This is very complicated to get work done from govt offices specially dhbNow the file is stucked by je sunil kumar for his mark on file after id generation on computer; as we visit at first for half hour he is not avail on seat at office city dhbvnl below flyover sabzi mandi when he come to seat decline to mark the file by computer and ask us for come on monday on that we ask to do know he claiming he will stop new connection by giving execuse of transformer is overloded in area for where the connection is apply, actually seeking bribe, if transformer is oveeloded then why is seating and wait for failure and not proceeding for new other transformer and why he is not doing his work for which he is paid and also not in the seat but decline to do work on duty our dear md please do need ful action toward your staff they are manupulating the system they are not a human bit a worm of bribe should be punish may be transfer after a particular time duration for 2 years

    From last three months I am visiting dhvbnl city office under sbzi mandi file over but they are not submitting the file on server and execute is that file is enter on wrong Id but problem not correct from last two month a no of people waiting for same and problem is just to enter correct id on server which as per city office will be correct by noida office but also the city office staff not ready to contact with nodia office but ask from consumer to contact with noida office. But there is no complaint no or mail id for noida office or md of dhvbnl avail online and nobody providing the sameBut there is no complaint no or mail id for noida office or md of dhvbnl avail online and nobody providing the same and dhvbnl all consumer grievance services compact only for complaint regarding bill problem as well as ivr also tunned on the same manner, then how the public problem resolve and who will take the complaint and by which mean problem should address to noida or md office, there is no proper or direct way to complaint or get correct our problem, if we give written complain sdo and office staff not taking then where should we go

            To The S.D.O Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Subject: - Electricity bills are expensive every time Dear Sir/Mam, This is to say that we are getting the electricity bills at a very higher rate. Every time rate of per unit has been increasing per month without any intimation. We are from middle-class families how can we bear such a costly bills. We are five members totally in the family and this time our electricity bill went to Rs. 20000 that is totally unacceptable. After analysis, found to have details for some components: Energy charges - 13405.50 Fuel Surcharge Adjustment - 3153.80 Sundry Charges/Allowances - 3176.61 Out of the above, please let us know the description about Sundry charges/Allowances, Fuel surcharge adjustment. Also, please tells us why this time only these components has been added.This has been really difficult for the common family to stay happily. Please have a quick glance on it.                 The bimonthly consumption has been billed for single month in Sep'15, thereby converting the Slab rate to max 6.75 INR/Unit, which is completely disgusting. Hence, the billing amount reached to hoping, 9000 INR, which is not at all justified. This needs an urgent solution so that exact billing amount can be paid. Your help is solicited.

                      House no. 546 sector 5, Gurgaon. Sir, The main meter is not working for past two months and the main wire is faulty.since yesterday evening there is no electricity in the house. Tried calling ng customer care number but there was no response. Hope some one from electricity department will consider our place ght and would help to change the faulty meter and main wiring.                         Dear Sir,
                        This is to draw attention to the DHBVN dept that our coloney is in existence since 15~20 year till date we dont have our own Transformer and permanent electric line in the coloney.
                        Resident of this coloney own their own bring temporary connection from 200 ~300 mtr.
                        There are approax 250 house in this colony and all are having electric meter in their house.
                        This is shame for us and the dept that after getting revenue from the coustomer we dont get the facilities what we deserve.
                        Also we would like to inform you that in rainy season there is lot of electric hazards in the colony. If any miss happening will take place dept will held responsible for the same.
                        We there fore request you to install the require transformer as per the utility and also lay down the permanent cable in the colony.
                        Hope you will do the needful.

                                  DEAR SIR, THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY IN HALF RESIDENCE OF SECTOR 41 GURGAON SINCE YESTERDAY DUE TO UNEQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTRICITY LOAD. Sir new pole and transformer fixing work is process by Wonder. He is fix electrical pole in front of our house, transformer near my balcony, he is very dangerous to my children and famaly . i want that pole to be shifted some place safe. this pole carries more meaters which is very dangerous.                                       Hi, I am living in C Block, Sushant lok 1 . I have a 3 phase connection . In one of the phases voltage is always above 270 V, making my AC stabilizer cut off. Please solve the problem . I am having sleepless nights because of non working on AC. My address is C 2131 Sushant lok 1, behind Peach Tree.

                                        Dear sir/Madam, I am residing in U 69/17 in DLF Phase III, Gurgaon My K number is [protected], Since last 2-3 days Voltage is some time very high and after 1-2 minutes is goes very down. this process is continuous since last 2-3 days and due to this wire and elec appliances are getting heat. So kindly take remedial action as soon as possible.
