On the date 13th, may 2016, i booked a ticket from delhi to mumbai in flight no. Indigo 6e-189, pnr ed7dya for myself, dep: 3:00 pm, arr:05:10 pm, indidently due to traffic i got into the airport and reached your counter 40 minutes prior to the departure and was constantly searching for your staff assistance and was kept sending me with all my luggage to different counters inside the airport by your staff. Finally i was told the gates have now closed and we will put into next flight and had to buy another ticket for additional cost nearing rs.7000.00 which was all due to your staff negligent and unprofessional behavior. Resulting in loss of my meetings at mumbai and heavy loss to me professionally. This is something unexpected from indigo and unacceptable by all means. I have worked for an airlines and still do provide my services to the industry. Had opportunity to work with airbus top management and eurocopter as well. But this episode has been one of worst. I don't know what action you would take and understand my grievances, but please do reply or i will be free to launch my protest at the appropriate concerned authority including courts /dgca /dgft.
