It has become a pain to live in this city anymore because of major electricity cut during day and night as well. After paying huge bill amount on time what we get in return is sweating all day in 45 degrees. Mr je ([protected]) in mcg doesn't care about anything. When i told him that there is major electricity loss in last 3-4 days and we're facing great problems because of no electricity, he replied to it by saying that i'm busy with something important and disconnected the call. Submitting a complaint through toll free number is a joke. You don't get any response, no other action is taken. But they just reply with a text informing your issue has been resolved where in real the situation remains same. I saw the review rating as well, no complaint gets a good response, it's very frustrating that millennium city has no electricity for major time. It's really sad that no officials care about it. Ashok vihar phase 2 and 3 are facing huge problems, it'll be better if you solve our issues at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
