(A) Bill #[protected] dated 24 July 2019 (14 May to 15 July 2019)
Reference my earlier complaints # CMPG[protected] and CMPG[protected]
Billing was generated based on incorrect reading (New or closing reading was taken as 13474), whereas the reading as on 28 July 2019 was 10504. Old reading was mentioned correctly 9582.
Attached is the picture of meter as on 28 July 2019. I have filed the complaint with SDO. Attached is the copy of my complaint (complaint # 1744 dated 2 August 2019).
Units consumed should be 10504 – 9582 = 922 units (and not 13474 – 9582 = 3892)
No action has been taken so far and therefore, I could not know the amount to be paid and thus, I could not pay this bill.
(B) Bill #[protected] dated 13 September 2019 (15 July to 12 September 2019)
With correcting my previous bill, a fresh bill has been generated on an ad hoc basis for next month including the arrears of the last month.
No reading has been mentioned and units consumed has been mentioned as 2218 on an estimated basis.
Reading as on 16 September 2019 is 11071. Attached is the picture of meter as on 16 September 2019.
Units consumed should be 11071 – 10504 = 567 units (and not 2218)
REQUEST YOU TO REGENERATE BOTH BILLS SO THAT SLAB RATES ARE APPLIED.
In the absence of correct bills, I am unable to pay the correct amount, leading a loss to the Electricity board.
Request you to take corrective action ASAP since the matter is pending for almost 2 months.
