I have not received the bill for the last 3 years for account number [protected].

I have raised multiple complaints with the department but nobody is ready to look into it. Every time they are behaving rudely and most of the time they say that they don't have time for such things.

As a last option, i have to go to the consumer court as i am chasing this from last 1 year.
