I fail to understand how are we supposed to make the newborns and old people comfortable without any power for 5-12 hours. Our personal power back-up fails after 3-4 hours as it can support only till that length. What is DHBVN doing about it as i have seen it happening since eternity now. I AM PAYING DHBVN FOR SERVICES AND THEY ARE BOUND TO GIVE US SATISFACTORY SERVICES!! This is an example of absolute mis-management and sharing no concerns with the customers at all. PATHETIC!
Medium high winds - No power for 3-4 hours (even after the wind comes back to normal)
Slight Rain - No power for 5-8 hours (even after it stops raining)
No power during specific hours - afternoon 1-5pm are most vulnerable to power cuts for god knows what reason
We have to book hotels to take our newborns to spend the night because DHBVN doesn't restore power.
All of their contact numbers FAIL TO RESPOND. I dialled their[protected] continuously for almost 3 hours, but the line won't connect at all... Tried their local helpline numbers - NO RESPONSE!
Most pathetic service I have ever seen! If there is a delay in your payments, you levy a late payment charge, what implications can a customer go for such bad service from a provider???? Today the power went off at about 4pm and till now (10pm) there is no power, no response, no success in contacting them. My newborn has been crying for past hours since there is no fan, no light and no support. Was this information helpful? |
