Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited — Redmi Note 9 Active non delivery of product cheating public through amazon

I was a placed an order on amazon india on 28 oct seller was Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited.
but on date of delivery mobile was not reached at home and amount refund to my account said no one at home so delivery failure but things were not correct i was whole day at home working work from home since 1.5 years, no one came at home and without my permission or order they cancelled order

further when i was complainant to INGRAM they have not any legal evidence that prove that delivery happened but no one at home.

i was found on internet that Darshita Aashiyana Private Limited was cheated to many persons on same ground and was bogus company

please take it serious action against it
