Dear sir/Madam I live at Ugalan Distt. Hisar Teh Bass.There are frequent electric cuts in my village. The sub station Bass gives us supply only for 6 to 8 hours a day. There is no schedule, it is on their choice. The whole village is trapped into various diseases. Due to increase of the temperature, cattles are going to dead everyday .For this only nigam is resposilbe. Kindly look into the matter. Otherwise CM window is also open. Yours truly, Satyawan
