I Tribandra Kumar Pande, consumer number [protected] is not having power supply for the last 3-4 hours, for which the complaint was lodged to [protected], got the reply that since work by TATA is going on they can't tell when the supply will be resolved. Later on Ms Bhavna CCE [protected] was unable me to connect to her floor incharge as he is not available. Further she refused to divulge the name of her floor incharge to me. You are requested to please take up the matter at your level. Furtrher i request youself to please also put this information in the URJA MAITRE app, so that the consumer is not harrased to contact here and there and waist his time.
