With due respect I submit that I am a consumer of DHBVN sub division F32 Fariadabad vide a/c no . [protected] in the name Chatar Lal . Regularly for last eight months I am getting the Bill on PR basis and not on actual consumption basis.A number of complaints have been made to all the concerned authorities but with no result.

At last I am compelled to write to you.
