Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — replacement of live wires

My office is at gali no 1 pocket a s. G. M nagar nit faridabad. There are live wires coming from a nearby transformer (Nagpal vala transformer) and going directly from our office entrance. One of our employees was caught by that wire and is still fighting for his life. Its been a long time and this area is facing this big problem. It can cost anybody their lives.
