Shortage in electric supply

I am a resident of gali no. 3 surya vihar phase 3 sector 91 sehatpur faridabad. We have been residing here for about an year but the electricity issues never seem to resolve. There is power cut for the entire day, and it's not about a day Or two. It's as frequent as everyday. Earlier, we used to call on toll free no. Of DHBVN but these days, even that no. Is not working. In a way, u can say they're avoiding consumers' call. What's the point...

Change of name in account

HI Team,

I have sent the application for change of name for the meter bill online and also submitted the relevant document along with the fee of 275 Rs. But the application is rejected with the reason Other--INADEQUACY OF BUILDER.
Please noted this is not the new connection request it is the request for the change of name only.
Please do the needful and help solve my problem.

Electricity bill payment fraud

I made my payment against the bill, ([protected]) consumer name: Kailash Chand before due date (23/03/2022). But got no reflected in their system and showed my bill amount as pending. I made my payment through Airtel payment bank and it successfully transact and deducted the amount.
I raise my issue to both dhbvn and Airtel payment bank but got no response from them either.
So I request you to resolve this issue of mine and look...

Wrong/Excess Bill Generated by DHBVN.

Address:DHBVN, Sub- Division, Hassanpur (Palwal).

Dear Sir/Madam,

Getting extra charges on an unused meter

We face problem after our meter got changed . We already paid for 55780 meter readings and we got another electricity bill generated for 62510 meter reading which should not be there. As we have not used any electricity from this meter.. That is because of our commercial floors are not opened and we have no tenants for them.. Please help us in this matter l. Why would a customer pay for not using a single reading? We are not capable of paying...

High Voltage supply at home

Worst electricity department

Humare ghar ka bill wrong reading ki vajah se 8000 aaya... Humne 2 mahine se complain ki but koi action nahi liya gya.. Aaj aa gye ki meter kaat denge bill nahi bhara.. Pehle aap apne employes ko reading lena sikhaye ya pade likhe logo ko appoint kare reading ke liye... Humare paise refund kare... Fraud kar rakha hai . . Worst electricity board...

Hi,

The meter reading taken by the person was wrong due to which the bill generated for my flat electricity is too much. Visited the office to get it resolved multiple times but no one is doing anything but asking us to come on this this date, in short trying to make fool. Pleas look into this matter on priority as due to that wrong generated bill according to wrong reading taken by the person, further bills are not getting...

I paid my electricity bill using Google Pay UPI.
Amount got deducted from my bank account and received in DHBVN account successfully but it is not reflected in my DHBVN account and my bill is still showing as pending.
When I inquired in DHBVN they said they don’t have any record of payment and asked me to contact my Bank.
When I inquired with my bank they said transaction was completed and provided me with bank reference...

Dear sir, This has reference to the subject matter I want tell you that I did this transaction for apply new dhbvn connection but now connection has cancelled by the department but I did not refund my transact amount back into csc wallet and now customer is taking this amount back to me. Exorbitant Electricity Bill for November 2021

We are getting bloated electricity bills since September this year, which was corrected on subsequent inspection. As a household on an average we consume around 2000 to max 2500 units but this month suddenly the bill is for 6800. Also observing that the meter serial number on the bill is 8310345 whereas the serial number of the attached meter is 8310347.
