[Resolved] Dani Fashions — Did not recieve my order yet | |
Place order #[protected] on feb 20. Did not recieve it yet. Phone, message, email nothing works. Once told me that one of the outfit was on backorder. Then called again and told me that it will be ship soon. Called multiple times on 1866 number, sent email to [protected]@danifashions, no luck, then found another phone # and they picked up the phone and told that it is stucked in Bombay. Still no email or tracking #. Made a big mistake. Also bought some outfits from sareez.com and sareeka.com. Excellent customer service and prompt email reply. Hope you will be doing well, please accept our apology for the inconvenience that you had faced from our side,madam from your order we have replied and answer every call of yours from our side and we accept from your order we have shipped one product BFD 15 late apart for that remaining ordered products we shipped it on time and yes we agreed to that there has been communication gap from our side to reply you prompt. We have over come this issue by adding new features in our software so that each client has getting update on their order frequently on each stage, so we request you to please do the needful to remove this complaint from here. If you have any query or suggestion please feel free to discuss with us we will be happy to assist you.
