I have purchased datawind ubislate which is having a battery issue and get discharge to 30% in 10 minutes o[censored]sage.
The Customer care(Simranjeet) is contacted on [protected] who failed to take the required action on it even after a long follow-up on Emails. And when asked to take back the product and refund the amount they are giving excuses that refund is not possible and trying convincing me to be stick with the faulty product itself. And always says that my concern is addressed to the higher authority, But Datawind Higher authority has never contacted me yet.Datawind Ticket number raised for this issue is- 0916MH39899 but no update is provided.
I am shopping online from past many years but never face this kind of pathetic service/responses from any firm.
This Datawind Company's CEO Mr.Suneet Singh Tuli should at least come-forward and face the Customers-facing issue with his innovation and also let his team learn about Customer SUPPORT, how to deal with the customers and there queries.
I want my message should be reach to Mr.Tuli and his Team to action on it. Kindly do the needful.
