From last 15 days there are very frequent and unscheduled power cut, approx. 6 to 10hrs.In day at i. P. Colony, sector-33, faridabad. Why there are not preventive maintenance work being done by dhvbn staff while there are several charges in the bill for maintenance work.
Support from dhbvn staff is very poor, they are not respond mostly or very less responsive, customer utility center are not responding at night.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring in your kind notice that we are facing huge Power cut as well as poor working of transformer specially in housing board, Sector-6, Dharuhera, Distt - Rewari from last 15-20 days. Nobody trying to solve the problem in that area, I try to call so many times on area complaint number, maximum times the number was out of reach, some time switched off. If he picks the phone than he simply reply "bhai hum kya kare".
All things were good upto last year, but shame on DHBVN for such type of working.

Please do the necessary action on top priority, if you are not able to solve the problem that please provide the CM or Power minister's mail id.

Please respond. We never delay in paying bills then why delay in giving proper electricity which is our right.

This complaint belongs to moh. Rao ka, narnaul distt. Mahendergarh (Hry)
Actually there was an eletrical fault on wire occured on 9:00 pm due this many homes suffered from non availability of electricity while in the mean time we have called to various numbers of customer care which are in the force of our area but there was no response from any number..
And at last we are submitting complaint for our locality... So please please sir kindly take an appropriate action against officail and staff of our area so we can live enjoy our happily with dhbvn... Hope the departmet will rule out this inconvenience caused to us...

I am living in aravalivihar - 2454 lane, sainik colony faridabad and facing huge continuous problem of voltage fluctuation especially at night since last month. This is leading to expensive electrical appliances like fridge, ac breaking down causing unnecessary expenditure and and now a days even during day time fluctuations are more frequent.

This problem comes every summer with department/govt and no is even bothered to get the issue resolved. We are paying bills on time and expect a degree of proper services against the same.
Kindly take action at the earliest and hope to get good service in this area.

It has been 5 days for voltage fluctuations & repeated powercuts in patel nagar gali no. 1 area. We do not understand what the issue is. All night it will be full 6 ~ 8 hrs power cuts & rest time huge voltage fluctuations. Voltage stays between 140 v to 150v and even less.In the day time even today 21/05/2016 also from morning 6:00 clock electricity stays for 10 mins then goes for 1 hr. Total 5 times power cut till now 11:35 am.

Please respond. We never delay in paying bills then why delay in giving proper electricity which is our right.

I would like to inform u about your irresponsible behaviour towards the common people. My Electricity is not coming since 19 may from 2pm.some work done by DHBVN employee on electric pole near house number 248.employee did some mistake in the connect and we are suffering from 3 days. For this matter I have complained to toll free no of DHBVN 5 times but no response even after 16 hr of complain

Hi, i am putting up in sector 40 gurgaon behind community center and facing continuous problem of voltage fluctuation especially at night since last month. This is leading to expensive electrical appliances like fridge, ac breaking down causing unnecessary expenditure and more problematic is the inconvenience caused because of non working of ac.

This is recurring problem every summer with department/govt. Not even bothered to get the issue resolved. We are paying bills on time and expect a degree of proper services against the same which looks to be a dream.

I am a resident of a township heritage one, sec 62 on golf course extension road. It has been observed that in past one month, there have been heavy fluctuations in power supply. The power supply goes off and comes back again multiple times within a span of minutes. This frequency increase specifically in the night around 10pm. We are informed that the problem is from the feeder situated in sec 55. This power fluctuation has caused severe damages to household electrical appliances. I request the concerned official to look into the matter and resolve asap.

I have received bill for the period 14 feb 2016 to 14 april 2016.In this bill they have levied fuel surcharge adjustment of rs. 827.70 and sundry charges of rs. 1, 074 for which no details have been provided. This is over and above per unit charges levied by the company. These charges are around 50% of total bill amount. You would appreciate that for a middle class person bearing electricity charges in itself is a huge burden leave aside unexplained charges.

I would want reversal of these charges and reason for levying these charges in first instance. Also would appreciate that in future if any sort of extra charges are levied these are properly explained.

I have been making complaints for the past one month regarding continuous fluctuations in the power because of which i have already incurred heavy loss like two acs, inverters and other appliances have gone out of order.In spite of so many complaints nobody has come to look at the cause of the problem. i am from sector 14 hissar.
arround midnight 1:00 am i come to your dhbvn office at sector 14 hissar for registering a complaint regarding electricity issue occurring from last 7-8 hours. but instead of giving any sollution they are misbehaving withme after that i asked for complaint book for lodging complaint against tbe supervisor or lineman omparkash and another person whose name i dont remember.
they are shouting on me and telling me to get out from there. as they are government servents and there are comes out from our taxes they are not suppose to behave like that.
i urge you to take strict action against them as they get lesson to not to do so in future.

I visited many more times to sdo faridabd sector 37 dhbvn office. sdo is too cooperative but staff of dhbvn is very bad and selfish. he is sitting but doing nothing. every work tolerated by each other.

my billing is wrongly putted. metar verification done by je and now need to update metar details. i put my details to room no 6 but still no any action taken.

issue is that we have received this month march2016 bill with attached outstanding charges for a 1 year old bill of aug 2015.
hense we already paid that bill and have receipt for that..

but no body at kadipur center of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam listen to us ..here mr sushil say meet with phoolchand and phollchand say meed sushil...this all unnecessary torture happen with us from one week...this account is 30 years old connection and never any problem occur from us for bill payment.

We are residing at gali no -1, r r enclave, near govt girls high school, badshahpur gurgaon.
Since 2 month we got the complaint against the poll bend and wire is not available in gali. Many people keep meter wire to poll by the roof and some body front side of home.
Because of latki wire there are the risk of every one. Whose gone to down from there gali.

Since 6 Month we got the complaint against the Poll and Wire is Not Available in Gali. Many People keep Meter wire to poll by the roof and some body front side of home.
Because of LATKI wire there are the risk of every one. whose gone to down from there Gali.
We are already go in Palla Power house there JE told us submit Rs-25000/- then he will provide the Poll and Wire in Gali.

Also they don't give us the receiving of Application those we submit with 20 Members in Gali with Meter numbers and Signature.

Please take a necessary action ASAP for us. other wise there is so many accident done by Open going Wires.

Wrong bill Generated from 10/12/2015 to 10/02/2016, Last reading was 9019 and Latest reading is 9581, Total units consumed is 562 units for 2 months however it is shown incorrectly on the consumption page, Moreover i haven't received the hard copy of the bill and also unable to generate the soft copy from the website- Complaint already registered in this regard over phone (F130727) but no action has been taken so far and i have not received the corrected bill - pls look into this matter on priority and send me the revised corrected bill.

Dear sir, the electricity bill of above mentioned consumer has been maliciously made of rupees 25930/-.
the last paid bill of rupees 12039 was paid without any objection, even though we belived it was also
malicious. DHBVN is sending thier bills without any responsibility. no person is ever sent to our home to
take meter readings, then how the hell is DHBVN is sending such a massive and irresponsible amounts of bill,
If this appeal is not accepted before 25th feb. then i'll have to take some other legal actions against DHBVN.

Besides house was locked for two months during Nov-Dec 15, but still heavy bills has come . Either mater is faulty Or no proper meter reading is taken Or ELECTRICITY THEFT IS TAKING PLACE. Please investigate and REFUND ME THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID FOR NO FAULT OF MINE . My small house is on 60 sq yards with just two habitants and consuming only basic elec.
