Dear Sir / Madam,
I would like to request you for concerning the above account and bill number. As per Electric Bill received from DHBVN, the meter reading units consumption is 78-Units, but enhance amount (Surcharge & Outstanding amount) alongwith the extra bill Rs. 2889 raised by the DHBVN regularly. They are not updating the record (Bill) in their system, neither taking matter seriously. Your personnel did not verify the previous record mentioned in the Bill nor updated that record properly. I have paid all previous bills given by DHBVN regularly. It is clear there is some discrepancy in Electric Bill provided by DHBVN. Kindly update in your record for future reference. I am fed up with the careless issues, please look into the matter seriously.
I wish to request you to kindly take the issue seriously and regularize the correct meter record on my electricity Bill henceforth.
