i am facing a strong problem previous last six month. My neighbour electric meter burnt, and he produce my account no of burnt meter insted of his meter number. Falsely department concerned office submitted my meter number for burnt meter, so after that i am getting wrong bill previous last six months, for rectification of this mistake which due to your concerned line man i am suffering mentelly and harshed by your department. i completed all the formalities by JE and Lineman which both of offcer fill a form and marked that that report done by us by mistake. but nothing is done by your department. please do needful.

Light not come in our area(Nai Basti) after 9:30 pm on dated 1-7-21.Please provide light as soon as possible.

I am residing at Vatika kunj d block, here power cut will happen in every hour, there is no regulatory in power supply and even after complaint also no one will take action or taking action after so many complaints that too after many hours.

Also here transformer also very old, all wires are sparking.

Really required a strict action, life is become hell here. No power, no water..

It's a humble request please take some action.

There is a massive power cut issue being faced in sector 46 faridabad on a regular basis.. During night they only give piwer for 2-3hrs that too very iluninterrupted.. i am making complaints on a regular basis but no action has been taken yet ..
kindly consider the matter and take necessary action.

I am a resident of Sector 21 D faridabad and would really like to understand the electricity department and their accountability. During the day there is a power cut literally every day for several hours. But for the last one month or so there has been a pattern to disconnect electricity between 11 pm to 4/5 am. I would have given some benefit of doubt for equipment failure but this is a routine and not a one off event. Even if there is shortage of supply, I can understand and electricity can be disconnected during the day. It's really inhuman to make people suffer right around their bed time every night. Can this nuisance please be fixed?

I'm a resident of M 155, 2nd floor, South City-1, Gurgaon. We have not received our electricity bill since Jan'21. This is upon repeated follow ups at the Kanhai and Sector 31(Gurgaon) DHBVN offices. We have gone and spoken with the JE(Mr. Lalit), Accounts department (Kanhai) and SDO. All these people have only sent us from one office to the other and keep mentioning that the concerned person will come to record the readings in 2-3 days. It has been over 3 months and there is still no action that has been taken.

Request you to look into this and help us out.

Dear Sir/Mam,

It is submitted that I am residing at House No. 938, Sector-39 Gurugam and having domestic electricity connection (Consumer No. [protected]). There is one Transformer installed in front(20 meter away) of my house. Kids while playing usually enter close to Transformers. I've seen a short circuit & fire(attached captured images for the reference) in that Transformer a couple of times. Just imagine how dangerous and risky it can be, especially in the upcoming rainy season.

I request you to please intervene in this matter and ensure that the earlier mentioned Transformer must be shifted to some other nearby safe place.

Don't understand in which State we are living in, there is daily power cut in Nangla Enclave part-1, faridabad for 7-8 hours, it is worst in the night. Nobody is there to listen also. This is the worst power cut I have seen in years in such a heated summer. All peoples are suffering in this situation for last 15 days and situation is not getting improved. Is there anybody who can listen and resolve it??

There is long time power cut in Dhani Kumbhawas (Bhora Kalan Sub Division) Gurgaon. Maximum time there is no information about power cut or wrong information is provided. After a slightly changing wheather condition like thundering or high speed wind after 7-8pm electricity is not supplied for whole night and no satisfactory answer is provided by Lineman or person on night duty even the next day the fault is not corrected in the quickly. Linemen are not serious about their work nor any authority at Bhora Kalan Sub Division are taking it seriously.
So please take some action and no the needful.

There is lot of electricity cut off is happening every week. Few times are fixed for cut off and electricity supply is not coming during this time like sunday after 9pm, friday during same time.
Once we do complaint, they say it will come in half an hour, after that 2-3 hours lapsed but still it did not come.
No proper service is there, even it is intolerable that in so much hot days every week electricity cut off is happening.
Please take action on urgent basis. Very uncomfortable circumstances has be generated.
We are surviving in very bad condition. Everyone has to go to office on next day and these guys does not rectify the issue for 2-3 hours. Gurgaon condition has become worst than a village even. Is this electricity department supplying electricity to other industry but cutting public electricity? Why on routine basis at same time the electricity is cut off.
Is there anyone who could do inspection over them. Their website grievance is also worst and never heard.
Please do some help to get rid of such cases. We are paying taxes regularly and we are tolerating all this bad services.

There is total power cut in whole village since tomorrow's evening. It's very difficult to leave without electricity in Summer season. Please do the needful ASAP.

No power supply in my House No F - 7 Phase - 1 New Palam Vihar Binani Cement wali Gali near shiv kirana store. No boby pick the phone. It is request to resolve our problems as soon as possible.

The electricity is not there in sec 10 Ambala City and no one is picking up the call... do the needful ASAP... very difficult for children to stay without electricity...

There is no power since in whole of sector 28, Maruti Vihar since morning. No one is picking up the call. The residents are facing issues with kids and the ones who are recently vaccinated. We need full adequate supply to be confined to our houses during pandemic. Work from home is severely impacted. Kindly look into the same at the earliest. We are already fighting one battle of pandemic, do not make our lives extremely unebarable to sustain.
