Datawind — Battery backup not lasting more than 10 minutes | |||
I bought a new datawind 7cz on 22 jan 2015 through online retailer aasan. Now the batter back up is woefully low lasting not more than 10 minutes. I called up the customer care center and explained the problem. They advised me to contact the local hyderabad service center and gave the phone number. when i called them up, they said, they dont do the service as datawind is not paying them properly and advised me to buy the batter for a cost of Rs 850/-. When i explained them that my product is under warranty, they refused to listen and said either pay up or go to the company in a very rude manner. Can anyone address my issue quickly so that this problem is resovled. Was this information helpful? | |||

On 10th June i submitted my tab at Amba Mobiles the authorized service station who acknowledged with a complaint number RVSRN1506SAY00032. Its 7 days since i gave it, but nothing is heard whatsoever on the status of the complaint. Can some one look into the matter and ensure that its rectified and returned at the earliest? Hope someone is listening...
