03, appeared in my bill against Sundry Charges and Bill for two months came to a whooping Rs.77750.00.
    I contacted Public Facilitation Centre, immediately and then also visited your office, but this claimed no results in correcting the bills, as the person authorised to correct the bills was hospitalized for some surgery and hence there was delay.
    Surprisingly I am not using this house since last week of March 2016, but still I am getting a bills as per below details:

    My Meter Reading was 992 Units when I last visited my house August 2016, but the DHBVN bills show below readings:

    I have paid all my bills prior to this discrepancy and I am still getting bills based on false reading.

    Please do the needful in favour to make required correction immediately so that I can pay the actual bill against my correct electricity consumption.

            10hrs. daily power cut at ip colony sector 33 faridabad, sdo and je of this area does not lislining our problem, as they are not responsive to take any proactive auction, people are this colony paying bill on time and none of any defaulter, though we are facing very serious problem, can you help us to find some solution, government is trying for better but officials are not taking it seriously.

              Respectfully i submit that i have received electricity bill for rs. 19, 667/- of 2314 units for the above mentioned period. the units consumed shown in the bill are very very high. the average units consumer during the period last year was[protected]. it appears that the meter is running fast or some error is there. please get our meter inspected/checked immediately and rectify our bill.

                  Good evening sir/madam,

                  I am a resident of jawahar nagar camp palwal (121102). I am facing so much of problem regarding poor supply of electricity. Today i did not see the continuous service of electricity of an hour. Please rectify the problem so that the consumers can sleep at night. And the staff of electricity board are also careless as well whenever we go to lodge complaint against it not a single person is available at his office. Only their registers are lying on their table nobody is their to assist us and help us. Even when we try to contact on phones it is going engaged. When we go there and see the phone's receiver is lying on the table. This is the way the staff is assisting the people from whom the charge so much of bills and get their salaries.

                    Last time i complaint in dhbvn that their distributor not gave us original bill then last time they gave us original electricity bill. but now they are again deliverd duplicate bill tgey didn't gave us original copy.

                        I have recently moved to sector-46 and facing serious issue with power cut and low voltage throughout night. Due to this, my ac doesn't work with less voltage but still my electric sub-meter is running fast, even with almost no electricity usage.
                        I want some engineer to visit and check this issue. My residence is near suryadeep hospital but can't share full address here.

                          It is very sad to write that meter reader is not lodging correct billed units. this is the second time i am facing this weird behavior. from last year, i have been charged for total 1500 (approx) units till date. but when i checked meter on pole, its reading was about 6800 units. please find attached pole reading snapshot and my bill summary.

                          I have communicated this matter to south city, kanhai sub division. they are not taking up this matter. i have approached ca, sdo of this branch and they are suggesting it to fix upto 6800 units in one bill. therefore, i am being penalised in manner by paying 5300 units in one go with higher slab rate which is not at all acceptable.

                          None of your j. e/a. e/vigilance team is keeping check on meter readers. i request hereby to adjust billed units averagely every month as meter reader has provided such errors due to which i might have to pay more per unit than actual per unit charges.

                            I am a resident of village kharian, district sirsa. there is a power house situated in my village. from past 6 months in village a particular gali baba ramdev wali, hira mandi mohalla, kharian voltage is arroung 50/60. we have to face a lot of problem due to voltage being given by dhbnl. we resident of gali baba ram dev wali have complaint many time to dhbnl employee of village but each and every time je deny this. he always says "ab bhugto bjp ko vote dene ka maja"
                            The resident of above mentioned gali pay their bill in time always and there is no complaint of any power theft from this mohalla/gali. there are 100% meter out side the houses and are new one. even after all the nigam is not supplying us full voltage whereas in other area/mohalla of village where power theft is "aam" they give full voltage.
                            It is, therefore requested that kindly look into the matter and issue may kindly be solved.

Power cut in I.P. colony sector 33 Faridabad, neither SDO nor JE taking any preventive action, customer care and no body entertain the complaint, every body became a Mantri then who will do the work, they people are trying to move back Ward directions while collection of money in the forwarded directions.

                                  Dear dhbvn authorities,

                                  It is really a matter of great shame that there has been continuous 10~12 hrs powercut everyday. Other time it will be voltage down & severe fluctuations. Situations like this continuing from last 2 weeks. The voltage down will be up to 100v or even less. We can not use water pumps to pump water to tanks. We are having severe issues. We are living in gali no. 1, patel nagar next to police lane. We always see there will be 24 hrs power supply to them. Then what sin we have not. We are lot of families here. We pay electricity properly & timely for each 2 months. Then why dhbvn authorities are so less punctual to their work. Life has very hectic. Please do something as we are unable to bear these torture any longer.

                                    We get supply from harsaru sub stn and it is a township with more than 850 flats. It is regretfully brought to your notice that -
                                    1- supply trips almost 50-100 times every day.
                                    2- my fridge has stopped working due to this frequent tripping.
                                    3- je/ sdo donot pick up phones, neither your tollfree no.[protected] gets through.
                                    4- once succeeded to lodge my complaint, yesterday night, the caller from your office just closed the complaint falsely saying it is resolved, without resolving it customers satisfaction.
                                    5- why tripping so frequently should take place?

                                    No body seems to look into the problem.

                                    Pls resolve the issue, or i will have to go to consumer forum with costs and damages besides compensation for mental torture by dhbvn.

                                      विषय :- गली में पोल (खंभा) न होने के कारण बिजली समस्या ।
                                      श्रीमान मैं शिव सिंह, दीपावली इंकलेव पार्ट -2 का निवासी हूँ, मैं विगत तीन वर्षों से यहाँ रह रहा हूँ। जब से मैं यहाँ आया हूँ तब से अब तक बिजली की समस्या बनी हुई है जिसका मुख्य कारण हमारी गली मे न खंभों का नहीं होना है जिसकी वजह से आये दिन वोल्टेज लो रहती है जिससे घर के उपकरण अक्सर खराब हो जाते हैं, तथा पोल न होने की वजह से अक्सर बारिश के मौसम में केबल में फोल्ट हो जाता है एवं कभी कभी केवल जल भी जाता है और स्पार्किंग की वजह से दुर्घटना होने का भी खतरा बना रहता है अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि महोदय हमारे असुबिधाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए आप जल्द से जल्द हमारी गली में बिजली के उचित प्रबंध की व्यवस्था करें अन्यथा कोई भी बड़ी दुर्घटना हो सकती है। अतः आपसे पुनः अनुरोध है कि एक बार हमारी समस्या पर विचार किया जाए जिससे कि कोई भी बड़ी दुर्घटना को टाला जा सके तथा बारिश में होने वाली परेशानियों से बचा जा सके। आप से निवेदन है कि मेरी बात को अन्यथा न ले क्योंकि यह एक गंभीर समस्या है जो आगे चलके और भी विकराल रूप ले सकती है जिसका की समाधान हमारे पास न हो । अतः आप इस समस्या पर जरूर विचार करें। आपकी अति कृपा होगी।
