I had ordered a datawind 3G7X tablet from the company directly vide the order id is "CCTNXCWN-1". I received it with AWB no [protected]. To my surprise with no keypad no scratch card. After sending a text SMS to both keypad and scratch card vendors I received only keyboard.
Firstly I have received Tablet in very bad condition.
Secondly its battery will down with in 2 to 3 minutes. Not charging properly.
After third day I made a call to customercare and got our local service centre number, went to them and submitted the tab to them.The service centre people had sent the Tab to company with work order no. RVSRN1704AWC00033. I have communicated many times with datawind executives but no response to solve this issue yet. They give assurance to ressolve this issue and take time as per disscussion. I am mentally and financially disturbed by u. they put my my call on hold or else they give a bad response to me. .im really having problem by making calls to them. Instead of solving the problem of the customer they speak arrogantly.
I request to solve these problem with replacement of the product and scratch card as soon as possible. Waiting for quick solve. Was this information helpful? |
