Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — Power cut since last two hours

Dear team,
My self Bittu Kumar my address is h.no-1157 axman vihar phase 1 gali no 4 gurgaon haryana 122001.
My concern is that last some few days every night power cut in our are for long time approximately two hours three hours once I try to connect our customer support team to know that what the reason behind for power cut but there is no response from customer support team don't even pick a single call today I try 100times but they are not picking a single call .
I can't understand this is electricity issue in metro city like gurgaon which not acceptable at all .
Den what will situation in village or rural area can't even think about it is really metro city or rural area
If this a rural are why all things so expensive like metro city.
