From jan 17 to aug 17 my meter reading was 130 as no one was living at home. I received bill of 22000 for 130 units. After that i requested dhbvn to correct the bill. And nothing has been done from last one year. Getting no response from dhbvn employees at kanhai gurgaon.
In aug 17 i replaced the meter as it got short circuit. From aug 17 till now i have not received any of the bills.
In nov 17 they told me to deposit 22000 bill which was not correct.
They came to cut the meter.
Finally i have to deposited 10840 rs in nov 17.
There is no update of my deposited money and not getting any bills
Really a poor service dhbvn.
Employee don't know anything of their works
Really a bad experience with dhbvn
Visited at least 30 times from aug 17
But now not so free too visit there as nothing is gonna be done.
