My house no 112 ground floor, block 5, charmwood village, faridabad 121009
For past one year i received bills showing more than minus[protected] rs. Therefore, i did not pay anything. But i made complaint in the website of dhbvn about this. But they do not respond.
When i enquired through a friend i was told that the officials in dhbvn will demand bribe for setting right the billing/meter readings.
Therefore, i only make complaint on the website and email
