    Dear Sir/ Madam
    There is no electricity in our area from last 4 hrs. one electrician came two hrs back and he was shown the pole where spark was there before power failure. He went back with assurance to support but not turned up.
    I am sorry to say that there is no response in any of DHBVN customer complaint number.

    My complaint is against DHBVN for making people fool by giving customer complaint no with no response.

      I am resident of Faridabad city neher par sector 88 .. there is a regular issue of electricity cut of for 4hours and more than ... when we call to helpdesk number regarding complaints lodged the number is always shows busy ... plz help for the same

            Sir,
            We are facing regular cut-off and low voltage supply in our locality from the last three days. Electricity supply is very unstable and water's motor is also not starting due to the unstability of the supplied voltage. Days are so warm. So, people in our locality are suffering a lot from this concern.
            Kindly do something to rectify this issue of fluctuations in supplied voltage as soon as possible.

                    No power supply since last 25 hours in sec 9a gurgaon

                    From yesterday onwards we are facing low voltage in our area. From today morning maximum houses are getting stable voltage, but we in sector 39 Jharsha Village Near Lal Kuwa are still facing the low voltage issue.                               My electricity consumption is 352 units for the period of Feb and Mar'21. Accordingly my bill should be Rs 1, 108 including taxes. However there is "Other Non energy charges" added in my bill of Rs 3, 024. I don't have any outstanding dues for any previous month. But I see this additional amount in my bill. Considering covid situation everyone is helping each other but this Company is inflating the bill without any reason. I need this additional amount to be reverse from my bill or adjusted in next bill.

                                  Dear sir/ ma'am,
                                  We have a house in village changroad block jhojhu kalan, distt. Charkhi dadri. The rwa people, je of changroad feeder installed a pole in sewarage nali at corner of house due to which water not passed properly through nali and it stands in front of our house and became house of mosquitoes. Also pole bend towards our house becoz of continue water flow in its base . Pole can fall on our house any moment, which can lead to harzdous accident. it is humble request to shift pole to other suitable location.
