Dear dhbvn,
i am from sector 14 hissar.
arround midnight 1:00 am i come to your dhbvn office at sector 14 hissar for registering a complaint regarding electricity issue occurring from last 7-8 hours. but instead of giving any sollution they are misbehaving withme after that i asked for complaint book for lodging complaint against tbe supervisor or lineman omparkash and another person whose name i dont remember.
they are shouting on me and telling me to get out from there. as they are government servents and there are comes out from our taxes they are not suppose to behave like that.
i urge you to take strict action against them as they get lesson to not to do so in future.

    Very high sundry charges/allowances calim by dhbvn in the bill

    I would like to inform you that Sundry Charges/Allowances which is equal to 50% on total bill amount newly charged by DHBVN in domestic bill even though there were already existing so many charges claimed by DHBN like:
    * Fuel Surcharge Adjustment
    * Electricity Duty
    * Municipal Tax
    Although there are no any new service given by DHBVN so why this extra charged claimed by DHBVN....

    I visited many more times to sdo faridabd sector 37 dhbvn office. sdo is too cooperative but staff of dhbvn is very bad and selfish. he is sitting but doing nothing. every work tolerated by each other.

    my billing is wrongly putted. metar verification done by je and now need to update metar details. i put my details to room no 6 but still no any action taken.

      issue is that we have received this month march2016 bill with attached outstanding charges for a 1 year old bill of aug 2015.
      hense we already paid that bill and have receipt for that..

      but no body at kadipur center of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam listen to us ..here mr sushil say meet with phoolchand and phollchand say meed sushil...this all unnecessary torture happen with us from one week...this account is 30 years old connection and never any problem occur from us for bill payment.
      but now due Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam internal problem we suffers lot

      some peoples from Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam departement says that is Fuji case

      we didn't under stand what is this Fuji case

      but we suffer a lot and mentally harass by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam


      please see my matter and arrange to solve my problem as soon as

      otherwise i have no other solution to go police complaint

        We are residing at gali no -1, r r enclave, near govt girls high school, badshahpur gurgaon.
        Since 2 month we got the complaint against the poll bend and wire is not available in gali. Many people keep meter wire to poll by the roof and some body front side of home.
        Because of latki wire there are the risk of every one. Whose gone to down from there gali.

          Dear Sir,
          We are residing at Gali No -5, Sanjay Colony, Surya Vihar Part-2, Sehatpur Faridabad.
          Since 6 Month we got the complaint against the Poll and Wire is Not Available in Gali. Many People keep Meter wire to poll by the roof and some body front side of home.
          Because of LATKI wire there are the risk of every one. whose gone to down from there Gali.
          We are already go in Palla Power house there JE told us submit Rs-25000/- then he will provide the Poll and Wire in Gali.

          Also they don't give us the receiving of Application those we submit with 20 Members in Gali with Meter numbers and Signature.

          Please take a necessary action ASAP for us. other wise there is so many accident done by Open going Wires.


          Please do it ASAP or Urgent Basis.

            Wrong bill Generated from 10/12/2015 to 10/02/2016, Last reading was 9019 and Latest reading is 9581, Total units consumed is 562 units for 2 months however it is shown incorrectly on the consumption page, Moreover i haven't received the hard copy of the bill and also unable to generate the soft copy from the website- Complaint already registered in this regard over phone (F130727) but no action has been taken so far and i have not received the corrected bill - pls look into this matter on priority and send me the revised corrected bill.

            I am complaining about don't coming regularly electricity in my village. The electricity gone in morning 08:00 clock and come evening in 05:30 whole day all villagers are facing so many problems, so solve it currently.

                Dear sir, the electricity bill of above mentioned consumer has been maliciously made of rupees 25930/-.
                the last paid bill of rupees 12039 was paid without any objection, even though we belived it was also
                malicious. DHBVN is sending thier bills without any responsibility. no person is ever sent to our home to
                take meter readings, then how the hell is DHBVN is sending such a massive and irresponsible amounts of bill,
                If this appeal is not accepted before 25th feb. then i'll have to take some other legal actions against DHBVN.

Besides house was locked for two months during Nov-Dec 15, but still heavy bills has come . Either mater is faulty Or no proper meter reading is taken Or ELECTRICITY THEFT IS TAKING PLACE. Please investigate and REFUND ME THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID FOR NO FAULT OF MINE . My small house is on 60 sq yards with just two habitants and consuming only basic elec.

                    Hi, My mother, Nivedita Dey, got a notice from DHBVN about unauthorized meter tampering. The old meter that has been reported as tampered, had led to last two electricity bills of Rs 23k, and Rs17k each respectively. This old meter had been replaced by DHBVN around 2-3 months back by new Electronic meter. In spite of such exhorbitant readings and charges, how could they simply put such charges. This is just done to harass female residents at home and get undue money paid. If at all the meter has been tampered with, this could well have been done while it was in their custody since last few months; now all of a sudden why levy such charges?                       Hi DHBVN Team, Account No [protected] Bill issue date : 19/12/15, Consumed Unit is 264 and Billed uNit is 677. Meter status showing False. We are getting AVG bill from last 9 Month. We will not able to pay so much bill as we are consuming very less electiicty but still we are getting huge bills from DHBVN.                           Dear sir, I am facing issue from june 2015 in my electric bill against account no : [protected] in the name of Tapan Kumar Barik . Address :Gali no. 1 SURYA COLONY PART -I Faridabad Haryana, Division Greater Faridabad, F54-Tilpat I got bill towards meter reading from 1970 to 7789 where as my meter reading was 3434 . Then i advised to verify my meter and I did that . New meter reading was taken for 3630 dtd 14/09/2015 . My bill was rectified and i paid the bill for rs:12846/- on 17th October 2015 . Now I am able to see one more bill is raised but nothing rectified . Neither meter reading nor bill . Please do the need full for actual reading to be billed in correct way .                                   Hi, My Meter number is 96665. Bill tenure is - 2 Jul 2015 to 2 Sep 2015. My last meter reading was 672 and current meter reading (as per bill) is 1754. I have received this bill on 24th Oct and 26th Sep is the last date of submission. I have checked my meter reading reading on 25th Oct and it is 1274 which is still not reached to 1754.                                       I Devender Singh resident of H.N. 20, sector-15, part-1, Gurgaon. (DHBVN account Number [protected], bill number[protected]have received a faulty electricity bill with access reading. During 9/2015 my Electric meter was burnt out and DHBVN replaced this with new one. My previous bill(from 24/02/2015 to 20/07/2015) total 146 days was of 6559 units (44.925 units per day). Now I received current bill ( from 20/07/2015 to 28/09/2015)on everage bases with 4727 units for 70 days. e.g.67.729 units per day. As per previous average, my bill should have been of 3144 units (70 daysX 44.925 units p/day) It means[protected]=1583 access units. So please correct my bill so that it can be paid in time.
