Dear sir,
Several times i visited in your office to rectify my billing address but smart babu's are not interested to rectify the billing address. They were saying which address you have given at the time of getting connection that address is reflecting on your billing address. Or you shifted to another place so we can not rectify the new address. But i am sure that neither i have changed my residence address nor attached address which is reflecting on the bill. They are forcefully saying to me that i have shifted to another place. There are very rubbish system in the gurgaon (Badshahpur) bijlee office. Not a single executive wants to help consumers because they have a sarkari job.
