Hi, i reside in sector 40 Mohyal Colony Gurgaon.
It’s been more than a month of voltage fluctuation here.
I have been calling and complaining frequently but no help.
Everyday after 7pm this fluctuation starts and it lasts till early hours of the morning
Which means we don’t get to sleep.
Forget about the AC even the fan stops working.
When i call the line coordinator he says we are working and hangs up on me. One day he mentioned that this due to the AC consumption of the area, everyone turns on the AC at night that is why this happens, we cannot do anything about it, the transformers cannot take this much load.
So please tell if this is our problem that you have outdated transformers installed ? What do we do about this? Just wait for the summers to end so that people can finally turn off the ACs? Or i should go door to door and tell people to stop using there ACs in order for me to sleep?
This has impacted my work so much that i lost my job because i was working from home and doing night shifts.
I have even written an email to the CM’s office for the same but no response obviously.
In Mohyal Colony every other day or i should i every second day the transformer catches fire or blasts at night. Why can’t this be fixed permanently? What is stopping you people to install something which can take the load? We are paying taxes for this? Yes i am in bad shape because i have not been able to sleep since May and i lost my job and i have to book a hotel for a night everytime your transformer is on fire and we have to wait till the next afternoon for the power to be back. I need a permanent solution because i do not want to suffer anymore. I have been living in Gurgaon from years and this my first summer in Mohyal Colony Sector 40 and believe me this has been a nightmare. Line man number who i speak to : +91 74199 74145

    From last 15 days, there is very frequent power cut in sector 51, that too for 3-4 hrs...sometime 7-8 hrs.
    Works are getting hampered and temperature outside is more tha 40°c.please look into this..

      These days the power cuts of electricity are taking a lot and are taking for a long time. Compliment is done but no solution is being done, almost every two-three days it is cut for 5-6 hours please any permanent solution try and take customer's problem seriously. Records of power cuts in my area should be checked for confirmation. We are paying money for this type of service! Horrible!

        I had applied twice (online) for a new domestic electricity connection for my house and each time the application was rejected quoting the reason as "inadequacy of the Builder". While out of the 4 floors in my building all the other floors already have their dedicated / individual electricity connections provided by the dept. I am also given to understand that the new connections are being provided with an exorbitant fee of abt. 20k per KW while the total prescribed charges being shown online at the time of application are mere 20k (approx.) for a load of abt. 12-15KW. It is not fair on the part of the dept. to penalize ordinary consumers in such a manner as an effort to recover their old dues / outstanding with the big builders / developers.

        Request you to kindly look into this and pls. help provide relief.
        We somehow seem to have been caught up in the middle of the fight between the dept. and the developers.
        When the Sales Deeds (registries) are being allowed, it becomes the moral responsibility of the govt. to also ensure basic necessities like food, water and electricity for the citizens to be able to carry out their daily routine activities and manage the livelihood of their families and loved ones.
        Even logged in the Grievance with PMO - Reg. number : PMOPG/E/2022/0042632 dt.3rdFeb22 with NO response till date.
        Also logged in Grievance with NCH - Number: 3384709 dt. 28.03.22 - apparently has been resolved without any resolution.
        Now i am being asked to approach CGRF with the concerned department for further escalation.
        When the highest office in this country is not responding, what can an ordinary citizen of this country expect from the state / central govt.

          We are facing issue of long and high power cut off very quickly
          Usually power been cut with a time interval of 4-6 hrs and mostly at night

            This complaint is against je (Dhbvn) agroha mod hisar and on duty lineman. I am Dinesh from from village fransi having connection on home from tubewell line name agroha AP. I have lodged the complaint on telephone for individual power supply cut from the last 30 hours though in my neighbourhood there is full supply of electricity. And till now it has not been resolved no one visited the site from the deptt. Even i tried to call je and lineman for many time but he is on his ego that he is not picking up the phone call or whenever he picked the call he says we are working on different line and it's been 2 days they don't even worked on our line. Telephoned to customer care many time but they also failed to asist me.
            It seems there is no sense of establishing customer complaint board, online and telephone complaint board, appointing je and lineman when they cann't even resolve the customer problem on time. Even they used to forward the fake and wrong report to officials and customer that problem has been resolved and in actual they didn't even visted the site. This is the real truth of the electricity board.
            I am writting this complaint in a hope that an action will be taken against such careless and disgusting je and lineman. And that my problem will be resolved urgently.

                DHBVN officials has installed the transfer poles in front of my house and planning to install a transfer. It is a safety concern for us as it is not installed at a safe distance from out house.

                  Account number [protected], After 2 year I got sundry charges of rs 69652.00 INR, As per CA 33 unit per day they have charged and SDO also claimed that this is correct. I would like to ask the question that why sundry charges has been charged . Fault with meter and taking 12 month of time is not consumer problem. Also asking bribe to settle it . I would request you to please close to help us on priority.

                    We often face no supply issue so we register complaint in DHBVN. They never resolve issue. But always mention in their records problem solved.

                    Lineman not ready to listen without bribe.

                    We feel very bad as we are not getting any response and service whenever it is required.

                          This is so irritating that we pay electricity bill still not getting electricity. In U block electricity rates are higher still we pay and don’t evn getting anything out of it.

                          It’s a volcano out there and we have to sit without fan lights every night. This is literally so bad.

                            This is observed that from last 17 days, there is extreme electricity cut in Sushant Lok Phase 1, Sec 43, Gurgaon, in a day.(Approx 11-13 times in a day)

                            After reaching the team over the phone (Toll No.), You don't receive the call.

                            Request you to please look into this as this is hampering the work and daily life.

                                I am a resident of gali no. 3 surya vihar phase 3 sector 91 sehatpur faridabad. We have been residing here for about an year but the electricity issues never seem to resolve. There is power cut for the entire day, and it's not about a day Or two. It's as frequent as everyday. Earlier, we used to call on toll free no. Of DHBVN but these days, even that no. Is not working. In a way, u can say they're avoiding consumers' call. What's the point of even getting an electricity connection, if you can't turn a fan on for entire day in such a severe warm weather.

                                  I have sent the application for change of name for the meter bill online and also submitted the relevant document along with the fee of 275 Rs. But the application is rejected with the reason Other--INADEQUACY OF BUILDER.
                                  Please noted this is not the new connection request it is the request for the change of name only.
                                  Please do the needful and help solve my problem.

                                    I made my payment against the bill, ([protected]) consumer name: Kailash Chand before due date (23/03/2022). But got no reflected in their system and showed my bill amount as pending. I made my payment through Airtel payment bank and it successfully transact and deducted the amount.
                                    I raise my issue to both dhbvn and Airtel payment bank but got no response from them either.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      My account no.- [protected] and I received a bill on 15th Mar’22 with old reading of 6, 847 is showing additional this month while my old 3 bills were paid with the actual reading billed a per usage and all have paid in the same month as well.

                                      And when I have discussed the excess ARREARS of Rs.- 32, 750.20/- with SDO, CA and other employees in Hassanpur (Palwal) Division then they said that there were annual reading captured which were not billed in past while I had questioned why you have taken reading for one year and if you will make slab of billing then there would be high rate of 6-7 rupees per unit for 60-70% reading which is unjustified.
                                      I just brief what exactly was happened in past, we didn’t receive electricity bills for 6 months approx. And when we asked the reason then the employees said that their system was upgrading so either you will get some discount over the readings as one shot would be a high charge of the invoice and slab rate will be increased, so there might be excess burden to it.
                                      So, if we would receive the bills on time and if it doesn’t get delayed then I am sure no such huge billing slab rate applied and we wouldn’t be bearing this bill today.

                                      So, requesting your support to check and apply the correct slab and divide it against billing cycle so that some charges could be reduced and we could be able to pay the current bill.

                                      Gentle Reminder-1.
                                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                                      I still haven't received any response from the electricity department regarding the excess bill concern i have raised few days back. So, its a gentle reminder to look at this case as if you picks the Meter Reading on a annual basis then the reading charges will be automatically high slab and this is very painful to bear by the consumer.
                                      So, again requesting your support to check and understand my concern and release some discount against the Mar'22 month Bill however I have Paid this bill because i am a responsible citizen of my country so understand but if anything is billed extra or unjustified then it could be waived with your support.

                                        We face problem after our meter got changed . We already paid for 55780 meter readings and we got another electricity bill generated for 62510 meter reading which should not be there. As we have not used any electricity from this meter.. That is because of our commercial floors are not opened and we have no tenants for them.. Please help us in this matter l. Why would a customer pay for not using a single reading? We are not capable of paying you the amount generated for extra 6000+ readings.. Kindly look into this matter and resolve the problem on priority basis.. If the case goes on we will be generating another bill to pay.. so do fast in this matter..
