Regarding dhbvn account [protected]. It's been a common observation that bils getting generated by DHBVN are not with actual meter readings and they generate bill type PR everytime and once a year they give complete bill so we have to pay the huge amounts at one go at high rate and also PR amounts in between the year which causes us much pain.

This time also the latest bill is generated with absurd readings. Bill type PR. current reading < previous reading and consumed units is a huge positive no. Thereby generating a bill amount of 20k INR. Which cannot be true.
Why should we pay 20K INR amount approx for such a bill generated when our annual consumption is just 5k units? Kindly find attached the bill copy. If you call at their consumer care nos. Or in billing section or JE of the area they either don't attend your query seriously or don't take action on it. Every time it's the same story everymonth we cannot take a leave from office and visit the main office since their ofc doesnt open on weekends. That too if we visit then sometimes nobody is present at their seats so our day is wasted. SdO hardly sits on his seat, his PA doesn't answer his phone calls. JE doesn't respond to his calls. Billing section don't care about bill revisions and take everything on very low priority. Manual complaint forms are submerged in huge piles of papers and never dealt with.

I have also tried submitting the latest bill on their trust bill portal so that the BR adjustment bill can be generated but no luck so far.

I request you to look into this matter and help us deal with these officers.

I was submitted my 4825 rs for new connection fees, but department was demand me meter box and wire.. the department said me if you provide meter box and wire then the new meter is connected, I purchase the wire but meter box is not available in market, so I can't provided the meter box, but I had already submitted meter box fees to department, if I not provide meter than meter connection is not provided me? This the duty of department to provided meter, wire and box for new connection, because I was paid already fees for these item's, so please connect my meter

I am facing issue with voltage whenever rain is happening, it looks issue is with either meter Or pole, I tried to connect local office multiple times but no one visiting, also raised online complaint but those are closed without discussing with me.

Voltage itself get corrected, but very frequently it start blinking too.

Can we take help of anyone else to fix my meter Or pole issue. I think it's not recommend to disturb pole Or meter ourself.

But either help me to resolve this or suggest if you have no concern to involve anyone else to get pole Or meter issue fixed.

Error in my DHBVN (Electricity bill ) please take action on this.

I want to say that i applied for a new connection on 3sep, 2021.but my connection cancel by dhbvn on 6th sep, 2021 without informing me. So i request you pls refund my application fee. I have submitted an application for new connection at flat no. 701 Laxmi Kunj CGH Society, in the name of Manisha Gupta S/o Sandeep Gupta, through online mode on dated 17/08/2021.
For this I deposited a fee amount of INR 16250/- .through online. But by mistake I entered wrong sub division code F37 in place of F32.Due to which my application was rejected. But my deposited fee is not yet refunded.

I have received a bill of 25149 this month.

Where my last few bills dint crossed 3000 also.

Most of time we r not at home as we both husband wife are working.
Last month infact we were not at home for a week as we weere out of town.

Bill shld come less than previous bill but rather a bill of 25000 has been sent .

Morever I checked with care taker that no-one has come to take the meter reading since last month.

Request to kindly check n update the correct bill as this bill won't be paid which is a false bill.

The electricity bill we received for the account number of [protected], in greenfield colony, Faridabad, on 19/08/2021 was dated from 13/02/3021 to 19/08/2021for 6 months. But we had already got an electricity bill from April to June before this bill. So this is wrong calculation. It causing us to pay a huge bill. Please rectify this problem soon.

I had applied for new electricity connection for Ryan Enclave under Badshahpur sub-division. Application no. is G[protected] which has been rejected on the ground that minimum allowed load is 2kw. My payment of ₹2000 towards application has not been refunded till date and they are sorry to say that they have no idea about that. That's the norm they are following every second customer. They reject application on one or another excuse and gulp down the amount and make the customer visit the offices repeatedly so that he/she may suffer a lot and then under compulsion turn to touts for their work. I never met a person who could get his work done without help of a tout.

I am from D-5 shiv durga vihar lakkarpur we don't get any electricity supply till yesterday 10:00 pm and when we trying to call on helpline number it's continuosly cut automatically and when someone pick our call they always saying that there is a update on this time & on this time we stil don't get any electricity supply but honestly this government are sucks honestly my village electric condition are muchh better then this you guys are such a careless.

We facing voltage issues since many months in Q block sector 40 nothing has been done so far please please please I request you to solve this problem as we are unable to sleep at nights due to high voltage issues please please humble request

Dear sir,
No one came to take my electric meter reading since it was allotted to me. My normal consumption o[censored]nit is 300 per month, how ever the billing department just sent a bill of 50 units average per month since I took the connection, in this way the extra units are getting piling up in the meter now in last 2 bill when they took the actual meter reading it goes to higher unit rates 7.10 per unit but if the reading was to taken correct it could be less than 3 rupees per unit. The electricity employee never come to take the reading after complain also this time again I have got a bill Rupees 16000.00, again the same average . If they could come and take the meter reading, the piling units could have evenly distributed and I could pay 3 times less than the total bill amount. I am.sorry to say, because of the electric employee fault we are as a consumer suffering a lot. Please could you take some action and make my bill to the normal unit charge so the I could able to pay the bill. Please have a look to my last 2 bill asap. It gives me a metal trauma and un-nessary burden in my day lto day life. Hope you could under stand my problem and give me correct bill asap.
