This complaint is regarding incorrect electricity bills generated by DHBVN, Gurugram. I have been receiving incorrect bills generated on a PR basis since the month of June 2020. The estimated reading is quite high due to which the bill amount is inflated.
I had raised two complaints - CMPG[protected] and CMPG[protected]. While CMPG[protected] was closed without solving the issue, CMPG[protected] is still under process for the last 2 weeks. I have also called on helpline numbers numerous times to follow up on these complaints but did not receive a satisfactory response.

Correct bill was last generated in May 2020 which was based on actual meter reading taken. Meter reading for processing the bill was 3439.
Also, DHBVN officials had replaced the meter on 1st July 2020. Last reading before the old meter was taken down was 4382.
Serial number of old meter was 80663681.
Serial number of the new meter is GP6963590.
I am sharing the pictures of the new meter when installed on 1 July 2020 and picture taken on 12 Sept 2020.
Please get the correct actual bill generated based on units to be billed from the old meter[protected] = 943) and additional units to be billed from the new meter.
