After making complaint earlier, the smart meter display of which was not working has been replaced with new one in October, 2022. Thereafter, Bills dated 28.10.2022 and Bill dated 24.10.2022 have been received on PR basis instead of actual reading basis. Both the bills stand paid. It is not understood, despite installing new smart meter in place of defective one, why the bills are being sent on average basis, Further not able to download the bill online. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
