I want to say that i applied for a new connection but however my connection cancel by dhbvn. So i request you pls refund my application fee. I am already complaint but any one not solve my problem already visit sub office dhbvn but not solve my problem yet

The electricity bill we received for the account number of [protected], in greenfield colony, Faridabad, on 19/08/2021 was dated from 13/02/3021 to 19/08/2021for 6 months. But we had already got an electricity bill from April to June before this bill. So this is wrong calculation. It causing us to pay a huge bill. Please rectify this problem soon.

I had applied for new electricity connection for Ryan Enclave under Badshahpur sub-division. Application no. is G[protected] which has been rejected on the ground that minimum allowed load is 2kw. My payment of ₹2000 towards application has not been refunded till date and they are sorry to say that they have no idea about that. That's the norm they are following every second customer. They reject application on one or another excuse and gulp down the amount and make the customer visit the offices repeatedly so that he/she may suffer a lot and then under compulsion turn to touts for their work. I never met a person who could get his work done without help of a tout.

I am from D-5 shiv durga vihar lakkarpur we don't get any electricity supply till yesterday 10:00 pm and when we trying to call on helpline number it's continuosly cut automatically and when someone pick our call they always saying that there is a update on this time & on this time we stil don't get any electricity supply but honestly this government are sucks honestly my village electric condition are muchh better then this you guys are such a careless.

We facing voltage issues since many months in Q block sector 40 nothing has been done so far please please please I request you to solve this problem as we are unable to sleep at nights due to high voltage issues please please humble request

i am from baund khurd charkhi dadri .my name is jagbir . there are lots of power cut at night in my village baund khurd .. Daily we recive hardly 3 to 4 hours of electricity at night and same for the day time ...please do someting possible ..thankyou

Dear sir,
No one came to take my electric meter reading since it was allotted to me. My normal consumption o[censored]nit is 300 per month, how ever the billing department just sent a bill of 50 units average per month since I took the connection, in this way the extra units are getting piling up in the meter now in last 2 bill when they took the actual meter reading it goes to higher unit rates 7.10 per unit but if the reading was to taken correct it could be less than 3 rupees per unit. The electricity employee never come to take the reading after complain also this time again I have got a bill Rupees 16000.00, again the same average . If they could come and take the meter reading, the piling units could have evenly distributed and I could pay 3 times less than the total bill amount. I am.sorry to say, because of the electric employee fault we are as a consumer suffering a lot. Please could you take some action and make my bill to the normal unit charge so the I could able to pay the bill. Please have a look to my last 2 bill asap. It gives me a metal trauma and un-nessary burden in my day lto day life. Hope you could under stand my problem and give me correct bill asap.

Please check you Bill No.[protected] Meter reading is old 5386.00 and new 6703.00 for the period from 12.03.21 to 03.06.21 Rs. 6862/- and 03.06.21 to 06.08.21. Bill No.[protected] Meter reading is old 6703.00 and new 6167.70 Rs. 2433/- was done wrong from your end for the period from 12.03.21 to 03.06.21 as you have shown the closing reading 5703 units on 03.06.2021 but as per reading dated 06.08.21 it was 6167.70 units. Due to this my bill for the period from 12.03.21 to 03.06.21 is raised under higher units and rates charges for the same which is totally wrong. Please also note that yesterday i have recd the Bill for the period from 03.06.21 to 06.08.21 where starting units is 6703 and closing units are 6167.70 . It means consumption was in negative and again you have raised the bill for negative units of 615.72. I have paid bill for the period from 12.03.21 to 03.06.21 before due date as i was at my native place. You are requested to please check the same at your end and rectify Bill for the period from 12.03.2021 to 03.06.21 and 03.06.21 to 06.08.21 . Please treat this matter as urgent.

Please solve the problem

Hi i have connection from dhbvn f-13 sub division Faridabad with connection number [protected], generated wrong bill of 2363 instead of 545, I have solar plant installed for 10 kw, department has raised bill of solar generated units + consumed units as final consumed units

Power supply is continuously fluctuating since 1300 hrs 8th August. Unable to use power equipment.

We are facing electricity fluctuation and electricity tripping always. No one is taking care of. Indian govt as well as Haryana govt said always - we have surplus electricity. There shall be no issue. Let us come on realoty that people are suffering

Facing powercut issues literally everyday after 6 PM the board should take it seriously we are facing this issue everyday.
This is getting on the nerves please look into the matter or else i have to get this in the reminder of higher authorities.....

I leave in Gali no 65 laxman vihar phase 2, gurugram.

Every day in night 2 to 3 hour electricity cut off occur, but once electricity came back it has high fluctuations. Whole night we can not possible to sleep properly.

Request you to please take action on urgent basis.
