I am sanjeev kumar s/o ranpat village amin having a commercial electricity connection under account no. Al-17-1014, old account no. A2-41. From the date 2.07.2017 there is no power supply at my premises only in 2 phases power which is extremely low around 160v, however, i have 3 phase connection and i am regularly paying my tariff on time. But always suffer due to power problems, i have told many times line man foreman sdo and also lodged a complaint in complaint register but till today no response has been taken by discom officers.

In my village BHAINIBADSHAHPUR sub division uklana mandi there is no power since 8 pmon 12 july .when i made a call on dhbvnl toll free no.they could not find my area in thier system.there is no proper system of complain registration. this is very bad syatem .in call center all village should be mapped.whole night we are facing problem
