    I am having a plot No B-25 in Phase III (Sai Kunj), New Palam Vihar, Gurgaon (Haryana). This plot is situated in the end of minor street & after my plot street is closed. In this colony installation of new Electric Pole & Transformer is under progress by DHBVN through contractor. Normally Transformers are installed near to main road for their easy access for repair/ maintenance and easy approach of Fire Vehicles from all the side in the case of of fire took place in Transformer to avoid any major hazard to life & property of public, but in my street this safety measure has been overlooked because of some unknown reason & the installation of electric pole for Transformer is under progress in the end of of street where street is closed. The matter was reported to the Supervisor of Contractor to avoid the mistake and observe the safety norms of life & property of public. I request to concerned Authority to take appropriate action & issue necessary direction to concern staff to observe the safety norms to avoid any future mishap.

      Iam owner of vacant plot no. 25-C, OLD DLF COLONY, GURGAON. The three electric wires supplying electricity to the adjacent building are crossing across the middle of plot. These wires are illegally crossing my plot of land and should be immediately removed, so that I can start construction of my house. A strict action should be initiated against the lineman who has done this mischief.

        It is observed that the Big Towers Focus lights are kept on up to 1000 hrs on 06.05.15 in HUDA Market sector-46 Gurgaon.These should be switched off in the morning by day dawn. It is a national loss as well as energy loss to keep the lights on in the day up to late hours. It should be looked in to please.

            Respected sir/mam
            This is to inform you that I m s citizen residing at below mentioned address. This is to bring to your kind notice and information that a electricity pole is there in front of our house, every day there is a spark in the pole which is very dangerous to my family as there is small/little children. I want that pole to be shifted some place safe. this pole carries more meters which is very dangerous.wires are all over poles and need to be adjusted in more careful way.

            I will appreciate your quick response and support.

Account No. - G23TN121312 Consumer Name - Shyam Singh father Name - Jhandhu ram Sir I had already paid bill of Rs. 507 of duration 18/11/14 to 21/01/15, having transaction no 23349291 and receipt no 3773328 on date 18/03/15.(Copy attached). But in the bill of current month(21/01/15 to 19/03/15) this amount i.e. Rs507 is showing arrear amount, which seems incorrect.                 I'm a resident of House No. 822, sector 14, Gurgaon.Electricity is not available to my house from yesterday, after the rains. I lodged a complaint telephonially but yet there has not been any response. Kindly, take strict action to people concerned for the resolution, who have not done so. And also send someone, who can take care of the issue at my house. I'm still awaiting a proper response.

                  I am residing as tenant in D-60, SF, South City-2, Gurgaon, Haryana. The electricity is supplied by DHBVN and my society comes under service of DHBVN Office, Kanhai Village, Gurgaon. Usually, my electricity bill for bi-monthly cycle comes around Rs[protected]. In Oct’14, my meter stopped working and same was reported to Kanhai Village DHBVN Office. Concerned lineman charged us Rs.6000/- for meter replacement and meter was replaced in 3rd Dec’14. It was understood that matter has closed and I would get next bill with some additional amount (estimated usage during the period for which meter was not working). Surprisingly, I have received abill with hefty charges of Rs.30, 850 on account of Sundry Charges. These are in addition to my normal usage charges. May I request you to help me in such situation and get the electricity bill corrected to a realistic amount. If billed amount is correct and justified, as my right to Information, I would like to understand on wha tbases or assumptions this abnormally high charge are calculated. Staff deputed at your Office in Kanhni Village bluntly refused to explain or clarify these charges and threatened to disconnect if bill is not paid by due date. Thanking you in anticipation.                             hello sir My self Dr Sachin and i am living on rent in house no 883, sec 18, faridabad haryana 121002, last two reading from my electricity meter were my much high and i have to paid all this beacuse landlord pressure and other is cut in electricity i put many complaint in BIJLLI VIBHAG via telephone calls and email too but still no response.none single response i got from bijlli vibhag.. i am very tired of this, i cant change room right now because i have my exam in next month so its will affect my result too.but other side i am paying very much too for consume less electricity. kindly help me out of this..please send some body to check my meter running state.. actually i dont know now whom should i do complaint or not, beacuse from every where i get no response thanx Dr SACHIN mob [protected] house no 883 sec 18 faridabad harynan 121002 i have submitted this complaind again and again but still no response i think no body listen to a common man..

                              There was false meter reading. In previous reading was 1463 but recent one is 6895.But how it possible we had consume ard 5000 watt in just month??                                 Dear Sir, This references to my address at Maruti vihar HN-1446A, Consumer account No-MVB8-2103, MTR NO-OG21-MVB8-2103 & k No-[protected], here by inform you that the electric meter installed in my premises is showing high meter reading as compared to the meter readings in peak summer. The electricity bills received in the periods of 20th March to 19th May 2014 is Rs.1928/- and 19th May to 19th July is Rs. 4140/-. However, the latest bill received in the period of 19th July to 20th Sept. 2014 is Rs. 18, 765/-. From the above, you can clearly understand that the current meter consumption is showing very high and not acceptable. I have requested & applied same application to the area in charge JE & SDO & deposited for SJO slip of RS 200/ to the DHBVNL for connecting parallel meter to recheck the correct reading.But till now nobody is responding this situation & their demand is only to pay bills. I would request you to look into the matter seriously and arrange to check the meter installed in my premises. Please also issue new electricity bill, which I can able to pay.                                     We have used 75 units in the month of april -14 bill's but, you have charged rs.2000/- approx how can it possible 75 units bills charges rs 2000/- approx. It is totally wrong.Please correct the same billing

                                    We have used 458 units in the month of june-14 bill's you have charged rs.3000/- approx how can it possible please correct the same billing.

                                    We have used 354 units in month of aug-14 bill's you have charged rs.3085/- how can it possible i m not understating your billing amount .Please correct the same billing

                                    Please correct above all bills as per consumption by us .
