Datawind — Aakash Tablet (Ubislate) - Long time pending in service center | |||
Dear Sir/ Ma'am, I have purchased a Ubislate 7C+ (Edge) on 25 May 2013 vide Invoice No. AMBD05250182 through Net Banking Payment. Since then it was not working properly & needs repair regularly. It was in your service centre for more than 4 months. Ticket id for various repairs are as follows - 0182UP199 dt.[protected] 0101UP4927 dt.[protected] 0423UP11534 dt.[protected] GQ0528UP13376 dt.[protected] The device is still under repair in your service centre for more than one month. It is a defective device since inception and please replace it for a new one. Warrantee period is also over in this month itself & from past experiences it is not doubtful that the device will demand repair again. I am not satisfied with the performance of this Tab at all, kindly do the needful & replace the device as soon as possible. Otherwise I have only option to go to Consumer Forum on this issue.
