Dear sir/madam I am writing this email regarding my concern over the wrong billing again and again. Actually no one comes for taking meter reading. They just randomly put reading. Wanted to complaint against the person, who is responsible for taking meter readings. Because of his liability citizens like us are suffering. Kindly let me know, if there is any online procedure to take action against such govt employees. The worst service/support i ever faced till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
